Exactly! How come Tinubu's wasn't disqualified for certificate forgery, drug comviction in the US, rigging the 2023 election with Mahmmud, dual citizenship, bullion van on election eve etc. The justices are actually the most corrupt,
ask Datijo and Agbakoba
seunmsg:
NJC should look into the case of all these funny high court judges who are always giving funny judgement in favour of corrupt politicians.
Politics › Re: Court Orders EFCC To Pay Emefiele N100m Over Fundamental Rights Violation by DMerciful(m): 5:29pm On Jan 08, 2024
If you listen to the propaganda from Lagos-Ibadan expressway, you'd think Emefiele was responsible for all the evil of APC's government.

The court has given a judgement. We have seen this drama before with Dasuki, Tinubu following Bubu's footsteps verbatim!
Politics › Re: 2027 Politics Begins: Opposition Hints At Merger To Form Mega Party by DMerciful(m): 4:47pm On Jan 08, 2024
After tgat, did he deliver or continually followed Wike? We've moved on from Orthom, stop flogging a dead horse
anonymous1759:
You guys cared especially when Ortom said he doesn’t mind losing his senatorial ambition to support Obi, that gesture made OBIDIENTs fell in love , but it’s all wash.
Politics › Re: EFCC Invites Betta Edu, The Suspended Humanitarian Affairs Minister by DMerciful(m): 4:18pm On Jan 08, 2024
You think #500 million is the corruption in this government?
tuzle:
which fall woman. With all the out cry and how the media has exposed her, this was expected. She was caught red handed and there is no escape for her.
Business › Re: Emefiele: 20 Banks Face Probe Over Forex Deals by DMerciful(m): 4:00pm On Jan 08, 2024
Exactly same pattern of Bubu's administration.
Remember Dasukigate?
Gbola's govt will be worse than Bubu's givt
Politics › Re: Breaking: Ex- CBN Gov Godwin Emefiele Refunds N4trn To FG Coffers by DMerciful(m): 3:37pm On Jan 08, 2024
You think 4 trillion is 4 billion?

Thats how you guys believe that Diezani stole 90 billion dollars that bigger than the budget of GEJ government for 3yrs.
lexylaw40:
alaye do your research first...Google is available
Politics › Re: "Bola Tinubu Won’t Pay Back The N7.3trillion Already Looted" - Jackson Ude by DMerciful(m): 3:23pm On Jan 08, 2024
You're defending your corruption
Raskimonojendor:
This is a very stupid article. N7.3 trillion 🤣
Politics › Re: Breaking: Ex- CBN Gov Godwin Emefiele Refunds N4trn To FG Coffers by DMerciful(m): 3:21pm On Jan 08, 2024
So you believe this nonsense even though no credible source?
Apus:
This looting is unprecedented in recent times. Man should be jailed for life.
Politics › Re: Doyin Okupe Resigns From Labour Party by DMerciful(m): 3:19pm On Jan 08, 2024
Rubbish talk. Do your research and stop spilling poorly scripted trash
Raskimonojendor:
Which gossip. That doctors did not go on strike for 13 months because of his refusal to implement COMMES in the state. That he used state money in building a brewery or that the roads constructed when he was governor was extremely poor quality. Lodging state money into private account. Not conduction LG elections for 8 years, his introduction of religious bigotry to the state..We can go on and on. All these are documented facts.
Politics › Re: Doyin Okupe Resigns From Labour Party by DMerciful(m): 3:13pm On Jan 08, 2024
You prefer nairaland gossips to credible sources?

No credible source accused Obi of misgovernance
koboko69:
Abeg shift!
I don't have time for brainwashed clowns.
Peter Obi and integrity in the same sentence. You are on NL, search threads about his governance in the past on this same platform. Some clowns who pioneered end sars suddenly rebranded him.as a messiah, and you think everyone will fall for it.
Politics › Re: EFCC Invites Betta Edu, The Suspended Humanitarian Affairs Minister by DMerciful(m):
She's being used as the fall woman. I see Gbajabiamila hands all over this.

The men also tends to gang up against women while they shield themselves after monumental corruption.

If that disaster woman in Bubu's government Sadiyya Farouk is not nailed then South would have outdone themselves again!
Politics › Re: Doyin Okupe Resigns From Labour Party by DMerciful(m): 3:07pm On Jan 08, 2024
If bad governance did not start again, does that make it acceptable to you?

Bad governance will end will any person with genuine integrity and political will like Obi.

You shouldn't be in a democratic country, you aint cut out for it
koboko69:
Bad governance did not start today and it will not end with Obi. When u are cured from yoir delusion, we can have a conversation about that!
Politics › Re: 2027 Politics Begins: Opposition Hints At Merger To Form Mega Party by DMerciful(m): 3:05pm On Jan 08, 2024
If the present crop disappears, the new ones will be better?

Identify the decent ones among them like Obi, Kwankwaso to support.

Obi becoming president will clean the Nigerian political space for good
Angelfrost:
As a Nigerian, I want a better Nigeria which can only happen if the present crop of politicians disappear overnight.

So, my dreams are all I have.

Any further questions?!!
Politics › Re: President Tinubu Suspends Betta Edu, Minister Of Humanitarian Affairs by DMerciful(m): 2:49pm On Jan 08, 2024
Tinubu/Gbaja are the people driving the corruption. Betta Edu is just the fall woman.
Beremx:
Very good.

Let her remain suspended till investigation is completed. Tinubu must not tow the part of Buhari when dealing with corruption.
Politics › Re: Doyin Okupe Resigns From Labour Party by DMerciful(m): 2:45pm On Jan 08, 2024
You're suffering bad governance and corruption( money being paid to private accounts) yet Obi not winning remains your only problem
koboko69:
The Toxic clowns will soon serve him breakfast and call him unprintable names. Even his buddies in Arise political Party.

This I have seen.

If Obi contests again, his bruhahaha will be restricted to only one region. His followers are the ones who nailed his confin, even though his ambition has been in the confin, they nailed it permanently.

As a Nigerian, what do you want?
Angelfrost:
It is too late at this point...!

Such should have been done prior to last election when there was no Power of Incumbency.

Tinubu won't be as moral and weak as Jonathan was in 2015.

The fact that Atiku is still hanging around PDP shows they are not ready.

If power is going back to the North after Tinubu, PDP and those merging with them are better off with Kwankwaso.
Politics › Re: 2027 Politics Begins: Opposition Hints At Merger To Form Mega Party by DMerciful(m): 2:38pm On Jan 08, 2024
You think Obidients care about orthom? We're focused
anonymous1759:
Anyone fighting for a politician must check his brains especially how OBIDIENTs behave towards everyone during the last election.

Look at Ortom he’d 8 yrs to performed, he blew it up , during the election he wanted to ride on OBIDIENT bandwagon and still failed. yesterday he said he believes in BAT because he wants to stay relevant likewise the entire G5.
I wonder how OBIDIENTs felt when ortom said that, same ortom that was loved by the headless Mop when he supported Obi, grin grin ;OBIDIENTs forgave his sins too , same thing they criticize Oshiomole for.
Politics › Re: 2027 Politics Begins: Opposition Hints At Merger To Form Mega Party by DMerciful(m): 2:36pm On Jan 08, 2024
Any arrangement that does not produce Obi as the presidential candidate is dead on arrival.

Instead of beating around the bush, say you dont like Obi
thesicilian:
APC is not good, APC is not good, but everyday they are copying APC tactics. Now they want to merge solely to wrestle power away from APC, the same thing APC did to PDP.
And just like APC who were not prepared for governance but their sole interest was power, I see this upcoming coalition of unlike minds, interests and ideologies (if any) also becoming a failure.

My suggestion: if Atiku and Obi truly love the country like they profess and are not just fighting for their own interests, they should both step down for a neutral person to head the coalition.
Politics › Re: 2027 Politics Begins: Opposition Hints At Merger To Form Mega Party by DMerciful(m): 2:34pm On Jan 08, 2024
Its actually because Nigerians are docile
fabolouz1:
PDP & other so called opposition parties should bury their heads in Shame.
As an opposition party ,they should be offering constructive criticisms as ACN which later metamorphosed into APC did and this kept the ruling party back then in check.
APC misgovernance since Mr buhari tenure is because the opposition are silent.
Politics › Re: 2027 Politics Begins: Opposition Hints At Merger To Form Mega Party by DMerciful(m): 2:33pm On Jan 08, 2024
Obi has to be the president or nothing!
mrvitalis:
This is the way to go

Atiku promise openly to rule for 4 years and hand over to obi

Obi vice atiku

Kwankwaso goes to Senate to become Senate President

There is no amount of rigging that can defeats this combination
Politics › Re: 2027 Politics Begins: Opposition Hints At Merger To Form Mega Party by DMerciful(m): 2:32pm On Jan 08, 2024
Conduct a free and fair election without rigging, Obi will defeat all politicians in Nigeria
aswani:
I personally cannot see Obi and Atiku working together.

Atiku because he knows the money he has to give will always make him the PDP aspirant and Obi because he has now tasted the adulation of his followers and he too isn't ready to be VP or to wait like President Tinubu did.

The slight problem with Peter Obi is that he has shed bucket loads of followers, and he can thank some of his more rabid supporters for that, but he doesn't realise it.

2027 should be tres interesting.
Politics › Re: Peter Obi Will Never Become President by DMerciful(m): 6:40pm On Jan 07, 2024
Are you not ambitious? Dont you or any member of your family wanna be president?
Warrior99:
That's certain.

Peter Obi's political career is DEAD IN THE WATER!

He will NEVER amount to anything politically outside the South East.
Politics › Re: The Yoruba Fought Themselves For 75 Years by DMerciful(m): 6:38pm On Jan 07, 2024
You're trying to downplay what the whites did. Without them, Yorubas would have probably fought themselves to nothingness
Christistruth00:
No

It was the Alaafin of Oyo that invited them to mediate after Dahomey had attacked Iseyin just one hour drive away from Oyo

Alaafin needed the Ibadan Army to Crush Dahomey but the Ibadan Army was busy fighting at Kiriji

The funny thing is that though the we’re fighting against themselves they were United to inflict heavy defeats on Ilorin Fulani at the Jalumi War and Dahomey
King Ghezo of f Dahomey was killed by an assassin sent by the Egba of Abeokuta

Alaafin fully understood that Kiriji War couldn’t continue while Dahomey was trying to invade Yorubaland

It was the Alaafin who signed the Kiriji Peace Treaty on behalf of the Ibadan

Alaafin invited the Christian Missionaries to mediate and the Missionaries with permission from Alaafin brought in the British Governor of Lagos
Politics › Re: The Yoruba Fought Themselves For 75 Years by DMerciful(m): 6:35pm On Jan 07, 2024
Nothing like Yoruba empire! Show a credible link that shows there was Yoruba empire!
Ritchiee:
Great Empires like the Yoruba Empire,Roman Empire,China Empire etc fought amongst themselves too.It was the norms then.
The Yoruba Empire fought to extend its territory, fighting and taking over Dahomey as it's vassal state. It extended up to Ewe in Ghana etc.
The (Yoruba)Oyo Empire was one of the longest lasting Empires in Africa.Spannibg more than 500 years before it's decline.
Politics › Re: The Yoruba Fought Themselves For 75 Years by DMerciful(m): 6:33pm On Jan 07, 2024
The British stopped the war else they'd have fought themselves to death.

Yorubas are united now to stand a chance to succeed in Nigeria considering the other two formidable major nationalities
Odod0:
The Yoruba people who today exist as peaceful loving people had long histories of internal wars. One of the most popular tribal wars in world history is the Kiriji or Ekiti-parapo War, lasting from 1877 to 1893.

It is considered the longest inter tribal war in the world.

This 16-year conflict, primarily between Ibadan and the combined forces of Ekiti and Ijesha, earned its onomatopoeic name "Kiriji" due to the thunderous cannons used by the Ekitis and Ijeshas under Ogedengbe's command.

Despite the advantage, the war ended in a stalemate, marking the conclusion of all wars in Yoruba land.

Remarkably, the Yoruba are the only ethnic group to engage in civil wars for 73 years (1820-1893) and still remain united as one tribe today.

CoronaVirusPro:
8 reasons why President Bola Ahmed Tinubu should consider a 3rd term in office

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has initiated successful developmental projects and policies during his previous terms, and its mandatory that a third term would allow for the continuity and completion of these initiatives.

3. Economic Growth and Job Creation:
President Tinubu's leadership has contributed to economic growth and job creation, and a third term would provide the opportunity to solidify and expand on these achievements.

It's important to reiterate that a third term in office would align with the legal and constitutional frameworks of the country. Additionally, public opinion, legal considerations, and democratic principles has played a crucial role in determining the feasibility and appropriateness of extending political terms, which Asiwaju has on his side.

Let's end the subject

Did LP rig in Lagos and Abuja?
Wainey:
Ok, APC rigged in Rivers State, LP rigged in Anambra state, PDP rigged in Delta State.

These three parties are evil and their candidates deserve to be dead. Are u satisfied now?
Politics › Re: Rivers PDP Chieftain Admits To Writing Results Against Labour Party (VIDEO) by DMerciful(m):
How will you prove it when INEC and the judiciary are against you?.Do you the meaning of structures of criminality?
Objectivist04:
I always add Rivers to states won by lp.
Tinubu a Yoruba man coming to Rivers to defeat a popular Igbo man in a free and fair contest would have been the eighth wonder of the world.

Not even ten Wikes would have pulled it through without rigging.
Am disappointed in Obi's counsel for not being able to prove such open maleficence
Politics › Re: Rivers PDP Chieftain Admits To Writing Results Against Labour Party (VIDEO) by DMerciful(m): 11:23am On Jan 07, 2024
LP did not rig. APC is not the smartest but has the power of state.

You guys dont deserve democracy
Wainey:
All three parties rigged.

APC was just the smartest in rigging
