Wow, I love this thread. It's nice to see that God is doing a great thing in the life of a lit of people and there are a few who have decided to be different from the world.
I always say this to those who care to hear, giving my life to Christ was the hardest decision I have ever made in my life(letting go of the world I knew, the pleasures the friends the music, sex, name it). But when It happened it became the best decision I have ever taken in my life. Today I ask myself why I wasted so much time with things that led me only to destruction while running away from the light.
We are all born into sin and hence that is the only life we know, but when that exchange happens and the life of God takes its place in us, we experience the new life that was once hidden from us same way it is still hidden from the wise and the prudent.

Those friends or babe you want to impress today, God forbid you fall and are no more the most they will mourn is a month(if you doubt me ask yourself the longest you have mourned a lost friend and you'll understand better) and life goes on with them, she'll even get a new guy in less than a month while you are left to face God alone.

And hope you also know that Christ Jesus is truth, just like a bucket filled with clear water a man can come and dip his cup and get a cup filled with clear water(truth) while another can come and dip with a bigger bowl and get larger quantity of clear water(more truth) ... So it all depends on the level of your thirst for the truth.

Also have you ever pondered on this verse from the Bible? Matt 5:20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

If you have a little time to spare in order to find answers read on how righteous the scribes and parishes were and you will understand that most Christians have no idea of what they claim to profess. I even fear for myself and ask God for help daily.

The truth is its either you learn from other people's mistakes or experience will teach you. Most of the older ladies have been forced to learn from experience hence they are now wiser while the younger ones still refuse to learn from people's mistakes so thereby their own experience will teach them in the future.

But trust me there are still wise young ladies and foolish old mama's.

Imo State actually has something like this in owerri though not as fully equipped as what Lagos has.

Planned about 2 - 3 years which would have been enough time for both of us to meet at that point where our mind can sync easily. Marriage is a life time thing and nothing compares to having that partner that understands you and yes that understanding can be built.

Some might say it's too long a time but this is a new age and people are not the way they used to be.

This is one of the hardest things to do I tell you. Have this girl I would also love to marry and do a lot of things for too but being a new me I decided to be celibate even before we started out. It was hard for me and also her too. Now someone else's in the picture with her though and I get confused if it's cause of the celibacy, money or just something else. Most times I wish she knew how much I could sacrifice for her and what she stands to gain from me, she wouldn't even look twice at another man.
But bro just keep it up cause apart from the fact that it pleases God, it also opens your mind to a lot of things cause you can think more clearly and stay focused. But just know that the future holds a lot, she might be there or not but if you are really sincere you'll have this Peace of mind that I have that's so sound cause I know the future is assured in Christ Jesus.
