Felicity001: Then wait! Otherwise cancel, the choice is yours.
Only 7min wey u don wait na him u dey form like omo? Lol... I’ve drive about 3km to pickup location, waited for almost 20min in the end rider cancel on bolt. I’m still here and doing great I no die.
Patience sometimes is a virtue that pays there off I've waited 40mins before and cancelled immediately the rider entered my car. |

dru23: People use other people's SSN to get jobs that is not a secret.. That been said ,after 911 incident happened.. The hotel I worked at , all the minority that worked there left the job..
Do u know why , the state warn them that they need to do proper background checks on who they hire. Or face possible fine ..So HR started asking everyone to bring documents that shows that they have papers to work.. The housekeeping department staff was half way gone.. So if uber is knowingly doing this they would get fine for it.. Am sure they have been fine for it , we just don't hear it on the news..
And plus are those generating fake SSN, might be stolen ssn numbers... If a company is doing proper background check all these things will come.. Also if sex offenders ,criminal are doing uber, which we know they are not supposed to do .. Uber will be held reliable for anything that happens.. This will include law suit , so it will be in their best interest to weed this people out....
No matter how you spin am .. You still need a driver's lincese to get insurance.. Anything other than that is insurance fraud... driving without insurance you will end up in jail.. And license revoked .. People have had their lincese revoked permanently. They will need to go to court to get it back Cleaner? |

I believe "People" say US is a Sane country and since you live here, I expected you to behave like a Sane man and not resort to insult during arguments.
I still stand on my word and hear this, people without papers sef finance cars too.
I live in Chicago, Illinois. Call your people in Chicago, they will tell you whatsapp.
If generated SSN could work for doordash, lyft how much more of insurance company..
This is a public forum, so I wont say much.
We might live in the same US BUT we got different orientation.
I'm ignoring you moving forward.

Prince3: What's dis one again naa? It hasn't gotten to this. I see this thread educative and fun that's why I partake in it but if it has gotten to this I will stop contributing in anyway... Please let's be matured. Honestly speaking I see us all here as one family trying to help each other evade dangers in our everyday life, then why the insult?. I learn alot from every negative and positive argument here... even Dru23 in question is also contributing a great lot, so is everyone of us. Fabiano please....... Let's all argue with maturity... All of us are not one family. Some are self acclaimed landlords, while they see others as their tenants. |

lograr: How do our politicians behave when they get over there? Don't they obey the law? Of course they do! They don't chase away pedestrian and motorist with convoys when they find themselves in that environment
So, your environment affects peoples behavior. Psychology affirms it. It affects the person. An article of Lehigh university confirms it.
As for rating, uber automatically gives riders 5stars. And gives the drivers no stars automatically. The driver will have to approved it before embarking on a new trip. He can approved 5 star for rider mistakenly. But cannot approved 1 or 2 or 3 mistakenly. The riders rating is inconsequential. Riders can open multiple account on bolt just to get bonus. But drivers cant. And you think it has effect on them whatsoever. I have seen drivers account getting blocked because of rating. You can't say such for riders.
The driver can never edit a rating he gave a rider. A rider can edit the rating he gave a driver on uber after realising the driver gave him/her a low rating. So a driver that doesn't want his rating to drop will likely gives a rider a 5 star and in USA accumulated rating of 4.6 is likely to get the driver thrown out. Uber didn't specify for Benin but they know their benchmark.
You are the one bringing up violence reaction in your last paragraph I've never advocated for such. never have i share a story where i was violent. To my knowledge I've also not heard of another person talking of slap here. Don't take sh*t doesn't mean getting physical
There's a lot you don't understand. 1 week leisure work won't be bad idea. Enough said He cannot drive. He doesn't even know the cost of drivers license in Nigeria. |

Illiterate and village boys abi?
If you think you’re wealthy, famous, healthy or can afford travel to any where you can don’t think the other man is not doing h/h best or not working more than you do, so don’t take you privileges for granted thinking it’s your making God has reasons for everything.
A guy here will always say each time I call him “boss” in our private chat, “don’t call me boss, we all are boss”. Such a humble guy with plenty of money and international profile yet you won’t hear it.

Please is the final pricing right? The estimated pricing shows between 3100 to 3800 but after the final journey, the price was 6900.
I will like to make a complaint but I want your noble advice on this before reporting this pricing to bolt.
Note: No surge @the time of placing this ride. Thanks Did you actually spend over 3hrs in traffic?

Rubbiish: This is why Ocar will likely trump uber & bolt sooner than we think. Because I heard riders are also verified on Ocar, this non verification of riders on bolt give them room to do whatever they like without any consequence I used 4 different SIM cards for ABJ throughout the week just to chop their 50% bonus on trips. And I registered them all with nonexistent email address. There's no atom of rider verification on bolt at all. I've already planned on buying 3more Sims when going back next week to finish my unfinished business in abj. |

dapotemi: This Uber app issue is really causing alot of embarrassment o..I was at Chevron estate around 10 pm for some personal runs and as I was leaving I got a trip to iyana oworo, I was happy because na ketu I dey go. Took rider to iyana oworo and trip shows 400 naira, I notice app was showing 54 mins from begining to end of trip, based on wat I have read here I knew there might be a prob. Told rider it's app iss and she should pay estimate, she started giving story that she paid abt 4500 goin to Chevron and Uber promise to refund her and she believes she's been refunded, I wan change am but I felt it's not necessary, she later drop 1k. I jus vex drive comot, got another trip immediately to the place at ogudu, very short trip and it was just 6 mins, end trip and it shows 2,200. Rider was shocked, I knew it was app issue also, I told her maybe she's owing Uber b4 and she said nope, I did a review na still 2200.. I ask her not to pay that she should contact Uber, I was embarrassed myself because I had to start explaining app issue bla bla,. BF came and paid 2k. I jus go offline immediately. I sent a message to Uber and they acknowledge that they had issue with their app and they're trying to resolve it... Uber unblocked my account yesterday, but I gave them 1week suspension. I won't open that app this week. If I activate opay before weekend? Then I'm giving them an indefinite suspension. Those guys don't fit naija market and style. |
