Haven't you noticed his only comments are about Obi?

He wants Obidients to respond in numbers....he profits from the traffic. Obi has not done anything to him personally

We don't need the collation, we need the transmission so everybody sees the results in real-time immediately after voting is counted.

You are happy that electronic transmission and IREV has been relegated. Do you really know what this means?
BreconHills:
They weren't thrashed, they were put in their proper place. I pointed this out copiously before and after the election. To have automatic transmission of results you need an all in one device that will accredite AND register votes to a server where collation will take place simultaneously without human intervention.

You cannot start with an automated process, interrupt it with several manual processes and then end with an automatic process that displays but does not collate.

In what world do you go from pdf image to collation?
Politics › Re: Obi's Tribalism Saw Him Select An Incompetent Legal Team by DMerciful(m): 9:34am On Sep 07, 2023
What about Atiku?

Atleast Obi won being qualified to contest
DomPerignon:
Obi's legal team , like his campaign team, were drawn mainly from his ethnic stock.

This was a red flag about the man's level of discrimination and disregard of other Nigerians.

His legal team were a big dissapointment during the case proper as here was no legal firework argument or smoking gun evidence provided during court proceedings. Rather , the Obi campaign team (another Igbotic composition) kept pushing propaganda on SM on non existing luminary brilliance by Obi's team at the tribunal. If you believed the Obidient social media miscreants , you will think Obi had a real case at hand and was logically proving it before the Tribunal. But the Tribunal's final ruling not only threw away Obi's pettition but lambasted his legal team for their shoddy case.

Even , staunch bigot-n-chief, Mohammadu Buhari knew that the time to reward and push his ethnic agenda and that was into government positions and not when sensible and dire decisions were needed.

Obi was only successfully in exposing his hypocrisy and that of his mainly Ibo supporters with this last election.

Politics › Re: There Would Have Been A Second Civil War If Peter Obi Had Won Yesterday. by DMerciful(m): 9:27am On Sep 07, 2023
Reno is looking for twitter traffic, that's how he makes money.

Why are you guys so dull to see this?[quote author=obembet post=125636377]Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri has released the possible outcome if Presidential candidate of labour party, Peter obi win tribunal yesterday,

Here is what he wrote

If Peter Obi had won the #NigerianElections2023 , or at the Presidential Election Petition Court, there would have been a civil war in Nigeria. Not may. Would. Why? Because he and his Obidients were just too arrogant and were already recreating, and would have further recreated the events that led up to the Nigerian Civil War. Let me explain:

During the elections, there was nothing they did not do, including cyberbullying, threatening, abusing, insulting, name-calling, accusing, hounding, targeting, ganging up, mocking, caricaturing, and harassing anyone who refused to support them. I did not say anyone who was fighting them. No. Anyone who refused to support them. They made minimal attempts to be persuasive. It was just nogbu nzogbu, enyimba enyi!

They had a warped sense of entitlement that you must support Peter Obi, and if you did not, then you are supporting a "wrong candidate" (the exact words they used).

They were more fascistic than Mussolini. In terms of education, Peter Obi is at the bottom of the barrel, with his second-class degree in Philosophy. You can’t compare him to a PhD in Water Engineering (Kwankwaso), a Master's with Distinction in International Relations (Atiku) and a BSc in Accounting (Tinubu). Joseph, have the fear of God and answer this question-am: Am I lying?

But he was the right candidate, and anyone who did not support him must be pilloried.

What led to the Nigerian Civil War? It began with the January 15, 1966 coup at which Majors Emmanuel Ifeajuna, Chukwuma Nzeogwu, Chris Anuforo, and Don Okafor killed political and military leaders from every region of Nigeria except theirs.

Major Adewale Ademoyeg was involved with the plotting but not the killing, unlike the others who participated in the massacre.

And in 2023, after Peter Obi lost, prominent Obidients with direct ties to Peter Obi were openly calling for a military coup to restore Obi's mandate. These guys have learned nothing!

And that was only one reason for the civil war. The other reason was the arrogance and caricaturing of other Nigerians by supporters of Majors Nzeogwu and Ifeajuna (the coup leaders) after the coup.

Soon after the coup, some of their supporters printed almanacs with caricatures insulting prominent Northern, Western and Mid-Western leaders.

In one of the almanacs, Chukwuma Nzeogwu was shown with his leg on top of Sir Ahmadu Bello's head. Interestingly, in that almanac, Ahmadu Bello's head was put on the body of a goat.

Those almanacs outraged Northerners and made them turn against the Aguiyi Ironsi-led government.

In February of 1966, a famous Igbo highlife maestro named Celestine Ukwu released a song titled Ewu Ne Ba Akwa, meaning ‘the goat is crying’.
Rightly or wrongly, other Nigerians believed that that song was mocking the killing of the late Sardauna by Nzeogwu. That song and the almanac mocking the Sardauna ignited a p0grom against Igbos in the North. And things eventually descended to civil war.

Is that not what happened in 2023? Were Obidients not caricaturing those who refused to support Peter Obi? I personally was caricatured. Waziri Atiku, Bola Tinubu and their supporters were also caricatured. New Celestine Ukwu songs of 2023 were composed to insult those who supported other candidates instead of their right candidate.

And just as their leaders did not caution them in 1966, so did Peter Obi not caution them in 2022/23. There was no low or dirty thing they did not do, including publishing the photos of Justice Tsamani's children along with threats to kill them (as they did with my then one-year-old daughter) and recruiting
Rufai Oseni to lie against me and others.

And then there was the Yes Daddy leaked audio, which revealed their true intention for the Muslim Ummah.

History does not repeat itself. Irresponsible people repeat it and blame history for repeating itself.

I understand your angst but it is unfortunate that there was a lacuna in the constitution as INEC was not mandated to transmit electronically. It is that constitutional lacuna that we should seek to block so that we can have better clarity with respect to our elections.

Politics › Re: Delta: Tribunal Sacks APC's Senator Joel Onowakpo, Orders Re-Run In 90 Days by DMerciful(m): 9:15am On Sep 07, 2023
Is that why the tribunal trashed electronic transmission and IREV that INEC said pre-election was a game changer?
teepain:
In all good conscience the PEPT couldn't have done that. Atiku's as well as Obi's counsels hinged their arguments on the (non-)qualification of Tinubu to contest the election. They ought to have committed themselves more to demonstrating how they won using the polling unit results supplied by their agents. Having not done that, no one can blame the judges.

How about no manipulation at all? We don't want it to favor Obi!
Nemere2020:
I shall randomly pick up the results of some States of the Federation.

First I take Abia State, there the alleged 2nd respondent (Tinubu), the alleged favoured Candidate of INEC only gathered a miserly 8914 votes against LP who scored 327,095 votes and PDP scored 22676 votes and was recorded by INEC. Those votes were almost three times the number of votes of 2nd respondent for whom the petitioners INEC purportedly shut down the IReV on behalf of.

In Enugu State, the also "favoured" Candidate of INEC, as alleged by the petitioners, was credited by INEC to have scored only 4472 votes in the entire State, while the LP was credited by the "manipulative and unfriendly
INEC" according to them to have scored 428,690 votes, the PDP 15745 votes. The LP's vote is also almost 3 times the number of the so-called INEC's "favoured" 2nd respondent.

The 1st petitioner also won big in Anambra, the home State of 2nd respondent where he once held sway (Lagos) and even the Headquarters of the 1st respondent (INEC), the 2nd respondent could not even make 25%.

Once a Supreme Court sacks you, you cant appeal.

Why are you arguing against simple logic?
iammo:
cool

Tribunal which is the appealate court is the court with power to sack a president based on Election matter

Supreme Court Judges would only sit to determine if the Appeal court made a mistake with their Judgement or not

Their job is to either upheld the Appeal court judgement or not

The problem was/is with his fanatical blind supporters. Am 100% sure Peter Obi would have been murdered by his supporters if he had not tried to play along their fanatical quest.

Any arrangement must align with Obi as the presidential candidate else we nor gree. If APC remains in power to kpafunka Nigeria, na una sabi
SmartPolician:
PDP, NNPP and LP should form a strong force and challenge APC in 2027 because the Supreme Court cannot upturn Tinubu's victory.

If not, APC will run Nigeria for the next 50 years. Afterwards, they will gaslight us, deploy online miscreants to use tribal attacks on people who criticize them while the country wallows in abject penury and endless pains.
