alldone: it appears as if once the same tenant that has pass through terrible times with the landlords become a landlord they do worse.
in abj u will still get 1yr, but lag 2-3yrs becos of agents.
the solution to this is for us to strife to become landlord someday.
if you just get married and your rent is 600k/yr to be increase every 2yrs, what happen in 6yr?
so even if is in the forest get a land and build. will that reduce the cost/terms of accommodation I'm currently renting ? |

Demoladoc: yes monthly payment is what obtains in developed countries but it wont work in nigeria because
in developed countries you almost always go through agents to rent a flat. you will never meet the owner before, during or after you rent the flat. you have to deal with the agents who are well run, organised and, lawful and backed by the law. Not entirely true, some owners rent their flats/house out by themselves |

ZIM DRILL: ok lets seperate bad tradition and law
by law the wife and kids are beneficials to the estate
then by our greedy traditions it is the relatives yea that's more like it ZIM DRILL: roughly the guy here is the greedy relative the wife can do that by her own
we dont really know his intentions; some people are useless, educated or not they like to be fed like a cow! some women rely so much on their husband and relatives for very basic documents they can do by themselves, [s]have you been to the travel section? you should see some very basic questions people ask-thats one of the reasons they fall victim to scammers[/s] ZIM DRILL: but on being married it depends with your country laws --- in zimbabwe if you are married traditionally you are still considered as married
does your country constitutionally recognise a traditional marriage? really don't know but it should |

ZIM DRILL: it doesnt change anything
next of kin is the person who is first contacted in case of anything, in this case he did not change the person who should be contacted in case of anything but he was now married so anything that was his now goes to wife and kids --- like i said dont confuse it with EXECTUTOR OF ESTATE according to the document, he will the first person to be contacted because it wasnt changed before death and knowing how it is in nigeria the relatives will be the first to be considered even saw a case like this on nTA last sunday
thanks to those who gave sensible suggestion, and for your information if you must know i am the next of kin and the guy died before he could change his next of kin after he got married.what i need is just the guideline
|

Well if you have to travel before then you'd better go down there pronto and ask question, doubt you'll get reasonable/any response if you call them; so best bet will be to go there and ask them, you can try calling if you dont live in London though |

Lagos na real wa Just imagine a fresh graduate who's just got a job paying like 80K, where is he meant to get 200K x 2years plus commission, agreement and caution I think that site gidihomes should be promoted more, so more owners can upload their properties and Lagos state govt should stop paying lips service to regulation too many criminals out there http://234next.com/csp/cms/sites/Next/Home/5661492-146/story.csp |

idmoore: @poster and all other contributors in dis thread, i jus discovered few months ago dat there are stil enough vancant apartment u cud ever want in lagos only dat people are always not ready 2 make d payment, i work with a reputable estate company at ikorodu & 99% of all the properties we av are located at ikorodu. And we av succeed 2 help people secure a rented apartments and sold valuable properties.
Presently, we av various apartments to let at places like: Ebute-ipakodo, owutu, lagos road, odogunyan, isawo, jumofak bus stop by igbo oliwo estate, itamago. And for sale properties at Bayieku, odungunyan, odo Nla, lagos road.
These are all our properties and 4 now stil january 25 we are offering a bonus 2 are clients whereby we DON'T COLLECT BOTH AGREEMENT AND COMISSION FEE from our clients. You think people want the flats for free? Just because clients don't take the properties you have don't mean they don't want to pay |

sledjama: I think Timi Alaibe did it to draw attention to himself. anyone who wanted him dead would have gone after his life instead of taking a much bigger risk of bombing his home.
he should be watched closely. The first part might be true, but i dont agree with the other bit, Jonathan's house i think was bombed too some years ago, I think it's just the usual warning or hint |

You are having a fixed asset not because of the profit but to simply build your credit up.
