Мальта - идеальная страна для постоянного проживания и получения статуса Постоянного Резидента (Вида на жительство) . Резиденция на Мальте не имеет обязательного условия пребывания 183 дня + 1 день, которые требуют для продления ВНЖ все страны Евросоюза, начиная от новоприбывших Болгарии и Румынии и заканчивая странными членами ЕС - Германией и Францией. Хотя ПМЖ на Мальте является ежегодно обновляемым разрешением на проживание, фактически это ПМЖ (Permanent Residence), ибо процедура продления формальна, и не увязана со сроками физического нахождения обладателя статуса на Мальте.

Для получения ПМЖ Мальты нужно выполнить ряд простых требований :

Для получения постоянного вида на жительство необходимо иметь годовой доход не менее 23 000 евро (или в эквиваленте) или общий капитал в 349000 евро (или в эквиваленте). Нет необходимости переводить данную сумму на Мальту.

Необходимо ежегодно переводить сумму не менее 14000 евро (+ 2300 евро на каждого иждивенца) на ваш счет в Мальтийский банк .Деньги остаются Вашей полноправной собственностью , вы можете ими расплачиваться в любой стране по кредитной карте или снимать их в кассе банка.

Постоянный Резидент должен представить доказательство того, что в течение 12 месяцев после получения ПМЖ им была приобретена или получена в аренду недвижимость согласно минимальным требованиям к ее стоимости.

Оплачивать налог в размере 4 192 евро в год на Мальте.

Купить недвижимость на Мальте в течении года после получения ПМЖ или арендовать квартиру и оплачивать арендную плату не менее 350 евро в месяц.

Список необходимых документов для получения ПМЖ Мальты:


- фотокопия паспортов кандидата и его жены и детей (если таковые имеются);
- три цветные паспортные фотографии кандидата, его жены и детей (если таковые имеются);
- свидетельство о рождении кандидата, его жены и детей (если таковые имеются) оригиналы или копии, заверенные нотариусом;
- свидетельство о заключении брака – оригиналы или копии, заверенные нотариусом;
- подтверждение банка, что доход кандидата превышает 23,000 евро, или кандидат имеет капитальное имущество в 375,000 евро – оригинал;
- справка о несудимости;
- анкета с заявлением на кандидатуру на ПМЖ на Мальте.

Срок оформления - 3 месяца

I have not seen anything special we have achieved as a Nation other than betraying unfounded arrogance when people wear sleeping gowns to world events.

Once upon a time it was Tafawa Balewa and Turbans, Then we now had Alex Ekwueme with red cap, latter we had Obasanjo with babaringa and his yoruba cap, and very soon it will be Jonathan and his Etibo and resource control cap. This betrays a Nation with many ethnic Nationalities whose leaders take pleasure in projecting the pride of their immediate ethnic culture instead of presenting a united front.

And then when violent clashes arise around the country and International media report what a divided Nation we are. We work extra hard to deny that actually we are a divided Nation.
