Toks2008:Never smoked or drank all my life. And I hope I never do till my mortality elapses. I won't exactly say I'm a womanizer. I'm sapiosexual meaning I don't seek to get intimate with most females who are even willing to tumble beneath the sheets as most don't excite me intellectually. Compared to most guys, I'm not a womanizer. Heck! I'm barely religious so these aren't for religious reasons. |
nullbyte:And tech journalism too. They are always writing articles about how-tos, especially in digital tech but do not really practice it. Thousands of them on Twitter creating threads about CSS, JavaScript and PHP tricks but do not have web projects (which is more popular) in their portfolio. Most don't even have portfolio projects. ...And they always get hailed as "women in tech" for doing the barest minimum. The system rewards their complacency. |
Ibime:Now he's playing the victim like he always does when cornered. Like he did when DarkRebel was whipping him with personals which made the reading public beg DarkRebel to stop. A teenager (he was then) whopped you to tears. A teenager you could bear. Go on Twitter, search "Ibime". You'd read Twitter users saying "Ibime don old o. You remember that guy? E suppose don big pass to dey battle children for Nairaland na." This was as far back as 2012. You were one of the pests on here when Eldee came and retired. Young ones like Limerick came and you were still here. It's like those thuggish never-do-wells in hidden street corners as kids who still remained there as we grew and became adults. And when folks compare them to us, their only retort is: "I bin dey clean im shoe for am when im be small pikin." Nairaland bears testimony to your documented uneventful quest to be somebody. You were a punter on Nairaland before Akin Alabi joined. He moved on to found NairaBet and becoming a NASS member but you are still a Nairaland punter, arguing about Morata and DrinkPetrol like bad mixtape on repeat blaring from damaged speakers on an MP3 player. Ibimental case! |
Ibime:See? He couldn't even deny he's a thief. I mean, Coogar targeted Ibime for years and everyone knew it was personal for him. Now we know : Ibime stole his intellectual property. You revel in the supposed "rap legend" tag. Rap wasn't supposed to be a hobby for you - it was a career. You used to organise Nairaland GoFundMe to fund mixtapes and 'singles' then we found out they mirrored your IQ digits - single. Who can single out any time you told people off who erroneously tagged you a rap legend? You never dig 'causs that was your single achievement! You reveled in it. Immediately I attacked your illusionary legacy with proof even, you suddenly came charging to defend. You were here before Blaqbonez, Eldee, Vector and Limerick made a career on Nairaland then moved on to being actual artistes. You spent hours recording singles which are only remembered in passing on rare moments of epiphany in restrooms like "You know, the most useless songs I've ever heard were sung by a delusional rambling drug addict called Ibime on Nairaland. Nightmares". Lexical kleptomaniac! |
GhostWisperer:In fact, Coogar's battles with Ibime which eventually led to him bullying Ibime for years was because Ibime was "bitting" (translated to "stealing rap verses" ) from Coogar. That's where their eternal hatred for each other began. https://www.nairaland.com/1156958/nl-rap-battles-chatroom/879#38076807 Rap legend? Yeah, so is Vic O. Shina "Ibime" Rambo! |
GhostWisperer:Ibime isn't a Nairaland rap legend. He's just some washed-up has-been whose claim to fame was having lexical battles with teenage truants in the backwaters of Nairaland - the Rap Section, which is rarely visited. It's like a celebrated palmwine tapper in a remote village reveling in the years before osteoarthritis too over. |
GalaticHorde:See? For the first time ever, you articulated a sentence and punctuated correctly. Since I'm your teacher and this is the art of mental duels, you have to call me "Sensei". I demand it else the class ends. Now bow and say it! |
GhostWisperer:If it's with that Glo number then I don't think it would go through but if you have the other one, then go ahead, man. I'm trying not to attack Ibime too personally or take it personal at all. The old man has all his information all over Nairaland, Twitter and other platforms but he wants to take shots at me, his Lord? I've suppressed that side of me on Nairaland since the 2016 Miss Nairaland controversies. He had rap battles where too much were revealed about him over the years. The hubris of the mortal! |
Ibime:See? You finally found your use - helping me sought out the many monikers who quote me. Please file them alphabetically. I'm a stickler for such things. I'd look at them later though. Good boy. ![]() ----------------------- Postmann is Ghostwhisperer? Never looked at the moniker more than in passing but I won't be surprised. Been a while, man. ![]() |
GalaticHorde:Still crying 'cause your henchman, Ibime, failed at the one thing you crave more than life itself - me being disgraced? May a galactic horde of the most violent demons take turns possessing you! |
GhostWisperer:Ibime has been on the internet for way longer than any of us on this thread. He's way older too. But that's not the point. I don't discriminate against the aged - I give them exactly what they deserve. The derang skunk thinks I am one to pretend. I don't. I don't live double lives. Two weeks ago, the discussion was about cryptocurrency but I didn't partake in it. Do I understand cryptocurrency and all the terminologies? Hell yeah and I'd have been believed! It's my job to be aware of everything. Literally my job. Have I been trading in it? No; not in the last four years at least since it distracts from what I do. So I felt no need to discuss it. If I were like Ibime ilk, I'd quickly google the technical jargon and crypto news then claim to trade in millions like he and his folks claim because they are hellbent on impressing random people on the internet. I can bet you given the chance, Ibime would go into kidnapping if that's the oy way to impress people from the proceeds. Ibime, may lightning wake you up every morning and be the last thing you you before you drift off to hell nightly! ------------------- GhostWhisperer? Jay? Only Jay creates such monikers. Salomon? It has to be you. |
Ibime:Mr. Akpan? Are you sick? I'm proudly Ibibio. I wear it like a badge! And on any account I use, I declare this. Everyone refers to me on Nairaland as that "Akwa Ibom guy" and I defend it with my heart. In fact, I had a lengthy discussion about it on Nairaland last Saturday. I don't hide! You are the belligerent halfwit, Ibime, who mentioned me out of the blues with false information you didn't verify hoping you could mock me and make me cower. You wanted the badge of taking down and shaming the ever-victorious Disstroy, a.ka. TSOM? The sun would have to burn out and the earth freeze over before that happens! I paid the price by never getting myself involved in things would come back to hunt or haunt me, legally or otherwise. You have about 15,000 comments on Nairaland alone with your digital footprints all over the place leading to places you would rather want to remain in the dark. All it takes is tenacious digging. Even Coôgar thought he had his hidden too - until I bursted him. He tried hacking my accounts over the years but couldn't and went digging yet found nothing to pin on me. That's Coogar who is more vicious that you'd ever be. You called a little assembly of geriatric dementia patients on the pages of Nairaland hoping to give them the euphoria of my 'outing' which they couldn't get in bed with the women. May a thousand soldier ants take turns giving you blöwjobs! |
Fat turd Ibime, can't think of more? Something has to stick. Something! Try. Do what those who Nairalanders who tried had to pull me down or shame me haven't been able to do for years. I never freaking hide! I'd be the first to tell anyone who gets confused my tribe or other such details. I'd be the first to tell you to go looking but reassure you that you'd find nothing embarrassing. You think I don't go digging on me too? Reputation Management is a required skill in personal branding these days. I bet nobody does searches about me than me. I saw what you see before you see it. I weigh the options the decide on it. You know how vicious and personal DarkRebel used to be. He went at me - he found nothing embarrassing, even when. he was trying to help Coôgar take me down in 2015. I went at him when he let his guard down - he was disgraced on Nairaland. The same DarkRebel who used to bully you and make you cry. Ask who bursted all his catfishing account and his identity. Ask him. I'm a veteran of the game you are trying to play. And you know what makes me even more dangerous? I'm not held back by the distraction of trying to cover up my tracks - I show people my tracks if they insist 'cause I know when traced back, those tracks lead to places which aren't soiled. |
GalaticHorde:You have the mental capacity of a dying newt! You quoted me out of the blues because you got triggered that the 'evidence' Ibime 'dug up' didn't stick and one of the proof was my writing style which you couldn't (and can't ) measure up to. You either square up to take these lexical punches like a man or let your boyfriend, Ibimental fight for you while you cheer on like a dutiful girlfriend! |
Ibime:My phone number is easily available and you shouldn't have to dig deep. I give it out readily as I have nothing to hide or to really be worried about. I don't do crime or hangout with those who do so I do not expect harm or disturbance. What? You made a 'discovery' which has been readily available for years, even on Nairaland even before I shamed Coogar for fraud? Same one where he tried blackmailing me in 2017 yet I shook it off? I have had threads created about my supposed death by a least two Nairalanders I pummeled after an online argument in 2016 and 2017 but I said nothing until the moderators deleted the threads. I see everything! To me it's just the same way a public figure would have various things said about him but he has to do is not be found wanting when there's an actual digging. I never hide. Ever! I'd rather be dead if I ever feel I need to hide. Hiding is what you and yours do. I see everything! All my profiles are public. You think I didn't know mentioning me this evening (even though I haven't been active on this thread for days) didn't have a deeper reason? I weighed the possible outcomes and reassured myself like I always do that I have nothing to hide and when it comes to it and the other party crosses the line, I have the digital resources to go on the offensive, without breaking the law, of course. Make no mistake, Ibime - there's only one prey here and we all know it isn't me. And, oh! Thanks for opening that door. I wanted the reassurance that I wasn't the first to go personal. ![]() |
GalaticHorde:You should blame your friend, Ibime aka Ibimediocre, who after I pummeled him all through last week only returned days later with searches about a Nairaland moniker registered two years before I used Nairaland and try to pin it on me. I never hide. A few folks know my real names and the heavens forbid before I deny. I prepare for days like this everyday I logon to Nairaland. I've battled folks in controversies that have made Nairaland 'stand still' as it were yet none could dig such up? You think they didn't see it? Everyone would mock you for thinking that's me. I revel in my written English a lot. Why then would I type like a dyslexic the way the guy in the screenshot typed? Even dropped phone number? ![]() I freaking do searches on my and have seen that several times but since it's not my account, there was nothing to worry about. Again, the signature on my profile hasn't changed for 5 years for a reason : You aren't anonymous - you just haven't been found out yet. Ibime, for one who was a battle rapper, you are a letdown for coming up with something as easily disputable as this. God! You are supposed to bring your A-game. Battle rappers make the mud stick. What happened? Old age. Sorry. Dementia comes with the terrain. You'd be fine. ...Or not. The world wouldn't notice regardless. Ibimentally ill! |
Ibime:LOL. Everyone knows I first came on Nairaland in late 2014 but your screenshots are showing 2013. I came on Nairaland after the Nairaland tsunami which trended all over social media got me interested. Heck! It shows on the account that it was created in 2012. Can never be me. And the heavens forbid that I type like a dyslexic too. From the first day on Nairaland, I have always been particular about my tenses. I have always been consistent with the way I type. Never faltered once. Nairaland in 2012? I didn't even use to visit then so definitely couldn't have been me. Everyone knows my monikers and that certainly isn't one of them. For a person who digs, you think that would have been up if it were me? You, Ibime, on the other hand have your information all over and have posted a gazillion times that your digital footprint are all over the internet to track your lies. Luckily for you, you are still keeping it within the bounds of Nairaland searches - concocted and misleading as those searches are - so I'd also respect the bound until you dare to switch it up then let's see who has the digital resources to actually unearth dirt - real dirt. |
KKTooMuchMoney:Actually, you can. Just 3 things to begin with: - Notepad++ to write your code even on the go. -Chrome Browser to run your code. -SoloLearn app. You'd eventually have to move to PC though but these help when you are on the go especially or in between meetings and can't use a PC. |
CSTRR:LOL. Gatekeepers. Especially the 'influencer' ones on Twitter (some teenagers) creating long threads daily on how-tos about CSS, JavaScript and Python but when you ask for the projects they've created with these, they chicken out. Proof of your programming (especially web development skills) is your portfolio. Anything else might just be something you searched on Google or copied from StackOverflow. Joshuam1:All hail Stack Overflow. ![]() |
lordally:Some things are just practical. Most aspects of programming are more of logic than advanced mathematics. If X=10 then 3X=3 x 10 = 30. Just logic and not exactly advanced. But she's right about data structures and data bases. At least intermediate mathematics is required. |
obixcel:Don't do this. Don't let the loonie goad you into revealing sensitive information about yourself. If you've been on Nairaland and Twitter long enough, and engaged in heated exchanges, you'd know these hate-driven people always take it personal and next you might find a petition somewhere to make you lose your source of living just for a minute's gratification. I can name examples on Nairaland, even one as recently as 2018. If you've been on Twitter, you'd know this happens everyday and the most recent one being a certain female (based in Australia) who disagreed with cancel culture, radical feminism and the suppressing of masculine men on Twitter NG had petitions against her written by one of the Leftist extremist (Akake(?) ) to her workplace (she works for a government parastatal too). You might know where to draw the line and not take it pass Nairaland disses (I've stumbled on Nairalanders who had extremist opinions I disagreed with on other platforms and did my research enough to confirm their identities but would rather be shot dead than use it against them to score cheap points), but these hate-fueled folks know no boundary and are conscienceless. You should know what extreme cancel culture is. You should already realize these guys have expressed extreme hate not only for the ideology you identify with but for everyone who opposes their socio-political stance and wouldn't mind ruining your life for 7 likes here. I can take the heat because I know I can burn everything down when it comes to it - and I have the digital resources to - but I don't think you should expose yourself. They are the ones who need to prove they are living fine by revealing details about themselves, not you. Always remember this. ![]() |
obixcel:CNN was already terming it "Wuhan Virus" and "China Virus" as far back as December 2019 to January 2020, months before Trump termed it so. They only went against the tag because it agreed with Trump. According to Democrats, agreeing with the Right or Trump is a a capital offence. If Trump is accused of sinophobia 'cause of it then CNN should be disbanded as well. ...But we all know the rationality of the Left is on the negative side of the scale like their place on the X-axis. The cultists with one-track minds on this thread would conveniently ignore CNN's culpability in this but instead clutch at straws. Demoncrats! |
I don't .need their respect. I like being courteous but some wackos out are too gone to have a decent convo with.If you ever feel you need to get validation for your opinions by getting 'respect' from the Leftist Loonies that, in my book, makes you lower than a sewage rat and should be swatted away like a fly. Immediately you realize the people you try to engage with in a civil way (like I was trying to when Budáatum(?) mentioned me here a couple of weeks ago after more than 3 months haitus from this thread), go hard on them. Ibime used to be all over this thread for months cursing out at those he disagrees with needlessly. Notice how he began threading with caution and eased on the needless antagonism when I kept hitting him hard over the last few days? He's been barely posting here even when his folks mention him. That's what folks like him deserve. Ibime needs the respect and validation from Nairaland that's why he'd keep coming back to announce any new development in his life (real or imagined) unasked to assumably faceless people instead of attacking the issues at hand. No friends or loved ones who take him seriously to engage him offline. This thread has become an echo box. Same set of 7 to 9 persons (maybe even less given the monikers) arguing at any given time but wouldn't dare argue same and repeat same trolling on platforms with their identities known like Twitter. PrinceofLinConman even stated he's NOT on Twitter yesterday. What Leftist or digitally-savvy person isn't on Twitter these days? It's because he's trying to throw the scent off as he'd be discovered not to hold the extremist views he parrots here on Twitter because his identity is known and can be fished out. Why waste all day on Leftist extremists who have one motive in mind and would stick to it when you can argue and engage more with potentially millions more (if you comment under popular handles and hashtags) and open yourself up to be held accountable for your opinions and extremist views? Nope. Pointless in a way and you should just state your opinions and not seek any respect or approval. It is why Ibime would spend all day on a Nigerian forum and with mostly Nigerians but over the years hasn't been able to contribute to issues in the polity where he resides as he'd be shoved off as ignorant and has no lifeline comebacks like the ones he uses here which revolve around projecting the financial status of people he doesn't know but can't account for how he would accumulate the riches he claims to possess when he spends all his days on Nairaland. Local champion! |
NkanAkpanika:No, I'm not labeling Akwa Ibom bad. Over the years, Nairalanders would confirm, regardless of the moniker I use, I have always stated I'm proudly Akwa Ibom and Ibibio too, and fight off trolls who try to denigrate the state. Hell would have to freeze over a thousand times before I hide or suppress my association with Akwa Ibom as there's nothing about the state to be ashamed of. Not even one I can't counter with a developmental stride. Akwa Ibom tops many states of the federation on many positive indices, including road infrastructure, power supply, security, ease of doing business and the likes. This much I have stated over the years. Never have I promoted negative news about the state and would rather stay away from anything which seems so. However, we need to act as pressure groups to keep the government in check. We need to remind whoever is in power that we don't need white elephant projects to fuel their vainglorious antics or drives. If you know the history behind the formation of Akwa Ibom and electing the governor in 1999, you'd know why no governor should deviate from the masterplan and must be kept in check. This is exactly what I have been doing. Ibom Air, for example, already functions well. No need to dwell on it since it's a PPP. Move on to the Science Park. IPC already generates power - focus on more effective power distribution measures. The civil service is mostly redundant - put empowered technocrats in charge of the Ministries of Science and Technology, and Trade and Investment. This is not portraying the state negatively - it's constructive criticism and appraisal when or where due. Again, I'm not going to argue about your affiliations - we both know the truth. The main issue is appraising the developmental strides of the current state administration. I understand the tendency to slightly sugarcoat things on Nairaland or in public but, brother to brother, we can still criticise without depicting the state negatively. Amesiere, ayeneka. ![]() |
NkanAkpanika: If I 'slap' your face. You think I don't know you and the other guy, Illaumoh, from back then? I went digging when I noticed you guys started flooding Nairaland all of a sudden over the years with Udom propaganda and how TonyeBarcanista got onboard from 2018 - 2019. Again, I'd 'slap' your face. Let me just leave it at that. |
NkanAkpanika:I deliberately didn't mention roads, power and security. He's been handling those parts fairly. The issues I raised were the 21-storey building, the Science Park and other things which make up the 30-year Akwa Ibom blueprint. He's flailing and stalling on those. Those are what would set the state aside from every other state. Akpabio handled massive road projects and bridges. Udom was expected to phase into other sectors. Why are we even talking flyovers in 2021? We've had money to be done with those two years ago. Look, Ikpa, I understand you have do your job as a media hireling (and I'm not going to judge you for it) but you don't have to defend everything. Heck! The sentiments I hold are also held by the major stakeholders in the state PDP and you know this. It's one of the reasons assumed 2023 aspirants are already quietly campaigning to continue that 30-year project. Tell me you don't hear Science Park murmurs daily. Da, Nairaland ke iyin iba ami but iya udoko akpaniko nte eyen ekammi. ![]() |
NkanAkpanika:That's not true. If it were completed, there would have been a grand commissioning and pictures all over the news. Gov. Udom invests a lot in media publicity and it would have been all over the news. Do what you need to do but the budget for that 21-storey building is grossly inflated and the paperwork shady too yet, evidentially, it's still incomplete. Just like for the drawn-out Ekom Iman flyover which he began in late 2018 and still is far from completion. Dude, I freaking hail from Akwa Ibom (never hidden this) so I keep tabs of happenings in the polity regardless of where I reside. Udom was supposed to build on the gains of former governors Akpabio and Victor Attah. Governor Victor Attah created a 30-year blueprint in 1999 for Akwa Ibom's massive development into a smart city which every governor was supposed to follow but Udom has done little to further this. I can what Attah did, I can list what Akpabio did (although he deviated slightly from the plan) but Udom has gone off course. Pockets of developmental strides scattered here and there but there's a plan he's not following. What happened to the Science Park which was to be a Silicon Valley of some sorts? What happened to Shelter Afrique Smart Estate ? What happened to the Ibom E-Library (it's been hosting tech firms and expos but far from what it was created for)? Need I go on? Before you accuse me of being APC, check my previous posts - I don't give a hoot about it. |
Purplebubble:She's tainted and worse, for a damaging crime like fraud. I wouldn't even want to be friends with an alleged fraudster let alone date or settle with one. If you earn money legally and stay on the right side of the law, you'd do e everything not to soil your name. Plus she had begun courting the attention of and entertaining even bigger, infamous international fraudsters like Mompha. It's smart to distance himself from that vortex which would eventually such her into the blackhole of infamy. |
He's underperforming. The budget for the much-talked-about 21-storey building is 10.1 billionaire (2.9 billion in 2019 and 7.2 billion in 2020) and the budget continues to increase yet, based on the recent pictures by eyewitnesses, the building still isn't complete . A breakdown of the 2021 budget too is conveniently absent on the official government website(s). With the funds available to him, he should be doing more. More than these sideshows. It's also on record that he's not funding ministries and LGAs, asides peanuts and wants to do everything himself. These things are verifiable when one digs deep. |
Ibime:Exactly! I have you strung. I'm the judge and jury, and you are standing in the dock. You are the one who has to go the length to prove to me why I should temper my wrath with mercy. You, Ibimediocre, are the one who needs to prove you are worth your weight in oxygen. You are the one who needs to keep citing examples and posting screenshots to prove to me you are living comfortably. You are still failing at it. I, on the other hand, as the one chairing this panel, do not need to prove anything. I'm here to decide your fate. You are still at my mercy and shivering with thoughts of if my pronouncement would send you to the gallows or guillotine. Good for you, I haven't taken my decision yet so you still have more time to prove to me why you should still breathe. Go on, court is in session. You'd begin by addressing me like you should - My Lord. |
Ibime:LordAdam is a fool and a scammer, and I had my run-ins against him even before his final exposure. LordAdam always bragged about wealth unasked, just like PrinceofLincoln2 does. Just like Coogar did. I've taken on more intelligent folks than you, and in fact, that's how I became known on Nairaland - my mastery of words. Never have I faltered in this in battles or in conversations. Wouldn't start now. There's no "we", there's just you. You see why I termed you a coward? You can never fight your battles alone. You're subtly inciting the reading public so when there's a barrage of attacks you can easily slip away into the shadows to take shots. Not with me. You're my prey and like a green anaconda hunting, not even the rustling of the leaves would take my focus off you. There's only one way this ends. Sílly, weak thing who cried when DarkRebel dissed him with personals about a thing he lacked only to run to Nairaland to celebrate same when he got it. Nairaland is your everything. You seek validation here so you have to keep everyone updated (faceless as they are) with the happenings (real or imagined) in your life. You let the words of a teenager (he was a teenager then) you were at least 25 years older than get to you and hurt you so much you came back to Nairaland to declare you had gotten what he mocked you with. Even when you got the 'thing' you so lacked and prayed for, instead of spending time nurturing it, you spend all your time on Nairaland daily. Ibime, you should ask yourself why every newbie on Nairaland picks you as a soft target. Why they respect the others but go at you with reckless abandon. Cúrsed be you as many times as the summation of the individual letters of your name! |
