Why is all political party required to have office in Abuja? AndroBlaze:
So it is reasonable to you that a person that wants to rule the whole country must get 25% of votes in only a small tiny part of the country, because you know that both Tinubu and Atiku did not fulfill that condition shey? That is reasonable to you but the "sane" and "fair" explanation we have given you is not?
Anyway, when you are tired, re-read your own words and you'll understand why 25% interpretation of Obidients is as "ludicrous" as the examples I gave and why any sane court would dismiss it.

You guys are adult but with the minds of children. You know how children fight for a particular can of coke when all the cans have same quantity of liquid inside. There's nothing like Yoruba, Hausa-Fulani or Igbo presidency because when a Yoruba man is president, the average Yoruba man does not get anything special ahead of others A political office holder favors his friends and family. Do you know that Wike's nephews who are Igbo people will benefit a thousand times more from Tinubu government than you who might be Yoruba? Reflect7: I am starting to doubt that an Igbo can be elected president of Nigeria in the next 20 years at least.
I mean, these guys have virtually turned outcasts of the country with the way they constantly abuse and attack Nigeria and Nigerians online and in world social media sites visited by people from all over the world.
I just don’t see how they get back from this in the next 20 years, to the point Nigerians would troop out in their millions to vote for one of them.
It’s pretty sad. |

You're arguing blindly. A law that has already been passed is the law whether you like it or not. How can you make a contract to kill someone when its against the constitution and anything against the constitution stands null and void! How can you make a law thats against a fundamental human right ready protected by the constitution to say you'll deal with a particular people? If you cannot give reasonable examples to support your assertions, then it means it doesn't make sense in the first place. I give you a simple example, it is against the law to drive one way(driving on the wrong side of the road) but people could have serious emergency that could warrant that. No matter the emergency, doing it means breaking the law and you can get the punishment specified by the law. Can a judge temper justice with mercy if the reasons are made known, absolutely but thats his prerogative AndroBlaze:
I hate to insult you, but you are being a hypocrite and your statement above deserves derision.
Every decent school teaches the basic precepts that the law is built on and the law is not the law!
By this I mean an immoral or or unfair law cannot stand.
i.e. A contract is an agreement protected in the law however I cannot make a contract to murder someone because any judge will refuse to recognise it no matter how well it is written and executed.
Also, if the APC controlled legislature woke up one day and decided to deal with the disruptive 5%ers, and pass a law in both legislative arms that no Igboman can be president, and even go ahead and pass a constitutional amendment, you that is making mouth that the "law is the law" will you accept it??
Anyway, all our courts will reject it because it is fundamentally unfair and cannot stand because the law is not the law! |

The law is the law. After the Supreme Court judgement, lets change it to 37 states so there is no confusion. The NASS can amend the constitution tooth4tooth: What happens one man one vote? The presidential election tribunal that held yesterday affirmed the victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the election which has been described as fraudulent by the opposition.
The opposing parties, PDP’s Abubakar Atiku and LP’s Peter Obi had expressed hope and expected the court to disqualify Tinubu or order a rerun of the election but they were greatly embarrassed when the Judge struck out every petition they submitted against the victory of the APC candidate.
The court held that their statements were not factual but generic and of course, the court will not entertain any form of generic statements that lacked substance to form a judgment. In the end, they were fined a huge amount of money for
