There are fifteen (15) stupid things a Wife can do to
mess up her marriage, I want you to check them
carefully and avoid them.

1) DARING HER HUSBAND TO BEAT HER: You
block the door way, and then dare him to beat you
and see what will happen. Lots of women have
done this in the past and they end up regretting it.
It is unwise to do this.

2) DARING HER HUSBAND TO SLEEP WITH
ANOTHER WOMAN: You will be making a major
mistake if you dare your husband to sleep with
another woman. You may live to regret it.

3) NEGLECTING TO DRESS RIGHTLY BECAUSE SHE
IS MARRIED: “I am married, who is looking at me”
That was the defense of Mrs Layi when she was
confronted for the reason why she dressed so
shabbily. It is the mistake of most careless married
women and it’s a major mistake you can make.

4) DENYING HER HUSBAND SEX REGULARLY: You
are a career woman; you feel sex in marriage is
secondary, you deny your husband your body
regularly, so he is sexually starved and intimacy
famished. His secretary, colleagues, and girls in
church are begging him to come but you padlock
your skirt. I can see danger signal.

5) LEAVING HER HUSBAND FOR HER FRIEND TO
CATER FOR: “My friend please be my eye as I
travelled for this one week, help cater for my
husband and my little kids” That was Mrs Rosa
when she made the journey she will later regret all
her life. By the time she came back her friend had
really helped her by sleeping with her husband. She
later eloped with the man, leaving her own husband and two children.
It is very stupid to commit your husband into the
hands of your beautiful and very active but Godless
friend.

6) LEAVING HER HUSBAND IN THE HAND OF HER
HOUSE MAID: Your maid is the one that cooks,
cleans the house, and cares for the children and
your husband. You suddenly become a lazy bone
since the arrival of the maid, all you do is to shout
and back orders, nobody will snatch your husband
you are the one graciously giving him to those that
need him.

7) EMPLOYING FULLY GROWN, RED BLOODED
LADY AS A MAID: She is fully grown, well-endowed
in the back and very tantalizing in the front, dresses
like an actress, cat walks like a model and that is
your own house maid? What a mistake!

EMPLOYING HOUSE GIRL THAT IS MORE
BEAUTIFUL THAN HER: Employing a house girl
more beautiful than them is a major technical
mistake most women make. In the process many
of them used their money to employ a rival for
themselves. Don’t be foolish when getting a maid.

9) USING ANALOG BRAIN TO LIVE WITH A DIGITAL
HUSBAND: Your husband is growing; you are sitting
down at home eating. He is dressing like a guy with
jeans and face cap; you are celebrating the fact that
you are a married woman. Your husband is on
twitter, facebook, Whatsapp, skype etc; the only
thing you know about phone is to receive and make
call. Your husband is talking about stock market;
you only talk about tomato market. He is talking
about Forex; you are talking about fruit and
vegetables.

10) FAILING TO COMMIT HER FAMILY INTO THE
HANDS OF GOD: A wife won’t do well if she fails to
commit her family into the hands of God regularly.
Don’t make this mistake, be prayerful, hand over
your family to God. May you never labor in vain!

11) FIGHTING HER MOTHER-IN-LAW: You may fight
your Mother-in-law dirty and think you can win, you
will end up losing. Her son and herself have been
friends and lovers for years; may be before you
were born. She was the first ‘wife’ of your husband
and also the first ‘girlfriend’. Her son cannot divorce
her and she is more experienced than you in
matrimonial battles, in fact she is a veteran of many
conflicts.

12) TELLING HER FRIENDS ABOUT HER SEX LIFE:
when you tell your friend about your sex life she can size you up and know whether your husband is hot or not, whether he is sexually fulfilled or not. She can even know your husband “turn on” and use it against him and grab your husband. Most women
have carelessly lost their husband as they complain
to their friends “my husband is too demanding, he
does not know anything but sex, I’m not a horse, I
can’t kill myself” A friend will pick information like
this and cover things up where you’ve been failing.

13) REPORTING HER HUSBAND TO HIS MUM: It
looks beautiful to report your husband to his Mum,
but the end result will end up hurting you.
Most mothers will support their sons any day;
children are always right before their Mothers. Seek
counsel in the right quarters, never report your
husband to his Mum.

14) LETTING CHILDREN TAKE THE PLACE OF
THEIR HUSBANDS: Many wives do abandon their
husbands, denying them of love, care and attention
as soon as babies begin to arrive. To sleep in bed,
they put the Baby between themselves and their
husband, making the man to feel lost in his own
house.

15) USING SEX WRONGLY: sex is supposed to
bind you together, it supposed to create intimacy
and love but in many homes it is the bone of
contention.
Some women do turn sex to a tool of manipulation;
some use it for trade by barter. Some wives will
suddenly become commanders at home when their
husbands touch them for sex, ordering the man
around, “go and off the Fan” “go and lock the gate”
“go and check whether our children are sleeping”
this is very bad.
Some wives sleep like log of wood in bed while
some even wear jean knickers to bed.
If you continue like this you will hurt your marriage
deeply and you may destroy your future also.May God not let us use our hand to destroy our own marriage...

Three things are involved,

1, Either the person is lying to you or he doesn't want you to keep begging him for money.

2, Except the person is extremely lazy.

3, And any other reason.


Truth is, naija isn't worth it. Travel first, you will obviously see the difference.

Just a quick clarification. There are no menial jobs in developed countries. Every job you do is valued and oyibo will never look down on you based on the job you do. For this reason, a manager in Naija will not have any problem taking up a cleaner job. Besides, there is no huge disparity in pay like we have in Nigeria. Unlike Naija companies where managers earn hundreds of thousands and cleaners 15K, here if I work as a cleaner and earn $2k monthly, a manager in my company can’t earn more than 4K. He will pay more tax than me and will not enjoy some benefits I get as a low income earner. If you’ve been to a developed country then you’ll understand how shitty Nigeria is.

He earns 1M as salary monthly and also has a side hustle which should be bringing him nothing less than 200k estimate. But the man still wants to leave 4 UK. And getting a job in the UK at the age of around 45+, isn't that almost impossible?


His wife is already there and she's doing care-job.

I still don't understand why he wants to move.

I will just be brief without writing too much.

We are based we have 4 children, my first child is 13 from my previous relationship, she has become very terrible, she doesn't listen to me or my wife. She tells her that she is not her biological mother and she cannot control her. She had threatened to call the police on my wife telling her if she touch her she will fight her back and call the police. She goes to school and closes at 3.45 her school is 10 mins walk from home, but she is always late for home.

She comes home around 6 sometimes 7pm , as I am writing now every friday she closes at 12.30 but she is still hasn't come back home yet.

I am on my way to work. I start at 6.30pm till 2.30am so I rarely get to see her and she only misbehaving when I am not around. So far we have seized her phone because we had found so many inappropriate messages exchanges between her and boys. We had also removed the TV from her room and her behaviour has gotten worse. She is behaving like she's possessed.

My wife and I are fed up. Even her siblings are tired of her. We want to send her back to Nigeria maybe in a boarding school until she is 18 in order to protect her younger ones. If we keep her and she continues with her terrible behaviour I may beat her badly and we may end up loosing all 4 children to the authorities.

Please what advice will you give to me concerning this issue?

My neighbor here did the same, they sent two of their kids back to naija, now they have peace of mind here.

Your peace is none negotiable. After the normal daily hustling here, you don't need anything that would disturb your mind when you get home or even when you are at work.

I have come to understand that whatever these White people do, they have a valid reason for it. There are some things you may think doesn't make sense, find out well, you will notice there is a reason for it.

The reason is that the sensors are sometimes programmed to read 100 percent as FULL capacity, but if you start using it at 70% it may send a message to the system that 70% is the optimum, so anytime the battery gets to 70% it will indicate FULL and you won't be getting complete value for money.
That's why the manufacturer will always indicate charge before use.

Truth is, you can't compare UK and Naija. Naija is far far far FAR behind in the scheme of things. The money you make here in a day would be enough to feed you and your family for a whole month.

The difference is absolutely clear.

If you actually desire a better quality of life, then you have to japa. That's the truth.

Even the environment in naija is polluted. Every kind of pollution you can think of.

As long as you were planning to also visit Brasilia on your trip. Otherwise, the total cost might outweigh the benefit, if you're based in Nigeria.
For anyone based outside Nigeria, it might be okay.

I say that for two reasons:

1. Brasilia generally isn't a very exciting place, so your vacation will most likely be to Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo or maybe Florianopolis.
This means you'll have to make a detour to Brasilia, at an additional cost of flights + accommodation for at least 1 night.

2. The cost of renewal outside Nigeria is significantly more than in Nigeria.
I can't remember the exact cost, but I believe the immigration fee + admin fee was in the $150 range.

In that thread, the overarching sentiment of posts was - that could never happen at a Nigerian embassy.

Well, the definitive answer is.. YES, it can and it does.
I know this, because I did it only 3 months ago. A standard Nigerian passport renewal, not an emergency passport like thaty lady got.
And no, I'm not talking about any "back doors" or "greasing" any palms.

I responded in that thread, but felt it's also relevant to emphasize it in detail in a new thread. Nigeria is incredibly incompetent at most things, but once in a while, something works. As they say, even a broken clock is correct once a day.


Just for context, I travel with a US passport, but use my Nigerian passport when going to Nigeria, or some African countries.
I've renewed my US and Nigerian passports in multiple countries (as I travel quite a bit), so I've had some experience with both.

From the screenshot in that previous thread, it's clear the lady was NOT in the US when she got the emergency passport. In the US, we don't go to an "embassy" to get a passport, as "US embassies" don't exist in... the US. The emergency passport is no big deal and comes with only 5 or 6 pages, so you still need a standard renewal when you get home.

Also, the current estimated time for a US passport within the US is 11 weeks, and the "rush" service is 5-7 weeks. There has been a lot of passport backlog, similar to the situation in Nigeria, but it's a bit better now, I believe. I renewed my US passport in Argentina last year, and got it in about 2 weeks.

Anyway, I went to Brasilia, Brazil 3 months ago, to renew my Nigerian passport, as that was the only passport-issuing location in the region I was traveling. I first visited the Nigerian embassy in Argentina and was told they don't produce passports, but I could get it in Brazil on the same day. I was very skeptical of that information, because... Nigeria.

As it turns out, the entire process from getting there, to receiving my new passport was a few hours. It wasn't some emergency passport either. It was a standard passport. I paid online > booked an appointment > went there. Paid an administrative fee > did the capturing and walked out with my new passport all in 2-3 hours. I was literally the only person being attended to at the Nigerian embassy, though. It was empty, except about 4-6 embassy staff I saw. The guy who attended to me was also very polite and professional (something lacking in most Nigerian operations).

So, not only can you get your international passport at a Nigerian embassy in a few hours, it's a permanent passport - not an emergency one. Shout out to the Nigerian embassy in Brasilia, Brazil. The embassy in New York is a different story. Took me many months and headaches to renew there, in 2017.
