There NLanders, I have been supporting president Jonathan on this forum of recent because of some good jobs he has done. But with this level of corruption in Nigeria, I have withdrawn my support. I am giving my support to Buhari finally. I have read from you guys in the past that what we need is a leader that can deliver the good gains of democracy, irrespective of where he comes from. Buhari remains the only leader in Nigeria, that has no traces of corruption, Obasanjo testified to this. that when buhari was the minister of petroleum somebody said some money should be hanging in the fingers of buhari, and buhari didint find it very funny, and came to report to obasanjo, how he was greatly disappointed. I challenge anyone in this forum to bring out a number of corrupt allegations against buhari, and bench mark against GEJ. 1 Like |

However, serious credit must be given to GEJ for reviving and funding all these projects to completion. 2015 election is not necessary, what we need is snc, there we decide how the republic is going ti be governed. At the end of the snc, when 100% resource control would have gone to individual states, all these political madness and killing will be nipped in the bud. I know the SS, SE are ready for this, but the olori buruku SW political mumu and olosi bola tinubu ojo yobo may work against it, because they are fulani/hausa ass lickers. Prof. Jega should chill about conducting 2015 election, lets ser the result of snc. If it is going ti take 3 years to finalise and agree on the decision let jonathan stay there at least the man is performing. Goddex: At Ijebu-Ode, I see a huge flyover bridge running across the ever busy Shagamu - Ore expressway but that road was never shut to traffic neither was any adverts placed on national dailies. The LASG promised to deliver the Blue Rail almost two years ago and with the barrage of criticisms it is receiving now wants to cause an effect to give impression that it is top of the situationIs there blue rail line there? But to be very candid, Jonathan is a man of his words. 1. I am going to increase fuel pump price, Jan 1, fuel price jacked to 144 naira per litre. It took God's intervention to bring it back to 97naira. 2. I am going to fix Rail way line, the next thing is commissioning. 3. I am going to fix NEPA, commissioned geregu 2, omothoso 2 power plants. 4. I am going to privatise NEPA, NEPA being handed over to buyers. if this is effectively implemented, that alone can surpass obasanjo's legacy. 5. BOKO Haram is going to pay for this, next thing sending military to North East, and creating military baracks in the region. But he lacks the will to cut the head of the BOKO Haram sponsors because that will be suicide mission. But why can't he stop the oil bunkering in the NDelta. I think he is involved. |

payless: List just two tangible things Jonathan has done to touch the lives of the common man.the east west road, atleast from Benin to Lagos is a relief to common man, that plies the road. uncommon men fly planes the Lagos Kano rail line is another relief to common man, from Lagos to Kano could be as low as 1000naira, for common man. the free niger delta shell oil pipe line bunckery has made many little men of yesterday super rich, and GEJ is not saying anything, that's a way of helping common man. the recent privatisation of NEPA, which may make electricity available like GSM, is another achievement that will eventually benefit the common man of whom you are chief. Thank God for Obasanjo. If not for his absolute resolve to ensure there is GSM in Nigeria the Hausa/Fulani would have ruined this country forever. The fact that I can browse on my phone, I can Nairaland, google read news paper join forums on my phone and make contribution online, even when one does not have access to Internet service on computer, has really helped information flow and eyes opening all over the country. I heard that FG want to control the use of Internet in Nigeria. This place is not a Banana Republic, that attempt will not work. Hausa/Fulani rule over Nigeria is over forever and ever. They used the Middle belter and left nothing for them. Instead they are sponsoring massive killing all over the middle belt. I love this. It is time for the kwarans (Kwara State) to come to their sense that they don't belong to the North. The North have been using and dumping them for a very long time. I used to site Sunday Awoniyi as the most confused man that ever lived in Nigeria, but the people that used him to foster their idealogy praised him as a good man, but he had done serious damage to the future of the kwara people. The same goes to the family of Sharaki. These people are political gladiators, their care not of the future of the unborn, as long as their political agendas are fulfilled. Kudos to the Middle belters, now that you are back to your senses it is good for you. Think of why is it that University of Jos is like a glorified secondary school, as popular as it is, and not like the other university of the same generation. it is the Fulani/Hausa agenda to impede the educational exposure in the region for a very long time, so that they can continuously override the middle belters. They know that the only single thing that can enlightened them is education. Until we all come together and destroy the feudalism ideology of the core North, there is no surety Nigeria will move forward, because their idea is to kill everybody down to the Atlantic border of Nigeria, take over their land and properties and establish Islam over all. But I realised that, most of the penticostal preachers do not address the topic above because they enjoy enriching their bank accounts. Well, it is not their fault, they are just enjoying the gullibity of their followers. Nigerians are collection of the gullibles. They have made use of this opportunity to rob many people, who don't read their bibles but read and quote their Pastors, of their natural blessings. Read the words of Jesus Christ below: Matthew 15: 1 - 9 1 Then some Pharisees and teachers of the law came to Jesus from Jerusalem and asked, 2 Why do your disciples break the tradition of the elders? They don’t wash their hands before they eat!” 3 Jesus replied, “And why do you break the command of God for the sake of your tradition? 4 For God said, ‘Honor your father and mother and ‘Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death. 5 But you say that if anyone declares that what might have been used to help their father or mother is ‘devoted to God,’ 6 they are not to ‘honor their father or mother’ with it. Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition. 7 You hypocrites! I know that many of you reading this are supposed to do more to help your parent that trained you, when there was and when there was none. When many parents have to go hungry in the village to ensure that you went to school and become somebody. Now that you are in the city, the city pastors are the one norturing you with the word and you are to give BIG to your pastors so that God can bless you. And most of you gullibles, you compete in the church in giving, because your name must be listed on the list of the highest givers. Your parents, who decided not to have abborted you, but brought you up to be who you are today, they no longer matter to you anymore but only my pastor says, my pastor says. Think well!!! and reflect on the words or Jesus and not the word of men. Remember your parents, if you are too far from them call them regularly, send them money, food and medicine. You are blessed.

I know you don't have the capacities to carry out this threat but don't attempt it. if i own a university and I see bunch of disgrntled elements chanting, ranting and making an attempt to cause mayhem in my school, I will call police that there is area boys attack and some hoodlums are trying to molest my female students. imaging what we be the reaction of Nigerian hungry police, there will be free spay of bullet and if you die that is the end of your vision, mission and career in life. I urge you to go back to your parent's home and be eating eba, till there will be solution to this problem. it is a perennial thing in Nigeria, many Nigerian university graduates had experienced samething. the smart ones are still alive and doing well today but the foolish ones have gone to the grave beyond and hope perished. don't be a foolish Nigerian student, be wise and remember the son of who you are. Many of you are the hope of your parents, since most of public school students are now from poor to average home. this is the class disparity and except in a situation of revolution, the lower class always loose to the upper class, even in revolution many life's of the lower class are lost.
