Furthermore, mrdraey kindly explore d market, December is around d corner whereby most companies will be on hols then u can drive full time and make cool good cash with delicious traffic, surge and bonuses.. 6 months is OK to test water and please don't hesitate to seek for help on the platform for assistance... pope191: Appeal to riders:
1. Please stop shifting A/C vent to drivers when its getting too much for u, no one plans to d*e young.
2. Stop eating fried rice and chicken in front of drivers that are yet to have combination of breakfast and lunch.
We too will b human being, what's good for the goose is also good for d gander If they turn it to my side, I close it immediately. If they said I should leave it, I'll tell them I don't equally need it, cos I always close my left side in the morning and night. They either turn it back to themselves or face it up. Sometimes in the night we will close all 3, the only one that will be open is the one I hanged my phone on. |

Pls what's the implication of having a current rating as 4.25 and activity score as 95% on taxify
Also, I've been noticing this strange sound each time I accelerate on a long distance once I hold the brake it makes pooooo and one horrible gbugbugbu sound from the boot as if a luggage is not properly positioned. What could possibly be wrong? Have you checked your exhaust to see whether it's loose? |

northbird: Drove on uber yestday, thinking I was going to hit some cool bucks. Mostly short trips. I was still hoping till lyk 7pm. I was @ Admiralty lekki phase 1.
So I set destination to Ikeja.
Ist request: beep from d app :'' rider going towards your destination'
Rider got in . cool dude , headed towards olorogun agbaje v.I
In my mind, i said that's still a good.one dropped him off @ v.i
2nd request, 7.23 pm. beep from app : rider going towards ur destination.
For my mind, I tort dis app is looking out for me o.
Got to rider off sanusi fafunwa. I start trip, I got a shocker of my life , " FESTAC"
Pls wats d correlation BTW festac n Ikeja. The trip started 7.30 pm n ended lik 20mins to 10pm.
The bill #2,287. For over 2hrs of intense traffic.
and the inner roads of festac ? what a place.!
Festac inner roads looks like armored tanks took a vacation on them.
I don't know wat uber is thinking.
I was on quarter tank at V.I. before d trip, wen I got to festac, my tank was lredy on red.
I had to buy 2k fuel before I left festac around past 10pm. Penny wise pound foolish, the money I got was used to fuel again. I got home some mins to 12 midnite.
Lessons learnt: 1. Never trust a machine. The app railroad me to festac. I was confident in its ability to take me to Ikeja.
2. Always ask destination before going to pickup.esp from 7pm.
3. FESTAC has been added to the list of " no go zones ". Even if there is a surge of 45*. I will never go to festac again.
Regards to the Seniors, Offline things next time. |

The closest I've had was 4.98....I respect you sire My current rating is 4.95, but my riders kept telling me that they're seeing 5star. All the riders I asked my rating on their app throughout the weekend said it's 5star, while it's still 4.95 on my app. I don't know how Taxify operates. |

newsynews: Celebrity blogger, Linda Ikeji has stated that she was too picky with the successful men who came her way.
Linda Ikeji made this known during an interview on Starr Drive show ahead of the Ghana Bloggers Summit in Accra.
According to her, she never experienced the saying that men avoid rich and successful women because she had many men come her way.
She also had a word of advice for young girls and their dreams:

tunlapapa: Now this is when Uber will lose some drivers and end up losing trips/riders(riders will have to wait longer cos of fewer drivers online at the moment and the impatient ones will use the alternative). We are stylishly back to the era of 25% and drivers will continue to groan in pains for the there is nothing they can do(no union). Me that ditched Uber throughout this weekend. Even when I'm on 3%. Won all taxify campaigns from Thursday till Sunday. |

dru23: My brother with this your write up.. The conclusion is that this business is not for you or everybody .. A guy just posted how his neighbor or pastor was able to drive on uber.. Saved enough money to travel abroad to do his masters. And he was able to also pay for his part of his accommodation and master program.. Now I dont think the guy has two heads... this is want separate the poor and the rich.. The poor sees an obstacle and says this is not possible.. The rich sees an obstacle and says I will make it work.. Keep in mind in I have a female uber driver ,she has been driving for me for six months plus.. With the money she made she used to help herself and family.. And now she has move on to other things for now pending to tend to personal matters.... .. Successful people are not ordinary people in a sense . This are people that are willing to test the limit and go places that ordinary people or either too scare to go or don't have the heart to go.. This is why rich people barely give handout to others. They struggle for their money when others were busy saying the impossible .. My advice bro is to find another job or avenue to make money.. This uber thing is not working out well for you.. Uber is not by force. Finally, our female driver have retired. |

thelastorca: please stop using behavior of a few riders to justify the everything you people have been posting
what is wrong is wrong.
in my own opinion, Nigerians are very fond of self help instead of going through the proper channels. if you were to confront the ride aggressively, on her own turf, you will immediately see a video of yourself on sm, tagged domestic violence from driver.
people's behavior is part of them. if every driver this lady treats wrongly reports via the platform, she will be tagged as a problem rider. it is that simple. Simple word like.... My friend carry your things Commot from my car is enough confrontation bro. She'll definitely adhere to it. |
