You're too gullible. It took USA equity, justice and transparency to be where they are, not sacrifice!
GWMI:
I commend Tinubu and am not an hypocrite.
It is people who want to eat their cake and the same time have it that are hypocrites.
It took sacrifice and sustained efforts for the united States to be where it is.
It is a process let's keep our fingers crossed is not even up to 100 days in office but you have written Tinubu off?
Who would have done better Obi, Atiku or Kwankwanso?
Let's hope for the best.
Politics › Re: Can An Election Not Uploaded After 5 Months Be Credible? - Phrank Shaibu by DMerciful(m): 7:11am On Jul 03, 2023
In the law court, its the INEC copy(which is technically same uploaded on irev) , followed by the copies with the police then the copies with party agents. The results with party agents are the least credible before the court. I wont argue with you further on this
garfield1:
Oga,hard copies are the most important, the court made this clear in osun.the electoral act was amended for bvas not irev.irev is not in the law
Politics › Re: Can An Election Not Uploaded After 5 Months Be Credible? - Phrank Shaibu by DMerciful(m): 6:21am On Jul 03, 2023
You're not wise at all. When the agents were protesting to Mahmmud at the national collation centre that the results being announced was different from theirs, did he listen to them?

Even in the law court, the uploaded results have superior credibility before the copies with the police. The copies with party agents are the least credible coupled with the fact that agents can be compromised.

The whole essence of ammending the electoral act in 2022 is not because results were not given to party agents but because the electoral act previously does not recognize technology(BVAS and IREV)

You're just being mischievous
JAMO84:
PDP and LP should divest from politics and move to the skit making industry, I mean how do you explain this useless obsession with an ordinary results viewing Portal?

Hard copy of my WAEC certificate is with me, the examination body also have it on their portal, if the portal crashes and the result is no longer available there, does it mean the original hard copy I have is not relevant?

You have agents in the polling units, they were given a copy of the result, the police and the commission have there own copies, another copy was pasted on the polling units walls, none of you have been able to prove that what were later posted on the IREV were different from the copies you have except in few places. The election tribunal needs to ban those 2 miserable losers from contesting any election in this Country for 60 years.

Abacha was tougher, where did he end up. Don't bite more than you can chew especially with a mandate that he will lose soon
helinues:
He's the president ,GCFR In possession of both bread and knive.

Reality would soon dawn on you and your likes
Politics › Re: May Be FG Should Suspend Abia Monthly Allocation For Now by DMerciful(m): 6:35pm On Jul 02, 2023
The oil money is from Niger Delta and not Tinubu's money. He has no power to withhold it.
helinues:
If the governor of Abia state can give a filmsy excuse of not recognizing president Tinubu as Nigeria president, then FG should hold Abia state monthly allocation. You can't be getting Oyel money from a president you are not recognizing. The allocation can be withheld until Abia state present a governor FG will recognize

Or perhaps, let Otti demand the monthly allocation from the president he recognized

Atiku people are not as noisy does not mean they've withdrawn their petition.

Seems you have special hatred for Obi

I am only responding to your statement that obi won.actually, none brought credible evidences.atiku people are not as noisy as dumbidients
Politics › Re: SS Vs Se...the Comment From A Reasonable Igbo Man by DMerciful(m): 6:25pm On Jul 02, 2023
I'm Igbo from Delta and I get tired of the socalled SS people fighting their friends and ignoring their enemies. Igbos do not own our oils wells, its the Hausa-Fulanis that owns 80% and Yorubas own the rest.

SS,SE,NW etc are unconstitutional, they're not in the constitution so stop seeing your neighbors as enemies because of Abachas imaginary SS nomenclature
Tukpa8:
I never thought there is a sensible person among the Igbos until yesterday night I saw this guy comment.......I was like wow when I saw the comment..

Below is the comment:

Igbos are not beggars.. Stop insulting us.. Southsouth and south east are not 1 but neighbors.. So because of close relationship, friendship and proximity to your neighbors house, you will now claim your house and his belongs to both of you.. No sir no.. You can look for independence for Biafra and find it difficult to respect other people's right to self determination and independence.. The one above u is even worse with his inferiority complex.. Do u think the south south people are stupid and do not see beyond our covetousness? Ndigbo let the south south breathe biko..

Is Obi the only one petitioning? Why are you so concerned about Obi? Atiku also have credible evidences against Tinubu, why are you focusing on only Obi?
garfield1:
The defence is a formality.obi already failed in his petition
Politics › Re: How The Presidential Election Tribunal May Rule:tentative Analysis by DMerciful(m): 6:12pm On Jul 02, 2023
Focus on your argument and my response is that I can make other comments aside Obi retreiving his mandate.

You will open your defence tomorrow, lets see how it goes
garfield1:
Obi has abandoned his mandate retrieval.
Politics › Re: How The Presidential Election Tribunal May Rule:tentative Analysis by DMerciful(m): 6:09pm On Jul 02, 2023
Obi will reclaim his mandate for sure. It does not mean i can't make other comments

For fraud to be established, the issuing agency must reject it.you are no longer saying obi will reclaim his mandate?

Politics › Re: Obi-Datti Campaign Raises Alarm Over Attempts To ‘Doctor’ FCT Results by DMerciful(m): 6:07pm On Jul 02, 2023
The probate value of results on IREV is higher than the one with agents. Agents can easily be compromised and that was why IREV was introduced, to limit human interference and ability to change results once uploaded
ppogba:
Is it not the same IREV that you people are saying results were not uploaded on?

Abi, there is another IREV?
Politics › Re: How The Presidential Election Tribunal May Rule:tentative Analysis by DMerciful(m): 4:57am On Jul 02, 2023
So NYSC issued exemption in 1983? This is the sucker punch as it shows clear forgery
garfield1:
The constitution never mentioned nysc as a precondition for having bsc.nysc is not constitutional.adekunle has been part of tinubu name.it is now left for nysc to come and authenticate
Politics › Re: Obi-Datti Campaign Raises Alarm Over Attempts To ‘Doctor’ FCT Results by DMerciful(m): 3:47am On Jul 02, 2023
They're talking of IREV results, you're talking of agents results
Parachoco:
It does not make any sense to doctor what all the Political Parties have

The Result for each Polling Unit is with LP

If Obi think INEC wants to doctor the result, let him tender the real results alongside INEC doctored result

Politics › Re: Subsidy Removal As Elite Banditry, Reverse Robin Hoodism By Farooq A. Kperogi by DMerciful(m): 7:47pm On Jul 01, 2023
Tinubu put the cart before the horse because he was playing to the gallery. Thats what you get when your mandate is not real. I trust the court to remove him soonest.

The right thing to do is to ensure that some refineries are working first before subsidy removal. Second, floating the naira devalues it which makes petrol importation expensive.
This is a double jeopardy for citizens and they'd revolt soonest.
LegendHero:
I’ll rather the government use the subsidy savings to increase minimum wage, lift people out of poverty by providing meaningful grant and low interest loans for small businesses, secure the nation which will inturn drive agricultural food production, invest massively in Agriculture and create an environment where the poor farmer can preserve his farm produce with proper storage facilities across the country.

Nigeria is a crazy country. No matter the strategy you put in to curb subsidy, they will always outgame the system. Almost all president tried to block the loophole but it’s just impossible because corruption only thrive when people can game the system.

Take Dollar arbitrage for example. People lie about importing/schooling and etc, get $$ at official rate and just sell at black market rate. They are making billions by doing nothing. The banks themselves are the culprit, common man will not get $$ easily at official rate and only powerful people do.

That suffering and hunger can be worked on by the government. That’s what Tinubu should find ways to curb with the savings they get from subsidy and other sources.

Politics › Re: Shadow Cabinet, Who Should Form One, Atiku Or Obi? by DMerciful(m): 10:10pm On Jun 30, 2023
Wait for the Supreme Court judgment. Everything on hold technically!
helinues:
I don't even think such exist in Nigeria but it's something that speedy up the development of any country if the opposition can form their own shadow cabinet where they have their own ministers. Their major role is to be tailing the real minister in his appointed sector.

That would expose all the abandoned projects, the looting and embezzlement.

Normally, it should be something in the electoral act, funded by FG as the office of the opposition.

So who should form a shadow cabinet between Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar?
Politics › Re: Please Mention One Country Where Merit Overcome Privilege by DMerciful(m): 7:04pm On Jun 30, 2023
Again, you dont know the difference between running a society on merit and meritocracy.

You're just confused. All developed countries do things by merit.

This is why you cannot name the country where meritocracy is practiced?

Where is the 400 billion? APC nor dey tire for propaganda?
Politics › Re: Please Mention One Country Where Merit Overcome Privilege by DMerciful(m): 6:00am On Jun 30, 2023
You clearly do not know what merit means!
You're trying hard to advocate for quota system but ashamed to mention it.

If you say the person that will represent the country in a race must beat 10s, then someone that gets 9.9s is off. So if one person beats 10s and the ones you like made 9.9s, by merit, you give the one that beat 10s no matter how little he made it past the rest
googi:
I agree with you. Competence is the key but people have a different goal or objective that push capable people aside.

Look at our country. We have so many competent people but they are wasted because of overriding greed or preference. If Nigerian leaders were throwing darts onto a board, Nigeria could have been a better place.

I like competence much better than merit because competence is demonstrative while merit is subjective because it can be skewed to a goal that benefits those in charge.
Politics › Re: Please Mention One Country Where Merit Overcome Privilege by DMerciful(m): 5:31am On Jun 30, 2023
You're comparing apple and oranges. For any position, in choosing the candidate, its should be based on merit, that is meeting the set criteria for everyone and the best person meeting the criteria is selected. You're confusing merit for academics, they're not same.

Even if you wanna award contract to truck pushers, the person that met the criteria is you'll give and not the person you know or physically like.
googi:
Replace all that with Discipline and Perseverance. I am with you.
