OP, do you have an idea on the type of vaccine that has already been administered to your dog?
Ideally, dogs should be given:
1. DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospira, Parainfluenza and Parvovivrus) vaccine, 3 shots at 4, 8 and 12 weeks respectively or at 6, 10 and 14 weeks respectively.
2. AntiRabies vaccine at 3 months.

Both vaccinations should be boosted anually.

What isn't good for humans to consume most times isn't good for animals (pets) too, because our physiology and theirs are similar. OP, don't be in such a hurray, your dog is still a puppy. Just give it time, train it and take good care of it. Pls don't give it any substance, drug or drink that would be detrimental to its health and negatively affect its behavioral traits...

OP, you can tell your vet to only deworm your dog. Giving antibiotics or immune boosters are not really mandatory, unless he examines your dog and discovers local or systematic infections and immunosuppression and then he recommends such.
It's your right and your choice to approve or disapprove of any medications to be administered to your dog.

OP, where do you stay? Take your puppy to a veterinarian ASAP for proper clinical examination, diagnosis and treatment.. By the way, how old is your puppy? What type of feed do you give it? Vomiting?

Nice one OP, good for you. Some vets are actually unreliable due to one reason or the other, but don't be so jugdemental and hence decide to handle cases by yourself. You could cause more harm than good since you weren't trained for that.

Sorry about your dog's poor state, it will surely be fine, I'm certain it suffered from adverse drug reaction (A.D.R) or some other related conditions. Though, I want to know if you have an idea of the drug it was given & for what disease condition. I believe your dog's condition has improved by now...
