If it's just business competition, they should've just denied them visas from Nigeria or deny air peace clearance to operate to their country.

Tribalism and ethnic bigotry has so clouded some people's reasoning that they don't realize that this situation has nothing to do with air peace.
Visas were issued to Nigerians and cancelled.
Air peace will collect their money in full except the owner wants to give the passengers a discount as he usually does.
Reasonable people should be concerned about why Nigerians should be treated so badly moreso that majority of them are Muslims going for Hajj.

I don't know why I'm usually not impressed with this job thingy for first class graduates.
I feel government jobs, especially at the state level, are meant to create lazy people, as most of them do next to nothing in those offices.
Why push a first class graduate into that sort of place?
I prefer they are challenged to create a business plan and then empowered to do business and contribute to the economy.

To gain the requisite experience in a job, you need relevant qualifications.
If it's a job that requires a degree to start, you must have got a degree.
So in most cases, experience is a consequence of a degree.
But for jobs that do not necessarily require a degree to begin, experience comes first because such jobs are mostly skill based.
You have an added advantage if you have a degree and you are experienced.
But trust me, the question of "what can you do for us?" is more frequently asked than "what qualifications do you have?" especially in the tech space.
Most employers don't care what universities you've attended.
You must prove to them that you have the necessary skills and expertise to function in the role they want to fill.

I lived in Birnin Kebbi, Zuru, Yauri, Sokoto, Kaduna, Suleija then Abuja.

I worked for a woman between 2012 and 2016 who never paid any tax from 2006 until 2015 when the authorities came for her.
The backlogs amounted to over 80 million naira at the time. She owns three schools and a series of other business.
We ended up "settling" with less than 40 million.
This woman in question has been taking series of loans to establish other business and making huge profits.
Shortly before I left her establishment, she took a loan of 120 million naira from Platinum Mortgage Bank Ltd (they were located at AYA at that time) in November 2015.
I know this because I handled the documents leading to that loan and our staff were mandated to open salary accounts with the bank.
I am privy to her dealing with fidelity, zenith, guaranty trust and access banks.
I am talking of hundreds of millions in loans.
These monies are deposits made by Nigerians who work hard to earn the money.
People who don't pay taxes should not be granted access to credit facilities at all!

You can win a court case and gain nothing by winning but you can employ strategy and come out victorious by collapsing the economy of your enemy.

Should i move to New Zealand or should I turn down the job to complete my PhD? Or is there a way to continue and finish my PhD program via video conferencing since I just have to present my research work.
