Their economic reasoning is in the range of minus. At a time they needed to liberalize and facilitate growth they have instead squeezed the whole place. They created 300,000 new jobs with 5000 naira stipend and forced millions with 500,000 pay to run aground!

My brother I tire. Sometimes I wonder who really advises this people. Fixing Nigeria is not a rocket science. Nigeria is bursting with potentials but we have a government that does not have the capacity and think tank to maximize these portent.

It's no news that unless we increase our productivity as a nation in a larger proportion than our population we would keep experiencing countless recession regardless of the people in power.

It is just sad that we play politics with everything in Nigeria.

I totally disagree on this. Government must create the enabling environment and infrastructure then Nigerians can now build on that. But where the enabling environment is not created what will people do.

This government shot itself on the foot by its policies. You don't just withhold money.
After the 2008 financial crisis that hit the world starting from America.

What did their government do?
They reduced interest rate to encourage borrowings by businesses to stimulate the economy and then on the fiscal side the US government increased spending to circulate money in the system.

This present government has withheld money from the system. So how will Nigeria not go into recession again and amidst increase in crude oil price.

And 1. 5% GDP growth for the quarter is very very dangerous for our economy.

I wonder who advises this government economically.

She inculcated that into her daughters: 5 girls. 2 are doctors, and all her girls are graduates. The ones that are married are respected in their homes and by their husband's people.

And mind you I am a very good responsible man. I love, care for, pamper, nourish, take care of and cherish my woman. And she submits willingly because she knows that no one will love and take care of her like me.

Honestly this talks of feminism can be just funny. I think it has more to do with many women not being humble.
Because how can a woman be dragging headship with man? How can?
Nature has made it that way, and as long as this earth remain. It will be like that.

Women still have the power they wield in a home. But you can't wield that power if you don't submit to a man in marriage.
And for those talking about education, many of our women nowadays are educated.

Why should we be focusing on oil all the time? Meaning that whenever oil decline we start shaking. Is it not high time all this madness stops?

In this present age we are still looking at oil to break even.

Personally I still believe that successive governments have not been honest about changing Nigeria's economy.

What stops government from overhauling the power sector. Power is the major problem. Fix power and even fuel subsidy goes away because Nigerians consume millions of litre of fuel daily to run their generators.
Therefore when you fix power problem you remove that.
Power will also fix our industries, reduce the cost of production, support local industries more than importation.

Personally I believe that the political class don't want to do the Right thing. They want the ordinary man to always be at there mercy. That's my opinion because fixing Nigeria s power is not rocket science.

Depression is real. Especially among stars. But I believe that the major cause of depression is not being at peace with your maker.

Nothing will ever satisfy. The only thing that satisfies is God. Be in Peace with your maker. People should not deceive themselves, God is the owner of life. God designed life. And when we begin to pursue things of this life at the expense of God. Along the line, a point Will come when life will no longer mean anything to us. No european gave my family and my people their identities or shape...

In case you can't see it with your eyes, Africa had farm cities, their own languages, their own art, their own culture, their own writing systems, their own food e.t.c long before the europeans got to Africa...

What Africans have were just tribes. They were not organised. The part of Africa that was even bit organised was even northern Africa including northern Nigeria.

When the British came for example to Nigeria Northern Nigeria were already organized. They already had administrative structures so they were given direct rule by the colonialists but southern Nigeria had no structure therefore it was much harder to be ruled and that structure is still reigning supreme even till today in Nigeria. The north is more organized politically so hold the ace in politics in Nigeria.

Then for Africa, go through history first the Tran's Atlantic Slave Trade and then colonialism. Especially for colonialism, was Africa organized that Europeans n Berlin of late 1897 shared Africa among themselves?

Please face the Truth. All those were mere tribes which the Europeans subjugated with mere shooting of gun. They were just tribes, nothing more

Nigeria became an independent Nation 1960. Before they were ruled by the British. Before then they were just scattered tribes. It was Europeans that even gave it a shape.
So Nigeria is 58 years of age. US is over 300years, Europe has more than 3000years of administrative history as far back as Alexander the great, Greek and Roman Empire. If you read the bible , Jesus was born when Ceaser Augustus then emperor of Rome decreed census for the entire Roman Empire. So Mary and Joseph went back to Bethlehem there village to be counted and Jesus was then Born.

China has been civilised as far back as before Christ.

The problem with Nigeria is we are not productive. If Nigerians are as productive as China and every citizen pays substantial amount as tax then govt will be happy to have more citizens. In Nigeria oil income meets our needs largely and this oil income doesn't grow by population.
The only reason Nigerian leader love population growth is for election purpose.

Stop spewing falsehood. Nigerians are very productive. Nigerians do extremely well outside. Like in US Nigerians are known to be very productive.

The problem is having the right leadership that will be able to create the right pathway and blueprint for the development of Nigeria. A leadership that will harness Nigeria's natural and human resources effectively. Rwanda has gotten that in Paul Kagame. Leadership is the key.

Then concerning China you cannot compare China with Nigeria. China was even a late comer to industrialization because China is even older than US in civilisation. China has gotten civilisation even as far back as before Christ was born. So they are late comers. That's why they dey vex and pursuing America.

Nigeria is just 50 years old and too much population. Example look at Singapore there population is not even up to 5 million, so they leveraged on that small population to achieve higher development compared to Malaysia which is 15 million to 20 million.

Dangote is clever; note he didn't make huge investment in infrastructure, like establishing a production factory as proposed by BUA; but mere sales depots for his finished products; ready whenever the going gets tough to easily pack and go - he is quite mindful of how often his trucks are targeted and burnt at the slightest opportunity of trouble in Igboland.

But do you know that Dangote and BUA has been fighting it out for a lot of market share in Nigeria economy. Last year they were fighting for sugar fields in Edo State. Eastern market for cement is a market with high demand. BUA wants to rather take better advantage of it. Moreover Ebonyi state has one of the best deposits of limestone in the country. So BUA has a better chance. If he sets up that plant and uses it as a marketing strategy. It will improve his gaining better market share.

Ibeto has not used the opportunity well. I was in Nnewi 4 months ago and I stayed one full month at home. Ibetos trucks were just packed.

I know he might be having issues but I think he should learn how to comprise. He had problem with OBJ now Buhari something must be wrong somewhere.

As long as he is doing strong head he cannot get his goal. And this is how it is done around the world. Example in Russia, if you are not in good books of Putin, no business for you. Roman Abramovich understand this, that is why he is loyal to Putin.

Even Aliko Dangote one thing I like about him is that he is humble and loyal. A friend of mine went to a party Dangote attended.. When Aliko came in he went to the kitchen to greet people in the kitchen. Very simple Man. The man doing the birthday was an Igbo and my friend also was Igbo.

For me everything points to the fact that Buhari Will come back in 2019 except God says otherwise.

And some of the moves he has been making recently to curry the favour of East. And with this news, He will get a sizable vote from East.

I think the main battle will be Buharis successor in 2023. If God says so though.

True fasting is very good for our spiritual walk with God. Tough situations responds to fasting and prayers. Most especially very stubborn situations. Like Jesus said this kind goes not out but by praying and fasting.

Presently mountain of fire are doing there annual 70 days fasting. Will end sometime in October. It is a period to deal with stubborn situations.

The infrastructures they build are done only by Chinese companies and by Chinese citizens. They do not transfer any knowledge or skill needed for us to replicate such feat in other countries.

You got it spot on. That technology transfer is the worst. And for Africa to develop we need serious technology transfer. This was how Asian countries developed starting from Japan copying American technologies, then later Asian tiger's, China then India.

But African leaders with short sighted ness lack even basic understanding of what is facing future generations.

Presently Trump s economic policies is not bad for American economy. Intact Trump is even rising up to the biggest threat to US presently which is China with her sharp economic malpractices.
