Sherlock5577:choose them in the application system. Fsb will announce day of interview in their site or newspaper |
Vintage94:u can apply to any UK university. |
Oceancorp:any course. fsb require nysc |
onlyme07:Nice. But one should endeavour to give back to Nigeria. Instead of giving your charity there. It will make sense to give your charity to Nigeria needy and the poor ones. Don't neglect your family and freinds. There is no place like home. Your home will always be your home. |
musicwriter:If you don't want people to get away from this country, then the Nigeria government have to treat its citizens right and provide basic amenities. You will see people coming back home. No one is their spokesperson. It is just facts. This is not about being an African. This is about harnessing your skills and reaping the rewards. So many qualified and experienced graduates are jobless with no means to survive. So many unqualified people are put in top agencies supported by the government personnels. And you expect people not to leave the country legally for their livelihood. Blame your leaders and accept responsibility instead of blaming others. It is not as if we don't have the financial resources to make this country work. Over 70% of Nigerians are living in poverty. Even citizens of other developed countries like USA, UK are also emigrating permanently from their country to meet their needs and achieve their livelihood. |
musicwriter:Well bro. Don't allow emotions to take over you but your aim is ok. However, in Commonwealth and particularly Chevening scholarships in d UK, one is required to return and stay home for two years before going elsewhere to develop your nation. You are mistaking this scholarship scheme to work and migration scheme currently on in Australia, Canada and Newzealand. And mind u not only developing countries participate. Many Americans and Europeans are participating in these schemes to emigrate. Should we now call Americans and Europeans slave or suffering from neocolonialism. The truth is if a government fails you in your desire and perception, you look for where you can get them. That is the law of life. Go to international site such as Quora how UK and American citizens are striving to be permanent resident in those countries. The colonialist has given Nigeria power since 1960. What have our leaders achieved since then other than looting and corruption. Competent people are rolling up and down on the street creating a nuisance. Their is no opportunity other than frustration of youths. Hence, countries who desire certain skills and value competent population will search to reach their economic growth. And mind u, you don't have to stay in Nigeria to give back to Nigeria. |
musicwriter:Bro. Stop your conspiracy theories. The scholarship is not about looking for talented Africans to reside in their country nor limited to Africans alone. Even developed countries participate. It is about the British government giving back to common wealth nations. After your studies, you will be sent home immediately by the UK government just as Chevening scholarship. |

choose Science lab tech as it has better job and self employment opportunities. The other ones don't have job opportunities in Nigeria as most don't practise it. However, no course is useless. Try and pass out with at least second class upper in whatever course you choose. Getting job irrespective of the field is easier as u will b trained. Yoruba and Religion graduates are working as Auditor in top 4 accounting firms. Getting job there requires at least 2.1 in any discipline. And so are banks and others. With 2.1, you are eligible with many scholarship opportunities too. |

For LSS and Split-site, PTDF will communicate to you all when they feel it is appropriate. We arent PTDF officials, so we dont know about that as there was no response from them. We did not neglect you as there is nothing to talk about. They are busy catering for travelling, visa processing and many other logistics so they dont even have time now. All MSC and PhD OSS have the chance to go to particularly UK with this scholarship since it comfortably meets the budget hence accepted. So you are not being forced to go to low tier countries like Brasil, China etc in contrary to what some people stated. I also dont think it is wise talking about OSS logistics at this stage. It will only cause envy and pain for those who didn't win. It wont benefit anyone at this stage. |
deprofo:your result has been out since http://paulesi.ui.edu.ng/20172018-admission-exercise/ |

mercyp001:ENQUIRIES ON PTDF PAST QUESTIONS AND ADMISSION ON PAST QUESTIONS This year was the first time PTDF Consultant, Flexisaf conducted d test so basically there are no past questions; do not b scammed. NB: Exam was Computer based test in Objective form. Part A is the English Language section which is compulsory. The second section (Part B) is about the course you are applying for and carries bulk of the marks. READ INSTRUCTION and GUIDELINES before you begin the test. There might be NEGATIVE MARKING. ON PART A For the Part A, know your basic English, sentence completion and correction, passages and vocabulary ( Synonyms and Antonyms). Read the material in the link below as questions were culled from there in this year test https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6ZRlneq70MBWTJQNnJLMnJHOGM ON PART B For Part B, read your textbook, browse through the internet about your focus area and check the following website and choose your discipline to familiarise yourself by clicking on d option http://www.indiabix.com/ https://www.skilltests.org/ e.g for Health and Safety. https://www.skilltests.org/tests/industrial-mechanical/environment-health-and-sa-uoml. CHeck the optionfor http://www.indiabix.com too You should also check the below link for Past PTDF study questions of different field below. Focus only your segment: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4ktgU0G8FwOV01VMWl0a1h0V0k ON ADMISSION PTDF does not help u for admission. However, do not panic and just focus on your test if u have not got admission. Even if u don't get admission, u can defer the scholarship for a year. When u apply and u meet the requirements, e-mail the admission team of d respective schools that u need admission letter for scholarship processing. Robinscrusoe:yes to local schools only. contact your school if they are eligible |
simplebb:

1. no 2. you don't need to write dose exams. C6 in Waec is enough to secure admission in most UK schools 3. hard work, hard work, hard work and not forgetting prayer 4. C6 in English is sufficient. However when your score is tied, O level may b used in comparison for shortlisting |
Generalmayor:I don't no |
mercyp001:Around Oct/Nov |
baba11:tks bro |
It depends on u. Do u want to gain knowledge and have master's because u wanna be more employable. If u are afraid of job, den try to apply for US or Canada schools. When u finish, u can b given 2 years permit after your school. However, u will sign a bond with PTDF you will come back after your studies. Well if I were in your shoe. I will go sha like I did during my time. The experience and finances you will gain from the scholarship outweighs it. You can also apply for study leave without pay in your current job. Well it all depends on your personality sha. Just try and make an informed decision because you are solely responsible for the outcome. |
