Hmm! I smell lies.
Yes I know Banking job is frustrating and full of fake lives and packages but it's develops you as a worker. You are always on your toes. There is always a target which are normally high to be achieved. You learn how to persuade people to save their money with you,...that I must tell is not easy. As a banker, you must have learn the real effect of Financial and governmental policies effect on Currency. My dear these are whole lots to rule the world of financial breakthrough.
I know of my friend who started as a banker, but now owns his own business. He has applied all he learnt, the way to convince prospective customer to invest with him and that pays him real good. He also go after his target...still working on his toes to see them achieved just as if he will be queried.
My dear, if you say all the time you spent while in the bank was a waste, then it is not the bank but yourself that made it so. You fail to learn nor even upgraded yourself. Remember, NO KNOWLEDGE IS LOST, THEY WILL BE USEFUL IN THE FUTURE. THE FUTURE IS ALWAYS PREGNANT. know these my dear

BUT WHAT IS NOW, SAME PEOPLE THAT ENJOYED THEIR DAYS HAS SPOILT THE SYSTEM. I KNOW THE FG HAS THEIR OWN FAULT BUT ASUU ARE PLAYING POLITICS WITH THE SYSTEM FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL INTEREST. BACK THEN A LECTURE ONLY WORK IN JUST ONE INSTITUTION BUT NOW YOU SEE THEM WORKING IN MORE THAN ONE UNIVERSITY. WITH IPPIS ALL THEIR EXCESSES WILL BE REDUCED AND EQUALLY CREATE JOBS FOR OTHER PROSPECTIVE LECTURERS...

Education / Re: Ekiti varsity sacks 600 over illegal appointment, others by don3e(m): 10:54am On Dec 06, 2019
The fear of IPPIS has lead to the school management to carry out personnel audit within the School. IPPIS will reduce if not totally eliminate all those fraudulent and sharp practices thereby creating jobs for most unemployed we have in our country.
Kwanza:
Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, on Thursday said it has sacked over 600 members of staff over alleged irregular employment, overage and sundry other allegations.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Edward Olanipekun, said the decision of the university council followed adoption on Thursday of the audit report carried out by a group of external auditors.

Olanipekun, who addressed journalists on resolution of the council meeting in Ado-Ekiti, said the sacking would save about N200m for the university monthly.

He said that the general staff audit “was sequel to the findings in the Report of the Visitation Panel as accepted by the Government White Paper to the university, which noted, among other things, that there were over-staffing, redundancy and personnel misalignment in virtually all the sections of the university and which astronomically increased the wage bill beyond its capacity to pay.”

Olanipekun, who did not give the exact number of affected workers, said, “228 members of staff could not produce or show evidence of Primary School Leaving Certificate.

“There were some ghost workers whose names were found on the university payroll without being on the university nominal role.

“Some members of staff presented falsified birth and educational certificates.

“Some of the members of staff lacked the required basic educational qualification.

“Some members of staff were illegally retained in the university services after having been due to retire. “There are other cases of over aged staff.

“The decision to disengage the affected workers was after due consideration of the issues involved and in the overall best interest of the university to be properly positioned for local relevance and global competitiveness.”

He needs our prayers.... Let's all pray for him and Mr President. When things like this happen, it is the people that suffer... It is even stated in The Holy Book. I. E The closure of boarder and as a result leading to high cost of both local and foreign products at the expense of Christmas festival. They made look as if it was done to promote consumption of local products but they fail to put mechanism to control local price (Price Board) ; Secondly, It should have being done within the first quarter of next year 2020 and not now.
Let's all pray for them. There is definitely a big fight between them.

Politics / Re: Ghana Resorts To Diplomacy To Get Nigeria Border Opened by don3e(m): 4:20pm On Oct 16, 2019
Look at it critically, they are all afraid that Nigeria seem getting her nation on-track. The only thing our government need to do is making our " PRICE BOARD" work again. With this, the Federal Government can regulate the prices of goods and services produce in the country. Without the Board at work, Local Producer will hike the prices of their products; hence, leading to a higher rate of Inflation.
It should be noted that If the Board; Price Board is not in place then NO POLICIES BY THE GOVERNMENT WILL EVER WORK.
If any Foreign Companies feel Nigeria is one of her targetted market, then they should come and site their firm here. This call for Government to fight against Insecurity.
