very disgraceful set of people!! almost £1million just to renovate one persons residence shocked

aisha2, i don't know anything about her but i feel many people from the house will do exactly the same thing if elected to that position, seems they are in charge of everything in this country the keep whining about their allowance and pay structure! they waste so much time talking about their basic pay, furniture and car allowance iw onder if tehy really do what they are their for. they should be made to live in the rep state and go to Abuja only once a week or something!

he's an oversized fish in a tiny fish bowl!

ikoo:
i joined recently and was impressed by what i have read. this is my first posting. have u thought of a call centre as an extra source of income. you need only 13820 naira to start. 1000 naira for plastic table, 2000 naira for plastic chair. 3000 for a reltel phone, 1950 naira for monthly booster and 2370 naira for 5 reltel 500 cards. ofcourse you need a space which can be infront of your house so you wouldn't have to pay area boys or infront of a friends shop. you can employ a sales girl and pay her 3500 naira. while the sales person works in the morning till 6pm you work till 9.30 or 10 pm. but first talk to those who are already in the biz. the secret is setting up on a busy area. try it. it is working for me and am sure it would work for you.
3500 a month is that legal shocked even if it is its inhumane!!! i hope u mean per week sha
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only (Old) by DisGuy: 5:05am On Aug 23, 2007
no worries mate i'm Teflon wink

Yea Curtis is consistent, no injury worries nothing just plays the game, he's clam and listens well to instructions

Some English players have good potentials under the right manager, apart from their price people criticise them unfairly as being overrated.
I also think downing is a boring taking the ball to through the left flank before crossing it but the way we play at the moment, that's what we need we have to use the whole field instead of crowding the midfield/right flank only to get muscled off the ball; we can do with a left crosser

Buying finished products looks like a tall order at the moment, the way i see it players coming in recently are those that will grow with the club, and also those that can fit in

We really need players o, don't know if we can get to the January windows with the current squad, i see many injuries this season hopefuly for man u players sha grin

Luka Modric team mate of Silva was linked to arsenal and Morten Pederson
altidore= i watched only one game of MLS lol cant blame me cheesy

Ricardo-yea he's amazing and bloody expensive!! shocked £27milla

wack? ouch embarassed

Those players are average players that can become very good average players

Downing can do what pennant is doing with crouch and kuyt for Liverpool
crossing the ball from the left for Adebayorr and anyone good with their head

Curtis is worth about £6m to be honest, Wenger's been interested way before the press start to pump him up to £10m
now theyve priced him out of the market-he must be frustrated by now sad
He is a consistent player and a very reliable back up for any of the defenders,he'll grow even more with Gallas,Toure and co

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Engineers Converted 2 "bankers"!? by DisGuy: 1:18am On Aug 23, 2007
@Bruce, i dont think anyone is making the accommodating banking sector thrashy, you have to understand some people's skills will be under-utilised and the career goals will remain unfulfilled in the long run if they dont go for extra course or a complete career change in the future

I also want to call on you guys out there, even those in the banks to show interest in this NSE and let's see how we can turn things around in this nation. Imagine the author of this thread as the NSE president, I am convinced he will do something and not just fold his arms.
lets be honest most of those chairman/president can only bark not teeth whatsoever, they'll probably have another workshop/seminar/talk shop the usually gathering -these drink ups are annoying common in Nigeria sha, they cant force the employers to pay, there are no standard market rate in the (local) sector so most people dont know how much they should be getting

cutting corners is humane, cut corners and sustain it,bet you will never regret.
expect full adverts on this policy from jan.though i am dissapointed that a lot was spent on the old bills, which we have to faze out now.the good old days we ve been wishing for is coming to pass.so lets embrace and give it a chance.
adverts? January is too late!! we need proper television presentations to lay audience who will be allowed to ask questions!

people can not/will not/should not embrace things they don't understand wink

i want to see how all those mago mago and thief thief politicians that buried there stolen money inside there houses ,are going to change all the bills. Grin the wind is about to blow.
hmm you are underestimating those looters! they have relatives, girlfriends, even their mother involved with their looting activities

Investment › Re: Effect Of Naira Redomination On Stock Market Investments? by DisGuy: 2:14am On Aug 20, 2007
there goes the neighbourhood grin basically cutting corners to 'hopefully' curb inflation is not good in the long run
people need to know what other policies will be introduced to curb inflation and improve the economy, we also need to know and understand what policies will have direct impact on the lives of nigerians

it will be nice if Nigerian policy makers explain their policy to the masses
they should go live on national T.V to explain properly to lay audience/interviewers
communication is key! cheesy
Investment › Re: Effect Of Naira Redomination On Stock Market Investments? by DisGuy: 2:01am On Aug 20, 2007
hbrednic:
time is money, short cut if you can and let others meet you later.
nigerians used to short cutting, whats the evil there?
a lot of countries has done this redomination or decimalization before without any problem.
the value of your money remains absolutly the same,so whats de fuzz ?
shocked
the evil is that we are partially at this stage right now because of we are cutting corners
a lot of countries less than 15 countries is not a lot mate, and some did it more than once-for you to do it more than once there must be a problem! zimbabwe has done this too by the way wink
if the value of your money remains the same why not leave it as it is then? undecided

change is good but chnage for the sake of change is shocked

seems majority of CBN's policies has benefited foreign companies, multinationals and big companies more than the average Nigerian.
