I think the idea will be geared towards middle-higher end of the market,
it might force individual landlords to hand operations of their estate to qualified estate managers
Direct transfer will be set up by the banks, where the 3months deposit will be invested so the
estate mangers don't have access to tenants information

so it will be a win-win-win situation cheesy

If it's going to be a problem at the end of the month, they should sign up for direct debit transfer from the tenants cheesy
or the landlord can always take from the 3month or so deposit (with warning)
Properties › Re: Renting A Flat For 2-3 Months? by DisGuy: 5:21pm On Sep 28, 2007
why are rents charge annually in Nigeria?

I think people will have more tenants if they rent their house out for tenants to pay monthly with about 3months deposit
Then people will have more choice and the real estate market might even speed up

I think this way people will be able to move out of their parents house earlier cheesy
And new employees wont find have a hard time paying monthly with 3months deposit wink

If you have a good job with convincing regular income you may not need an invitation letter, in such case your statement of account must show that you have enough money to buy your ticket, pay for hotel accomodation, some money to spend and outside that you must also be able to provide leave letter from your work, i think payslips, tax cert and consent letter from your spouse if you are married. If the visa officer feels you have such good job that will make you return home he may issue you visa without an IV. You also need to provide hotel booking for the period of your stay.

Same amount was received in USD in a bank in Nigeria and safely deposited into the receivers account.
hi NBA can you use money gram to send money straight into an account?

has anyone used the GTB intr bank transfer, think they started this some months ago,

We are pleased to inform you that as part of our continuous efforts towards providing you with superior and excellent customer service, Guaranty Trust Bank plc has commenced NIBSS Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) service on its Internet Banking Platform.

With the introduction of this service, you no longer have to issue cheques or physically visit a GTBank branch to transfer funds from your account to a beneficiary’s account in other commercial banks in Nigeria. You can simply initiate payments from the comfort of your home or office.

This service will be added to your internet banking profile upon request at any of our branches nationwide. Thus, transfers made from your GTBank account(s) to third parties whose accounts are domiciled in other commercial banks will receive value within 24-48hours of the initiation of the transfer.

1) The evidence are pointing to the parents of Madeiline McCann, what is your take on the issue. Are the police right to hound the McCanns out of Portugal because of their inefficiency? I personally think something dodgy happened to the little girl and the parents are not saying all they know.
what eveidence? her DNA was found in the car, so? undecided

they didn't hound them out of Portugal, they already had plans to go to Britain before they were named as suspects and how did the Portuguese police become inefficient overnight? you've been watching too much British tv, they obviously don't respect the fact that other countries have different ways of dealing/solving crime.

wait and see

3) Nigerians are obviously hard-working and God fearing grin.

union bank to merge with GTB, disaster!?!?! shocked GTB is pure quality!

Nevertheless, one begins to wonder why the shares of Wema Bank PLC have been in an up trend since January 2007 if they were no financial statements made available to the market? How have investors been able to determine the credit worthiness and sustainability of the bank if there were no financials to rely on? I have spoken to several investors lately who claim to be fundamental traders. If this is the case, how can these fundamental traders explain why the shares of a bank that has not released any financials statements in the last 2 years is moving. . .

45 yr man claiming he was cheated lol funny people

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/rtrs/20070712/tuk-uk-britain-drugs-fa6b408.html

LONDON (Reuters) - A man found dead in a street in Greenwich, southeast London was a suspected drug mule with an estimated 2 kg of class A drugs in his stomach, police said on Friday.

A post mortem showed that the unidentified man died from an intestinal obstruction after swallowing about 142 wraps of drugs with an estimated street value of up to 125,000 pounds.

"This is an unusually large amount to have ingested, and he must have died in considerable pain," said Detective Sergeant Lauraine Greenhead of Plumstead CID.

Police are appealing for help in identifying the man who was found on August 9. He is described as black, about 40 years old and 5ft 10in tall, and wearing a plain gold ring on his wedding finger. He was dressed in a navy blue suit, brown slip-on shoes and a pink and purple striped shirt.

Greenhead said he may have come from Nigeria.

Although he was carrying no identification and had just 1.50 pounds on him, he did have a Virgin Nigeria airline baggage label in his pocket.

the question should be will the current admin keep it going -after he drops the paper he read from he will probably go to Spain for a massage!

remember the Nigerian high commission issued warning to travellers to the UK last year about 'chiefs' being robbed with ketchup, and fani kayode also made some noise about banning foreign airlines for not paying tax and losing customer luggage wink
