informant001: The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has successfully test fired 30.1mm ground to air Inert Head Rockets locally produced by its Research and Development Team. The rockets were test fired during the Weapons Meet at Kwenev Air Range, Makurdi to commemorate the 53rd anniversary celebration of the NAF.
Also produced by the NAF R& D were the ground based rail launcher and vehicle mounted rail rocket launcher. The rocket launchers are fired through a remotely controlled firing based system. Aside from the display of air defence weapon, there was also a spectacular demonstration of weapon delivery by some of the NAF platforms.
The aircraft fired both rockets and canons with high level of precision. A total of 4 NAF aircraft participated in the weapons meet with each arriving over the range with a spacer pass at 200ft for the helicopters and 300ft for the jets. The participating aircraft included Augusta 109 LUH with backdoor gunner, L-39ZA, Alpha Jet and F-7Ni.
The exercise was aimed at sharpening the targeting skills of NAF pilots to acquire and engage targets as well as test the precision of the aircraft in hitting the targets. Four designated targets were identified and the formations attacked the targets one after the other starting with cobra, tiger and aggressor formations.
In his remarks at the occasion, the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Gabriel Olonishakin felicitated with the NAF on its 53rd anniversary celebration and commended the commitment of the current NAF leadership for improving the capacity of officers and men. “Today, I am proud to declare that the NAF has lived up to expectation. This sequencing, airmanship and accurate delivery of firepower from the various platforms that participated at the Air Weapons Meet are highly commendable”.
Gen Olonishakin also disclosed that Nigeria can boast of an Air Force that can deliver appropriate air power as witnessed in the North East where the NAF air interdiction, ground attack and close air support missions played a pivotal role in the counter-terrorism/insurgency operations.
Source; http://www.nationalhelm.net/2017/04/nigerian-air-force-test-fires-locally.html Airforce of Nigeria's shenanegan against Boko Haram religious fighting force is mere diversionary, Boko Haram is like Taliban - both are backed by insider Muslim Fundamentalists for country governed through Islamic sharia criminal codes. Two years after the US and other coalitionforces left Afghanistan, Taliban fighters have reclaimed more than half of Afghanistan. Yesterday, Taliban killed more than 100 Afghan soldiers in a military barrack attack. More than half of northern Nigeria adopted sharia criminal codes and support wide spread of use of sharia criminal codes all over Nigeria. Only solution for Boko Haram violence is grant far northern Nigeria an Islamic Country it asked for indirectly when 12 northern states unilaterally adopted Islamic sharia criminal codes. If not , Nigeria shall be reduced to Afghanistan or Iraq or Somalia. |

You still dont know what's at stake! You are on foolish blackmail. You have no idea of the population of Biafra. Less than 0.01% of Biafrans live in, or have business and landed property in the SW and northern regions. Northern Nigeria has used unfriendly environment of Islamic sharia criminal codes and Boko Haram violence to chase out most southerners from northern Nigeria. |

ISpiksDaTroof: Shameless and dull Nigerians. Look at the young Arab boy thats building the bridge on behalf of Ekiti while the regular Nigerians are over there looking at him talk to the Governor like the dullards they are.
P.S: No helmet or protective gear while he was climbing, why didn't he fall and crack his head so we can see the emptiness inside his slow, thieving, hollow brain. Importing young and fair-skinned non Africans to show equally gullible natives that Oyibo is doing the engineering construction work. That is how barely -educated people suffering inferiority complex turned leadership roles in Nigeria. Did Fayose or his fake Oyibo contractor know that it's prohibited to move around such a heavy goods construction site without hard hat and safety boots? |

Wallahi, Nigeria is in real trouble with the class of barely educated people that find their ways in positions of authority in the governance of the country.
Instead of providing the citizens with treated running water, many of these Nigerian governors compete against one another over who would build flyovers in their state capitals.
One state governor in the southeast is even digging tunnels under federal roads to pass a road in his state capital in order to be noticed as a working governor fit to become president of Nigeria; but no pipe borne water exists anywhere in his state;
any first few minutes of rains generate floods that carry humans and babies in the second most populated town in his state because he couldn't complete an urban drainage system started by his predecessors there. |

Who needs flyover where a roundabout or traffic light can controll free-flow of traffic?
So a whole Fayose joined bandwagon of barely educated governors who believe that flyover is a symbol of a Mega City? Flyover is never built by enlightened leaders where roundabout or traffic light can serve. |

sinistermind: The mystery clouding the ownership of monies discovered in recent times is quite disturbing... Gradually, Yakubu's case has died off. We don't know if he has met the 300million naira bail condition. Now, the airport discovery, balogun market discovery, shopping plaza discovery and now the Ikoyi Discovery is dying a natural death and some buffons will come on here shouting their messiah is fighting corruption. These monies must have been stolen from this administration. Buhari has always had double standards to measure corruption. Buhari said that late Abacha was not corrupt, even long after Abacha's loot have been discovered all over the world. |

Even the Police of a Banana Republic could have told the public who owned the money.
We are being presented with a scenario that Nigeria is a completely failed state, because the government is hiding something from the public, apparently to protect one government official. |
