HealthRe: Slimming Down by Dextra(f): 9:54pm On May 01, 2012
It's very difficult I must tell you. What you need is Patience, Perseverance, Commitment. First, make up your mind what you want to achieve. check your weight. Then, you have to make do with what is available to you. can you afford a gym membership? if not, stick to the road. What kind of food are easily available to you? are you the one who makes the food for the family? if yes, too bad you may be tempted to eat more, if no, then you can survive. The fundamental rules are 1. Eat less, 2. Exercise more 3. Have patience. However it is easier said than done. I am so tired now but I will be back to give you insight into the three rules maybe tomorrow and tell you how it works. Secondly, there's this tea I once drank that made me lose appetite for a whole day! I will write it here for you when I get back. Just have patience and stop the craving.
Requirement:
Lots of water
Lots of fruits
stay off bread especially white bread
minimize milk intake especial full cream, Dano slim is good.
Jogging outfit + sneakers
Music to your ears.
see you soon.

The fulani chicks are not allowed to show themselves in the public. They are shackled by Islamic religion.

Oh! I thought I was the only one who doesn't like picking my boyfriend's call just to piss him off! However, I keep wondering why he has never for once never pick my call (He's always so excited when I call him and he;ll always love to talk). I just enjoy the frustration he'll feel when i don't pick his calls. Aside from that, I am innocent of the rest.

Please my fellow brothers and sisters, I know that things are so difficult in Nigeria at the moment but this should not the the reason to commit yourself with something you cannot quit. I know 100% that this is fraud. I;ve seen several adds like this one some other sites e.g Dealfish. I contacted the add seller but he was fake. This is Fraud! Are there no workers in America anymore? How much does he earn that he can afford to dish out all the salaries he stated in the advert. He that have ears, let him hear. If you do decide to give it a try, please kindly come back here and give us a feedback and your experience. America ko doctor ni!

I am a male hairstylist. I specialized in making fantastic dreadlocks and other freestyles. Presently, I am in Abuja and I seek a very reputable Hair salon (Male or Female) that will need my services. TravelRe: Travelling To Canada-part2 by Dextra(f): 2:38pm On Feb 20, 2012
Ok OK OK, Seriously, I am not getting any help from these responses here as most of them do not apply to me. The post here are mostly about student travel et al. I am not a student. I am planning to travel to canada under the skilled workers' program (I am a Registered Nurse). Has anybody here gone through this process or know somebody who has? I am planning to go to the Canadian Embassy soonest to obtain the list of required document. However, I'll appreciate it if someone who has undergone this process or know someone who has can give me tips on how to go about it so that I will not make any regrettable mistake. I took the online Assessment and I scored above the minimal score, this is the first time i'll be applying for a visa in any country. What do I say to them when I go to the Embassy? Thank you.

RomanceRe: At This Age And Still A Virgin? by Dextra(f): 8:56am On Feb 12, 2012
Personally, I think virginal status should be kept to yourself. You really don have to let anybody know about it. The only person that should know that status is the person who's going to take it away and at the point of acquisition.
Telling a guy you are a virgin makes him want to know if it's true and the only way he can discover it is by trial and when he finds out, the virginity won't be there anymore, so, what's the point? smiley

FashionRe: Best Body Lotion For Dry Skin by Dextra(op): 8:32am On Feb 12, 2012
I really thank you all for the precious time you squeezed out of your tight schedules to reply my mail. Thank you. I saw a previous thread on cosmetics and i got a lot of useful information there!! 2 days ago I went shopping, here are what i got: Jergens smoothing lotion, Bio-oil, Neutrogena sunblock 45. So far, i'ld started using them day and night. They feel so good on my skin and it has actually started to radiate (I have a very beautiful, unblemished skin naturally) but the only issue is that THEY ARE MAKING ME SWEAT A LOT!!! So, I;ve resolved to only use at night. this morning i used Nivea even skin + bio oil. I didn't sweat! You ladies are the best!
FashionBest Body Lotion For Dry Skin by Dextra(op): 7:12am On Feb 07, 2012
Fellow Nairalanders, I come before you this day with hope that you will provide solution to my problem. I find it very difficult getting a good body lotion that will be perfect for my skin type. I don't know much about my skin type though, but I know my skin easily gets dry, I sweat easily, I hardly get rashes or acne.

I used to be lighter than I am now but due to constant Abuja sunshine and stress my skin looks dark and dull. I don't have any specific body lotion, I've used several of them ranging from Jergens, Nivea, Swiss Collagen, Dove, etc but non of these lotions seem perfect for me.

Few years back, my skin was so fine when I was using Venus Skin toning cream and it was so perfect, all of a sudden I couldn't find it in the market. I really need your help.

I need a lotion that will give and maintain moisture in my skin, that won't make me sweat and won't bleach my skin (Cos I love my skin color), just even skin toning.

please you can recommend any good lotion you know irrespective of the price, I can afford it. I really need your help. I need a good lotion I can stick to.

Thank you. God bless
