Mention where the petitions are shallow based on your critical analysis drlateef: Look!!! Whether you like it or not, this petition by Obi and Atiku are complete charade. Especially that of Obi, it is laughable and derisional. They will lose, even before the respondents open their defence, we already know that. Critical analysis shows that the petitions are shallow and lacking in substance. |

Obi lawyers defended Adeleke so relax, they know what they're doing. Obi is not the one prosecuting the case, his lawyers are Enice: Oga! Obi made a claim that he won the election, he has to prove it in court. He has to do it by figures and nothing else. Osun state election is a case in point. Oyetola said he won the election based on the fact that so and so number of votes be deducted from Adeleke's total number of votes. Adeleke said those votes were valid votes. It is now left for the courts to decide if the votes are valid or not. Not this rubbish Obi is doing! |
Politics › Re: You Cannot Be President Without 25% In 24 States- Osita Chidoka by DMerciful(m): 10:30pm On Jun 26, 2023 |
How many elections have been overturned? Enice: if you understand the way the courts work you will know that INEC is not objecting to the CTC but it is objecting to what is being infered from the CTC and insinuations. Also by law, presently, INEC collated results are valid. From you to invalidate it , you have to prove it beyond reasonable doubt. And it is not by dumping ballots of EC8As on the court. No! You either use INEC figures or present you own to the judges. And if you think INEC didn't do its homework before coming to court, then you're joking. |

Politics › Re: A Bit Analysis Of Tribunal Outcome by DMerciful(m): 7:11am On Jun 26, 2023 |
That means you're not following the case. LP tendered evidences that the votes that INEC gave them in 21 states were not their votes but less. You expect th to make unnecessary arguments? They tendered evidences based on INEC own CTCs, its left for INEC to open defence next week and explain why they couldn't add the polling units results correctly. You don't present witness to testify to support CTCs because they're INEC own CTCs. aswani: If you studied the happenings at the Tribunal clearly, LP cleverly did not ask for APC votes to be turned over to them.
At no point, and feel free to provide proof, did they say "this is evidence of X numbers of our votes being allocated to APC at do and do Polling units, can we ave them back please? ".
They talked about and presented witnesses, who were cross examined, regarding blurred results sheets, Tinubu and Shettima disqualification, 25% in Abuja, INEC chairman saying there will be automatic uploads of results and AWS cloud being available.
Nothing discussed or witnesses presented regarding LP votes being allocated to APC. |

Again, the polling units results and CTCs from INEC shows Obi performed better than the manual collation INEC did and that Obi won Benue. You're basing everything on what INEC declared even when INEC has shown that they rigged the election. INEC is even objecting to their own certified truw copies in court, can you imagine that? Throwback: You are still delusional that Obi must win despite losing miserably in the Muslim North and also losing Benue to Tinubu. |

He tendered it in court but the lawyers did not make it public. However, we know its about 10 million votes. Lagos, Rivers, Imo, Sokoto, Adamawa, Borno, Bayelsa, Ekiti atleast will be confirmed by the courts based on CTCs tendered and the calculations LP did. seunmsg: Lol. Having followed the case closely, can you tell us how he won? How many votes did he get based on the tabulated figures he presented to the court? How many states did he get the required 25% and can you lift the states for us? |
Politics › Re: You Cannot Be President Without 25% In 24 States- Osita Chidoka by DMerciful(m): 6:52am On Jun 26, 2023 |
Thats according to INEC which was greatly compromised. Same INEC that announced Uzodinma 4th. Obi won but INEC did not collate his votes properly because they wanted Tinubu having being bribed Throwback: But Obi is already ruled out being stuck with only 15 states and FCT where he scored up to 25%. |
