raskymonojendor:Another educated illiterate, who reads but never understands or choose not to understand. Let me explain what he said in the video and asked anyone to verify. He said clearly from the video you watched but refused to understand, that he did a program in Harvard, but that is not to be talked about, I presume since its just a program, but he is an alumni of Oxford and Cambridge. Meaning he went to school in those places and graduated, not that he did mere programs in them (Oxford and Cambridge). |

Politics / Re: Despair Is Not An Option - Peter Obi by donkach: 10:19am On Sep 09, 2023 |
helinues: People go to the Supreme Court not only to win their case, but also to establish a legal precedent. This means that the ruling of the Supreme Court will be binding on all lower courts in future cases with similar facts. A precedent can be good or bad, and it is important to consider the potential consequences of a ruling before taking a case to the Supreme Court. The Imo State case is an example of a bad precedent. The ruling has been criticized by many legal experts, who argue that it undermines the rule of law and could lead to instability in the country. It is important to note that the Supreme Court is not always bound by its own precedents. In rare cases, the Court may overrule a previous decision if it believes that the precedent is no longer good law. However, this is a very high bar, and it is unlikely that the Imo State case will be overruled anytime soon. Overall, it is important to note that their are potential consequences of taking a case to the Supreme Court. While a favorable ruling can set a good precedent, an unfavorable ruling can have far-reaching negative consequences. |
Crime / Re: Police Arrest “Yahoo Boys” For Burying New Born Baby In Rivers by donkach: 8:04am On Aug 25, 2023 |
Zico5:How did you know that the boys arrested were indeed the perpetrators? Who told you that if they were the ones who did what was said to be done, they would still be in a hotel in the same estate? Haba. I doubt it’s true. What might be true is that the boys are yahoo boys, that some boys (not the arrested ones) did incantation at the waterfront, and that a baby was discovered (it’s highly likely that a lady dumped the dead child, they might not have dug up, but claimed to have digged up). To really confirm if the boys were really present at the crime scene is so easy to determine. I mean, so easy. When you’re wrongly accused, you can vent in frustration, and that explains what one of the boys who has now been tagged as their leader was said to have done. From the look of things, you will know that they have already started heaping lies on his head, for daring to protest. He automatically became their head. How did they know that? That remains a question that needs to be unraveled. I hate injustice. The perpetrator(s) of the crime might now be happy since a group has been tagged with the crime. I will tell you for free that the people (boys, girl) who really perpetrated the crime have eloped and are not likely to be in the same environment. |

Politics / Re: Re: Sanwo-Olu Approves Mass Burial For 103 EndSARS Victims - Lagos State Govt by donkach: 2:33am On Jul 24, 2023 |
From what I have observed in the 'End SARS' massacre post, it's like people have already been designated to defend and derail the discussion surrounding the topic. Regarding the number of deaths, yes, there were indeed several deaths amounting to hundreds and more during the 'End SARS' protests. The government, this time around, did not deny the existence of victims related to the 'End SARS' movement. As for the source of the post, it was neither IPOB nor Igbo who made it. In terms of media coverage, news outlets like People's Gazette, PunchNG, Channels, PRNigeria, and others did carry the news. Confirmed victims were indeed present in connection to the 'End SARS' movement, and the news of their burial is not false; it is factual and accurate. The government maintains that the victims did not originate from Lekki Toll Gate but from other areas in Lagos. Despite the available information and facts, it is perplexing to comprehend why certain individuals are attempting to stir up tribal sentiments. It appears that they might be either paid propagandists with ulterior motives or individuals who are not acting rationally and responsibly in their behavior. As the discussions continue, it is crucial to maintain a focus on truth, empathy, and a constructive approach to address the issues surrounding the 'End SARS' tragedy. 2 Likes |
Food / Re: Indomie Noodles Made In Nigeria Are Safe For Consumption ― NAFDAC by donkach: 8:07pm On May 04, 2023 |
Lies. Money must have exchanged hands. They are willing to collect money and lie, than to tell the people the truth. But one thing is sure, the must have been told to discontinue using the identified harmful substance used in making it. But to say Nigerian Indomie production wasn't using that cancer causing ingredients prior to now, is a BIG lie, that is typical of Nigerian institutions and government personnels. 1 Like |
