Shangai farm in rivers state is not in Afam area but in Tai LGA on d way to NYSC camp ,take bus going to Onne, drop at d juction before d turning to d camp , pick a bike to shangai farm .
S seedlings are sold for N200 each, they are 2 months old so it start flowing at 4 months after planting that means d plant is 6 months old
Am not sure they sell d seeds
Be carefull when transplanting b/c of d roots once any is cut d plant will die

the best bet is to get moringa seed directly from the farmers and you know what? you need to visit places like kebbi state, niger state , sokoto state , kano state and zanfara state. those state are were you will meet with moringa farmers , can you go there?
oh yes if you really want to meet up with your demand then those state are your targeted distination.

Most parts of Nigeria it's N300 per square meters least. U negotiate and pay less if u are doing the whole flat at a go. Get like 3 tilers to bargain with.
As per number of cartons, it depends of type and size of each tile. They vary.
Every tile can be priced in both Caton and square meters when u get to the market. Some cartons are are 1, 1.46 or 2.0 square meters.
If transportation isn't an huddle for you, do a room and bathroom first to get fully educated and also to test the true ability of ur tiller. Seeing is believing. This way I ended up using 3 different guys and the best of them allowed to do my parlor and dining\visitors sectors.

Sniper and go 90 belong to the family of insecticides calld DDVP. It has been banned by WHO n NAFDAC. Stil Nigerians prefer to use it becos most pple think its faster.
Well,let me hint you more on the reasn it was banned. You see,DDVP is a very toxic chemical which reacts very easily with the lungs and kidney just by inhaling them,which is a major cause of cancer. Worst of it,the chemical is designd to be diluted wit water b4 use bt most of us use it raw or dilute with kerosene. It should never be used by a non professional. There are other organic chemicals bt they dnt react so fast wit d human organs as much as DDVP. Note that DDVP is a family name and there lots of brands out there that belong to dat family.
We need to learn to consult professionals b4 we use any chemical because health is wealth o. I am a professional pest control officer and if I were to advice you, I would say go for NEWLION FUMIGATION. You can google it. It has been carefully developed and mixed wit the ryt chemicals in d ryt quantity so it does nt compromise your health. There is no DDVP inside and its affordable.

When buying sands, there are tricks
One is deliberate Underfilling of the tippers, if u look from the ground level, it appears full, but when u go higher to see the sand before they drop it, u will find a wide hollow of sand in the center of the tipper truck.

Also, if they are to drop several trips in the same spot, they gradually reduce each trip while they heap each on another, making the shortage very less obvious.

Finally, up north, 10tires tippers of sharp sand is about 25k, but shockingly it's not up to the volume of 3 trips of small tippers of 7k each. Just some ways of misleading buyers.

My people, learn measurements! Measurements! Measurements! Be it feels, meters, square meters, liters, even tones. It's the bases for cheating during construction and especially fittings. Everything can be learned easily with patience and occasionally spending quiet time alone in ur ongoing building. It's not rocket science. Most artisans capitalize on it to ripe off.
A tiller gave my total of 345 square meters only for us to arrive at 309 collectively.
