PublicAssurance:So you ''burn'' 999,999 naira over a weekend in a club. That explains your numb skull. ![]() |

PublicAssurance:Old man, it's not a sales pitch. All offers are 6 digits. As you believe, so will it be for you. By the way, my signature should have given you idea of the industry I work in. That's if you're wise and pay attention to detail. Keep your doubts to yourself. Don't come here to discourage people who may gain from the opportunities on LinkedIn. Anyways, I'll always be here to verbally knock some sense into your empty skull. ![]() |
PublicAssurance: SmithHumble50:Big lie. I have been getting offers via linkedin. The HRs and MDs contact me directly. Last month, I got 3 mouth-watering offers. Last week I got another offer. The offer letters are lying here in my drawers. The secret is to have a keyword-compliant professional profile while maintaining a creative buzz of relevant industry information as either posts or published articles. Don't forget to include projects executed, skills acquired, honours and achievements, and relevant certifications. |
Same is ongoing at Newcastle Hotels, Anthony Village. Kudos to Lagos State Government. |
Good job Ikpeazu. coming after I battled the SSA on twitter under the hashtag #SaveAba |

I have loved a few times but I have only been in love once, and with each ending of these relationships, it wasn’t about a lack of love, but simply the fact that sometimes other things don’t add up. You need more than just love. Love is not enough. Fortunately, I understood this concept very early in life and thus have helped me have a more realistic approach to issues concerning relationships. Being in love is not an adequate foundation for building a successful relationship. In fact, in some of these cases, it was better for me to have ended it and moved on, no matter how much it hurts. The power of love is greatly overestimated. An unrealistic understanding of love can cause us quite some trouble. Love alone cannot compensate a negligence of fundamental values such as compatibility, mutual respect, shared vision and home management. Don’t get it twisted; it’s very possible to fall in love with someone we’re not compatible with. For this reason, when evaluating our relationship, heart and mind must work together. When it comes to your compatibility, you will also have to consider the plain facts. The way that person treats you. How their dreams are comparable to yours. How your partner treats others. If, on the other hand, we understand that love is not enough, we also understand that maintaining relationships takes effort. Love is like a farm. We need to water it, pull the weeds, and make sure it has enough sunlight. We water it by making sure our lover is the most significant thing in our life. We pull the weeds by making sure our lover knows what hurts us and we set appropriate boundaries. The sunlight is making your lover happy to see you. Alfred Adler — ‘Follow your heart but take your brain with you.’ Armed with this truth, we would make the most out of our relationships. Twitter - @henrikachi |
https://s32.postimg.org/gufmewmut/we_are_all_outsourcers_icsl_icslimited_icsoutsou.png What is Outsourcing? The term “Outsourcing” is among the most despised words in Nigeria; maybe third to NEPA and Police. It is not an easy feat trying to defend the concept of outsourcing. But many of those who loathe the notion of “outsourcing” might be surprised to discover that they, too, are “outsourcers”. Yes, we all are. The study of human history reveals that even our forefathers, Homo Sapiens, divided their labour. Some were good at hunting, others maintained the caves. Some were good at cleaning the hunt. Others were good at raising offspring, or making clothes. The group who were efficient at certain tasks but bad at others focused on their strengths, and the division of their labour allowed them to produce more of their product or service than they might have been able to produce had they been forced to concentrate on myriad tasks. The excess allowed for trade, and trade allowed for competition, which, in turn, leads to even more efficiency in the productive system. Yes, We All Outsource Like our forefathers, we engage in division of labour, concentrating on what we do best, or enjoy doing most and by doing so, we compete with others, and lift productivity higher and higher. Every person involved in the division of labour outsources. If we did not outsource, we would not have enough time in our days to make the things we want or perform the services we desire performed. If I were to try to fix my faulty TV, it would take me months or years just to learn the rudiments of the process. If I were to try to grow all the food I want to eat, even while I had to get the water I needed to perform my home chores, it might take so much of my time to do the former that I would not have enough time to do the latter. I find that 95 percent of the things we do every day can now be done by other people or other things, and being able to focus on the 5 percent that only you can do means you can stress less, reclaim your mind, and do the things you want to do. Housekeeping? Driving? Home tutoring for kids? Personal errands? The list goes on. Why Companies Outsource Just like we outsource from one person to another, we also outsource from people in one company to another. Companies employ outsourcing as a strategy wherein they contract out certain functions to specialised and efficient service providers, who ultimately become valued business partners. Some of the most common reasons include: - Reducing and controlling operating costs - Improving company focus - Gaining access to world-class capabilities - Freeing internal resources for other purposes - Streamlining or increasing efficiency for time-consuming functions - Maximising use of external resources - Sharing risks with a partner company Is this bad? In conclusion, it is that focus on and exclusion of tasks at the heart of the division of labour which help us understand why “outsourcing” is not only ethical, it is natural, beneficial, and essential to human progress. You don't wanna be a career goal keeper born in same country & in same lifetime as this man. You go wait for int'l cap taya. ![]()

Hahaha, you don't wanna be in the shoes of Kimbo Slice and Donald Trump right now! I'm very sure they will be looking all over the world for Pablo Reyes. ![]() |
asha80:Hohoho, na me o!chai, I don suffer dem for twitter no be small. oga Hart and the propaganda team #WakaAndSee. But it's all for the good of Abia. I asked oga Hart immediately the news broke and he confirmed that he was not affected. That means the godly fight is still on... I will continue to wail until our able governor places priority on high-value strategic roads and streets. |
I hope it's unconnected with the mild drama that played out on Twitter few days ago between Abia SSA and I (@henrikachi). ![]() I also pray the SSA, Sir Hart, is not affected by the sack o! He is quite active and accessible on social media platforms unlike his predecessors. Bring him back IF he was affected! The new media team should learn from the mistakes of the past by adopting the following strategies: - Develop a clearly identifiable voice and tone across platforms - Have regulated/limited official information sources for press releases and other info - Ensure adequate online listening, monitoring and community engagement approaches - Report facts and reduce propaganda: information is now user-generated. Someone will likely produce facts to counter lies/propaganda ![]() - Build an active team of state media ambassadors headed by a seasoned community manager. Team will be charged with disseminating state's achievements across platforms while engaging the public on relevant discussions. CC: Ponponkon (were you affected?) ABLE GOVERNOR IKPEAZU: WE ARE WATCHING YOU!!! ABIA MUST BE GREAT!

The driver said that the assailants said in Hausa that “He is not there. Bastard! We will still get him”. They shot thrice at the sergeant and sped off. He died on the spot.” |
In same country, there are people who need just a meal per day to survive. |
These praise singers have started again! You demolish houses, scatter road and yet there is no IMMEDIATE efforts to fix the roads as soon as possible. Below is Ibadan street just few days ago. Just go on twitter and search for #SaveAba and see for yourself.

Ramon92:I beg to differ. Only the brave commit willful suicide. Nonetheless, suicide is never the best option nor should it be celebrated. |

tonychristopher:Lol, same feelings shared. |
tonychristopher:Nna, you still don't get it. Have a bird-eye view of the matter and not judging them from the text content of a single post. What Sterling (and you) did is like jumping onto a trending hashtag without full knowledge of the origin. Check the trend of their communication (creatives inclusive) and see the consumer personality reflected then come back and apologise to your oga. ![]() |
