Romance5 Things Slay Queens Never Want To Hear From You by donogaga(op): 8:32am On May 29, 2018
There are many things Nigerians know slayqueens for. One thing all slay queens can be associated with is their lust for money or material things from men. Dating one of these women needs you to have just enough money to waste. However, don’t waste your time thinking you can marry her, just enjoy with her and leave to save yourself from a lot of relationship dramas. Here are five things no slay queen wants to hear from you:

You don’t drive

Every slay queen wants a man who drives. She wants to be driven from expensive dates to her home or your home. When you date her and you don’t drive, you will always have to pay for Uber since she will complicate the story and tell you how she doesn’t use PSV vehicles for her travels.

You live in a cheap house

Never attempt to take her to your home if you live in some cheap house. She will insult your house from the place you to live, the building itself and all things inside. She wants to be taken to expensive houses even when she lives in a one-bedroom or bedsitter somewhere.

You earn less than she does

If she is doing some work, she expects you to be earning triple that she earns. Otherwise you are no match for her. Slay queens want men who earn a lot that can accommodate her expensive dates.

You wear cheap clothes

Slay queens don’t fancy men who wear cheap clothes. Even if you have more money than she does, she will always despise you with how you have dressed. She wants to be around a classy looking man.

You don’t like expensive restaurants

Every slay queen wants to be taken to expensive restaurants and hotels. Some men are satisfied with food from cheap hotels. If you take her to a cheap hotel, you will never again agree on terms with her.

This is just a natural phenomenon with respect to every blessed, wonderful and loving union/marriage.

BTW, the love of a family is one of God's greatest blessings. I can attest to that.

Lagos is truly a Land of massive opportunities.

I have obviously benefitted positively from its numerous opportunities.

However, some of the major challenges are accommodation, traffic, congestion and high rate of air pollution. The atmosphere is hazardous.
PropertiesLandlord Asking For Payment For Extra One Month. by donogaga(op): 8:28pm On Mar 13, 2018
Just a quick one. As a Lagos landlord, If one of your tenants decided to move out of his rented apartment where he normally pay annually for rent. As expected, the Landlord was duly notified by the tenant about the fact that he wouldn't be renewing his rent. However, during the process of looking for a new apartment, the tenant spent an extra one month after his/her rent has expired before moving out. This wasn't intentional though.

Over Four Months later after moving out of the said apartment, the ex Landlord is now calling the former tenant to pay him for the one month.

Now, is the tenant supposed to pay for the extra one month? Putting Lagos state tenancy law into consideration.

Is the Landlord in order?

What is the legal implication of this dilemma?
Foreign AffairsSee How Angry Villagers Disgraced A Politician In Bolivia. by donogaga(op): 12:15pm On Mar 07, 2018
Some villagers who had become really angry with a politician whom they felt had not served them well, have taken laws into their hands to punish him.

The villagers disgraced their mayor

In most countries, the only way you can punish politicians and civil servants for not doing a proper job is by not voting for them in the next elections, but in Bolivia, they have a thing called “social justice”.

The people of San Buenaventura, a small town in northern Bolivia, recently made good use of their constitutional right to social justice by putting their mayor, Javier Delgado, in stocks for an hour, to let him know that they are not satisfied with his service. Photos of the disgraced mayor sitting on the ground with one leg trapped in the medieval restraining device while surrounded by angry townspeople have been doing the rounds on South-American social media and news sites since late February.

On February 25th, mayor Javier Delgado was supposed to inaugurate a bridge built with state and municipal funds, but when he got to the site, he was shocked to learn that the crowd waiting for him was not there to attend the event, but teach him a lesson. Without even bothering to explain what he was being punished for, they just grabbed Delgado and put him in wooden stocks.

“They didn’t even give me the opportunity to find out why they were submitting me to this punishment, but I did not put up resistance knowing that there was a risk of things escalating even further,” the mayor told La Razon. “Later, they gave me the opportunity to explain and then they apologized to me, as they saw that they had been manipulated and misinformed by these people.”

By “these people”, Delgado means his political adversaries and local entrepreneurs who are trying to undermine the work he has done in over two years of service to the community. He claims these people are in the pocket of river transporters and logging companies, the interests of which have been affected by some of his policies.

However, Daniel Salvador, a native of San Buenaventura, told Radio Fides that mayor Delgado had been punished for not fulfilling his commitments to the local community, lying to them and not making them his priority when they ask for an audience.

Javier Delgado

To make matters worse, this was actually the third time that mayor Javier Delgado got a taste of social justice during his two-and-half year term. The first time, he was put in stocks just a few months after coming into office, while the second time, members of the community took over his office and kept him away for two whole months. Fearing for his life, he fled to a neighboring town, until a commission of indigenous authorities put an end to the conflict.

“I am one of only a few people in the whole country who have been subjected to these traditional punishments,” Delgado complained. I wonder why that is, though…

Like many other indigenous communities in Bolivia, the people of San Buenaventura govern themselves according to three basic principles “ama qhuilla, ama llulla, ama suwa (do not be lazy, do not be a liar, do not be a thief)” and resort to social justice whenever someone infringes any of them.

Social justice has been included in the country’s constitution in 2009, although it is only acceptable in the case of minor crimes, like trespassing private property or cattle theft. Serious crimes still have to be referred to the courts.

Romance9 Surprises Women Love But Would Never Ask You To Give Them by donogaga(op): 9:57pm On Feb 24, 2018
No matter what kind of woman you are dating, regardless of what she says out loud, little surprises that show your romantic side will always be appreciated. Here are nine little wonders you can do for your lover that will surely put a smile on her face and earn you a permanent place in her heart.

1. WAKE HER UP WITH BREAKFAST
It may seem cliche to some but deep down inside all women adore a partner who’s thoughtful enough to serve them breakfast in bed. It shows that you care and appreciate all that she does for you and then some.

2. LITTLE LOVE NOTES
Perhaps the most inexpensive of all, leaving cute little notes for her will instantly ignite an ear to ear smile on her lovely face. You know you love her, she knows too, but showing her in such a sweet way will surely have her swimming in bliss.

3. SPONTANEOUS SHOPPING TRIP
The majority of women love to shop; it’s practically in their DNA. However, put aside your personal opinion on buying for the moment (if you don’t like it) and take her anyway. She will adore you taking the time out of your day to go through the hustle and bustle that is shopping. If you’re lucky, she’ll put on a fashion show and strut her sexy self just for you. Everyone enjoys a bit of eye candy!

4. DATE NIGHT
So many couples get into a relationship, and the concept of going out on an ACTUAL date goes entirely out of the window. Step out of the relationship comfort zone and surprise her with a trip to her favorite restaurant for dinner or even the newest bistro in town for lunch and latte. Women love that stuff!

5. ROMANTIC TRIP
This may take a bit of planning on your part but if you play your cards right and get all your ducks in a row, surprising her with a romantic trip for two will be just the ticket to warm her heart. It doesn’t have to be an extravagant vacation either; a simple weekend getaway will do wonders for your relationship and have her teeming with excitement.

6. SEND FLOWERS TO WORK
You’ve seen it in the movies and your favorite television shows: unexpectedly sending flowers to a woman while she’s at work. This public display of affection always goes over well with a woman. She’s rendered pleasantly speechless, and her co-workers are impressed: brownie points to you! Even if you can’t afford a full bouquet and a floral delivery service, even a simple rose on the windshield of her car will do just fine!

7. DO HER HOUSEWORK FOR A DAY
No one likes doing housework, not her, not you, no one. Lucky for her, you’re the kind of partner that doesn’t mind going through a rough day just for her. Tell her she has the day off from those annoying chores and she’ll be all smiles.

8. PLAN A HOME COOKED MEAL FOR TWO
A partner that can cook is always a great bonus for any woman. Take the time to plan a romantic meal for you both that you cook with your own two hands. Don’t worry about your cooking skills because she will appreciate all of the thoughtfulness and love behind it.

9. COMPLIMENT HER PUBLICLY
The majority of people live their life online, and if you’re not giving her a public shout-out once in a while, you’re missing out! Show her off to your friends and hers with a simple post complimenting her loving ways or recent accomplishments. You just can’t go wrong with that!

Sure, some of these may require more planning than others but, when you truly love someone, it should be straightforward to find the energy and the resources. Life with your lady will benefit highly, and you can guarantee the negativity will be kept to a minimum. Bottom line: when she’s happy, you’re happy!

There is this girl I proposed to years ago during my undergraduate who accepted the offer based on the belief that after school I would have a nice job that would enable me care for her.

After my NYSC, when she saw that things were not as expected, she lose interest in me and walked away, however, she now wants to come back as she had heard the news of my employment even though, I don't like her again and I have gotten some body better off than her.

The problem is, am finding it difficult to tell her the truth, pls pals how do I go about it? Pls I need your advice pls, no insult it's a serious matter.
Accepting her back isn't an option.

The earlier you tell her the truth that you have since moved on, the better.

Bro, don't bother yourself, she's not worth it. Believe me. It was obvious she didn't love you and now she's back because you are now gainfully employed.

Her loss.

RomanceRe: What Are Your Plans For This Valentine?? by donogaga(m): 7:01pm On Feb 13, 2018
A lot of people will cry their hearts out tomorrow when they realize the person they hoped will take them out and call them took another out.

Many will be heartbroken, because their place another took.

Many will feel miserable, when they realize they have been building castles on sand.

Many will realize that their Toyota Camry small light is actually a small car.

But as the year goes by..

They will thank God they dodged a bullet.

They would realize that love is not a birthday to be celebrated once a year.

They will realize that Love is a personality and a nature.

They would realize that God is truly Love.

They would realize, you can't give love, when you don't have Love inside.

e.g. A pretty nice wristwatch.

Lol! come on, he didn't die from embarrassment when you rudely turned him down, did he?.

Point is, you will never know what's on his mind and the only way to know is to ask him. If there is anything I hate most in life, it is regret! The regret of maybe if I had done this or that.

Ask him straight up if he wants to be your friend, make it a solemn military request, that way you will be able to walk with your head up high even if he rejects you.
You are wise.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Must One Wear Suit To A Job Interview? by donogaga(m): 11:24am On Jan 26, 2018
It's not a must.

I got a job without wearing suit to the interview. Actually, every other invited candidates wore suit.... I was the only one wearing sleeve and trouser, no tie. I was decent enough and the outfit was fit for purpose.

I don't like suit, however, I had to wear it during my wedding and that was the last time I ever wore suit.

Your outfit to an interview session is important, but what you carry inside is more important.
PoliticsRe: Senate Intervenes In Benue Crisis, Meets With Ortom, Traditional Rulers(photos) by donogaga(m): 5:01pm On Jan 13, 2018
The meat business is a very serious business.

I have been to abattoirs and the craze for meat is real...Also during this Christmas holiday, several people gifted there fans and followers with cows.

In some traditions a meal without meat is considered an insult and in fact as part of training most children are taught to finish their food before their meat.

The suya business is a multi-million Naira business, which now has dried variants in shops, sharwama also has a beef variant.

The truth is that most people cannot do without meat and it is a multi-billion Naira industry.

Curiously, the main source of meat in this nation are nomads. Unfortunately, this business and traditional model has caused a lot of problems and a lot of people have been killed in the process.

Ban them, stop them from coming to your state... Businessmen and women will go to states where they are allowed to roam.. Buy cows and sell it at exorbitant prices to butchers who will increase the price of meat...

Now to the meat of the matter...

I would expect State governments to cash into this business.

Imagine let's say the Delta State government acquires hectares of lands in rural areas, and they also acquire exotic grasses and breeds of cattle.

Imagine them having several ranches, and having milk producing breeds.

Imagine my state, supplying grasses to all parts of the country.

Imagine if my state government, decides to be greedy with the "Canda" and decides to open a leather factory and rather than sell the leather decide to go into shoe, sandals, belt, bag and even cloth production.

Imagine if we used the hooves and horns rich in keratin for developing our line of hair care products...

Imagine what their waste products would be used for, imagine us being ahead in the biogas industry.

Imagine my state running, other cattle rearers out of business and then putting laws to tax other rearers.

Imagine how many people will be employed and the revenue that will be accrued to the state.

Imagine the development that would come to those rural areas.

Just imagine people that would be gainfully employed, just imagine the cycle of wealth.

In another news,

One reason the fulani herdsmen have not evolved, is that is virtually no competition in this sector.

One reason perhaps, may be that a lot of Ogas on the top may actually be owners of this multi-billion Naira industry and will do everything to protect their business.

Beyond the politics, rhetoric and crocodile tears let one state or even wealthy individual pick up this challenge and build a model of prosperity for her people.

Again what do I know?
