I've never worked in a financial institution but generally, don't do shady deals and avoid office romance.
Work harder than your employer expects and as much as possible, do not complain.
If you complete a task assigned to you and still have time, don't play games or chit-chat in the name of free time, ask your boss if there is something else they'll want you to do. There'll always be something to be done.
From time to time, offer to take up tasks that are above your pay grade if you have the time.

If it's a private school, forget it.
Even students with 90+ internal exams cheat and the cheating is unfortunately facilitated by their teachers.
Some of the teachers in some private schools are not knowledgeable enough to teach their students to score 90%.
They either award marks recklessly or set very cheap exams so that their students can pass well for the school management not to be on their (teachers') neck.
When external exams come, they resort to helping their students cheat to keep up with the fabricated good grades.
I know schools where there students perform poorly in the Cambridge IGCSE examination but the same students in the same subjects come out with loads of As in the WASSCE.
The reason is that Cambridge supervisors are difficult to influence but the supervisors for WASSCE are easily compromised.
