I doubt if there will be a selection test, unlike last year where it was stated that selection will be by cbt, here it states that a selection committeel will review application using certain criteria.

Please, we need some clarifications as regards the Germany applicants. I have completed my online application. Applied for a German school(Msc) in my PTDF application as first choice and I have proceeded to register with DAAD. What else are we to do on the DAAD platform? Are we going to register for another scholarship? Still confused about this issue of DAAD and it seems it's only German schools that is requesting for this further application. Information on this will be very helpful.

I fully understand the instructions. I know PTDF will be applying to the school on successful candidates' behalf. Yet, there's no harm in knowing what we're getting into... Especially when PTDF promises to cater for "language classes to aid scholars settle into their new environment..." @Dmainman, please do you have any info on this?

Please what's the difference between statement of purpose and personal statement. I already wrote a statement of purpose but on getting to the end of the application I was asked for personal statement. Please are they the same?

Please can someone with a 3rd class in first degree (but with a CGPA of 3.79 in Pgd), and with a CGPA of 4.20 in Msc (but rounding up with project) apply for PhD?

If NO, can this same CGPA's (for both Pgd and Msc) be used to apply for Msc in this PTDF publication?

Secondly most of d courses art typically engineering and science related....can a social sciences student fit in?
My first degree is Environmental Education with a lot of work experience in the Oil & Gas Sector
