kodred: The ban is insensitive and foolish. How will people doing short distance move around?
Granted, the kekes and bikes are a nuisance but you don't just change policy without creating alternatives.
Na wahala them dey find. Lagos is going to bleed the coming days. Make una go ABJ see life nah. Even danfo no dey ABJ. Yet, moving around is pretty easy and cheap. |

Heykayxx: This is exactly why Nigeria might not work. Granted that the Lastma officer shouldn't have attempted to forcefully gain entry into your vehicle, you equally failed to acknowledge that you deserve a fine or at least a speeding ticket for violating a traffic law.
Obeying the rule of law is what makes the society sane.
God bless our hustle. They should send it to his house address. |

Felicity0001: Just got my instand e-card for the toll gate. Just within 2min.
Got back to where I parked and a request came in on uber...
GBAM GBAM GBAM.... Accepted!
Rider: do you have a card for the lekki ikoy I link bridge? Me: yes I do Rider: Excellent! Dr, xXxX 2-4, xXxX, off Alenxandra...
Got to pickup... After waiting for like 3 mins a white elderly woman stepped out and into the car ... The rest... Everywhere good.
For thise who dont have an etag just go for a card its simple and direct and all within 1min you're done. The card is 5k you recharge it when its exhausted. Bro. I hope you know the one you bought will be charging you for suv instead of saloon? Check your balance next time, you'll see that they charge you #360. |

Jiayu: Guys you can see rider's destination when the request comes in now on bolt. Just look very well when accepting the request. It is there. Noticed this morning. You can't see places like Ogba, Agege, iju, abule-egba, Egbeda, Idimu, ejigbo, isheri Ikotun though. So if you ever get a request without destination, just know its one of these places. |

Please what could be responsible for this? |

Greetings comrades. I just got my Visa few days ago to study in karkiv. I'm about booking my flight ticket, to be traveling to Ukraine by February.
But please I'll need someone here to help me figure out how much I need to have at hand before traveling to avoid immigration disturbance when I get there.
My agent said I need to come with the complete school fees, language study fee, accommodation fee, and extra little money. And everything is close to 5k us dollars.
He also said I need to pay airport fee of 600 dollars to immigration so they won't stop me at the airport.
I really need someone here that knows how it's done to help put me through. |

nitigriti: The first time, I got a request from one of those estates on Lekki-Epe Expressway. Google maps said I should pass one street like that, connect with Silverbird Road and enter the estate from Silverbird Road. That was how I put my head.
It was rainy season, so there were puddles of water everywhere. Since its Lekki, before I put the car in a puddle, I come down and measure the depth of the puddle. I had a special dip stick I use. Come and see people staring at this emergency surveyor. The road was muddy too, so it was a constant battle not to sink the car in the mud. In fact, there was a specific instance when the car glided out of control and the bumper hit a fence!
People were just staring at me like "Where is this Oga going?"
Last last, I now got to one major puddle. The guys around warned me - "Oga, moto no dey pass dat place wey you wan enter. Your moto go sink." Me, stubborn Surveyor, came down with my stick to check how far. The major puddle swallowed the whole stick. The stick was the height of the car's window level. There was no way around the major puddle, this was last bus stop for me.
I looked around and suddenly realized that the fence I hit earlier was actually the flood barrier to the sea! The sea was not more than 50m away from where I was. See the gate of the estate I was going to in front of me. Only the puddle separated me from Silverbird Road.
I asked the people around how to get to the estate, they told me to go back to the express and turnaround into Silverbird Road. I didn't like how that sounded.
I called rider and told him where I was. He had to come meet me there. You're lucky. Some will just cancel and block your line |
