ElRazur:
I see your point and why you are coming from. Let us look at the flip side, if we [western world] do not deal with them, then they would be forced to deal with a nation that is questionable. Or worse still, UAE may deviate from the "Nuclear  peace deal" and opted for other alarming project in the process.

Personally, I do not agree with Royal families. Especially if they are being  fed by the monies and taxes of the masses. Having said that, we cannot allow a single case of Torture get in the way of bigger things, perhaps we may have more to lose as a result. Just imagine if UAE now opts to deal with NK as a result of the US refusal to go ahead with the deal. Not only we would lose our interest and influence in that region,we may also be heading for even something much more we ain't bargained for.
oh please just tell us you are interested in the 'multi-billion dollar' aspect of the deal and stop covering up with some alarming excuses, as if the US is the only country thats allowed to build nuclear power stations.

what does the arabs have in common with NK? and when did north Korea start exporting technology anyway-alarmist!

Having said that, we cannot allow a single case of Torture get in the way of bigger things
I feel you bro!! theres money to be made especially in this recession period, with people losing their jobs and whatnots wink
Arab money they call; it so crisp it make you or should I say 'we' look the other way

Good thing the state govt is showcasing it's tourism potential

It is towards this goal that the recent Easter carnival was staged on Tarkwa Bay Island. Many known and upcoming Nigerian artistes performed at the carnival.
Transport facilities were provided at various points, including the CMS jetty, in Marina, Tarzan jetty, at Maroko; Ambico yard jetty and the Mekwuen jetty. All boats and vessels used met approved international safety guidelines.

These boats include four newly acquired ones fully equipped and luxuriously furnished. They are owned by Fiki Marine and Boat Club. Sea patrol and rescue boats were also deployed as back-up, while every passenger had a life jacket. Policemen and security operatives provided adequate security for the day.

Mobile toilets were ferried to the beach and equipment for the stage were moved in by Z-Mirage, ahead of the real day. Food vendors, palmwine sellers, fish mongers, soft drink hawkers and their ilk besieged the island with their wares.
hmm its seems all these were provided just because of a festival and only to the beach front not minding the people that actually reside there need these facilities there permanently

As soon as Ben's team lost  i knew Noorul was a goner.Really started to feel sorry for him but he just totally lost his case when he pulled the magazine deal stunt.WTH angry. That  was low even for Ben(who i really dislike).

Debra really needs to learn Human relations, i can just imagine her as a manager, she would be  the ultimate boss from hell.So arrogant and bossy and if not for Sir Alan was going to continue to argue with Nick. shocked.

Norul can NEVER be a businessman,he should just go back to the academia jejely.

All in all,i expect more fireworks from Debra and Yasmina(who is my favourite at the moment).
he is apparently a 'successful' property developer with properties valued at a quarter of a million pounds in the current climate. I think he is a nice guy and should stick to lording it over 11-16 years olds in the secondary school.

Sir Alan: whoever employs noorul in the future better get a receipt! ouch. . .

Yasmin and Howard or James are the real candidates for this one, Yasmin will grow and show her real strength after all the weeds and childish antics are done with, and Howard he's good plus a black guy's won it a female's won it what else you expect from  diversity n equality Britain- a batty man to win it wink

I see mona doing pantomime or celebrity this and that when the shows over, i just cant see her doing anything much really good team member though- she'll massage that ego just fine or perhaps its the editing  undecided

whenever philip is talking i have to put the subtitle on  sad
Literature › Re: The Untold Story Of Distributing Newspapers And Magazines In Nigeria by DisGuy: 11:48pm On Apr 30, 2009
I think the should go the way of the Metro, Londonpaper or Lite

the thing with nigerian newspaper is the are bloody ridig, no independence,
they are not interactive, the readers have no input what so ever, they copy news str8 from other news agency without editing it, they dont have proper news website, and the most annoying part is they don't really do news they just do press releases from government and companies no real insight plus they are too government focussed!

one more rant! they have no idealogy themselves a bit like the political parties,
you dont know their individual stand on issues like privatisation, education etc
people know the difference between guardian, observer and Times but nigerian newspapers are
not here or there

j= someone with a 'strong' face? undecided

no matter how hard working you are if you dress with a hoody you might be called a thug

FBS:
this is where agents come in but again, who says a "pretty face" is what the super eagles need. No disrespect, but does TT look any better?

Someone just has to brush the guy up and make him look, well, erm, more presentable. wink
Will Amodu ever integrate home based players into the senior squad?
not too particular about the super eagles more like the Local league, we need to make it more presentable,
to everyone from welders to bankers and even ladies wink just like naija music from papa fryo, daddy showkey
to dbanj, asa etc
