2) Tinubu isnt qualified to run by virtue of his drug forfeiture
3) Shetima had double nomination
4) INEC did not follow its own rules and guidelines
5) The elections results is being challenged in 21 states with focus on 11 state. This last one is the one you think ought to be there, not knowing its there!

There is nothing like busy as other civil and criminal cases are usually put on hold. Infact, the faster they conclude the presidential petition, the better so they can focus on other things.

Since Mar 1st INEC declared to May 29 is 3months...they could have made a judgement in 3 months..Kenya used 2 weeks!.
