op, u need to explain what really happened and how it happened. were u trying to make withdrawals or u were doing transfer? was the money deducted at once or bit by bits? through which means did they do the deductions online or inside the bank?? these are some questions that needs to be answered in order for u and the bank to arrive at a peaceful resolution.

And secondly if u think the branch u visited is not doing enough to resolve your issues. ...route your complaints through their call center and the issue will be resolved with the speed of light.

the key to such resolutions is to always channel issues to the appropriate quarters.
