ememc4:You are far from the truth bro. However, I think the foundation of any leadership is trust, any form of government esp. democracy if not built on trust can not succeed. |
It has become necessary for public officials to be held accountable for their actions.

ademega:Hopefully..... Let's hope for the best!!! |

Jedeye2:Beat you up? Hahahaha. Hilarious... Anyways, I am sure hormones are to blame. I know this sounds weird, or like I’m rationalizing, which I probably am. but I think the hormones bring out a misguided maternal instinct. The anger “serves” to protect the fetus. Lol. If you stand too close to some pregnant women, they will get mad. Lurk behind them, They get mad. There are lots of pregnant women out there who are mad at the world. Its not easy jare. |
therealdeal10:Bro, The dark side of pregnancy is anger. It can take many forms... from blinding, red hot rage to brooding, bitter resentment. but one thing is fairly certain: it’s generally irrational. Or, at least, the extent of it is irrational. And, of course, not every pregnant women experiences it. |
Pregnancy can be a stressful period for any expectant mum – never mind those who are experiencing it for the first time. As well as the changes to your body, cravings, morning sickness and all those additional hormones floating around – plus the fact you’ve got a new life to look after – things other people do can add to your stress. A recent survey by Asda has revealed the top ‘bugbears’ (or ‘bump-bears’) that expectant and new mums face on a daily basis. 1. Bump touching: “Did I say you could touch my stomach? If I weren’t pregnant, would you think you could invade my personal space? No? It’s still not ok.” This took the top spot – with 60% of women surveyed saying bump touching by friends and family, but mostly complete strangers, was the ultimate irritant. 2. Back-handed compliments: You know the ones – those helpful, ‘friendly’ tips such as “you look tired, make sure you’re getting enough sleep” and exclamations on the size of the bump – “you look huge for how far along you are” and “are you sure you’re not carrying twins?” You know they mean well, but it’s not what you want to hear when you already feel huge, exhausted and over-emotional. 3. Terrifying labour stories: Yes, you know a human has got to come out of you. Yes, you know it will hurt. You really don’t need to hear horror stories right before you live through it – it will only make you more nervous. 18% of women surveyed said that they hated this. 4. People giving your secret away: You opt for a soft drink instead of wine and suddenly your friends are loudly asking: “Why aren’t you drinking? Are you PREGNANT?” Cue an interrogation you have to lie your way out of. 5. Questions about cravings: Apparently this is something women get asked a LOT when they’re expecting. “Are you craving anything yet?”, “Had any weird cravings?”, “I used to eat gherkins all the time when I was pregnant!” 9% of women surveyed said that they were irritated by constantly being asked about cravings. 6. Questions about baby names: “What are you going to call the baby? You know, don’t you? You’re just not telling me… Oh, come on tell me, I won’t tell anyone!” The Asda survey revealed that 58% of expectant mums would rather keep the name secret – despite being constantly asked what it is. 7. Unsolicited advice: As soon as you tell people you’re pregnant, they greet you with congratulations followed by a list of advice you didn’t ask for and most probably already heard from the last person you told you were pregnant. “Sleep when the baby sleeps”, “Are you looking after yourself?”, “Are you taking vitamins?” Can’t you just get to grips with the fact there’s a human inside you before you worry about sleeping patterns in seven month’s time? 8. Early visitors: You’ve just given birth, you look a mess, haven’t slept for two nights, your house is upside down and you’ve got piles of washing everywhere – which is when your second cousin decides to “pop in” to visit the baby. Cue the frantic tidy-up around her while she does her best to wake up the newborn you’ve just got to sleep with her loud cooing. 34% of new mums said they secretly dread the unexpected invasion of early visitors hoping to get a sneak peak before they’re ready to let the world back in. 9. Childless friends having social lives: Having a baby? Say goodbye to those friends who don’t have kids and are still partying like they’re students. You probably won’t see them much anymore. http://howafrica.com/top-9-things-you-should-never-do-to-a-pregnant-woman/?utm_source=ReviveOldPost&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=ReviveOldPost

The best that reasonable people can do, those who are conscious of their own fallability; those who are humble enough to know that there are no super men, but only an infallible God - the best they can do is to pray for this family. But then unreasonable people abound; those who live in glass houses and throw stones at others. Christ said, cast those stones if you are without sin. May The Lord intervene and have his way in their affairs. |

English club, Manchester United on Tuesday signed 19-year-old Anthony Martial for a record setting £36 million making him the most expensive teenage player in the world. The teenage sensation has a wife named Samantha and a daughter named Toto and are currently expecting their second child. Unlike most footballers who like to go out and live a flamboyant outdoor life, Martial is a homely person who prefers to spend time indoors with his beautiful wife and daughter. Speaking on what it feels like to play for the Red Devils, he said:”I’m very proud. I worked hard for this and my family is very happy about it. I’ve always wanted to play in the Premier League and look forward to meeting my team-mates. I don’t feel the pressure. “I know there is pressure but I’m ready for it. I’m very happy because it’s a big club in England. It’s not easy to speak about myself but I am a very fast player. I spoke with the coach and I know that I need to work very hard. I hope that everything will go well for me at this club. I’m very happy because the supporters are great here. I will be ready when the time comes.” Many are waiting to see if his mouth-watering transfer fee from Ligue 1 side, Monaco was worth the hype. http://howafrica.com/meet-19-year-old-man-united-star-who-is-worlds-most-expensive-teenage-player/?utm_source=&utm_medium=facebook

Dr. Ben Carson (Retired world renowned neurosurgeon, and Republican Presidential Aspirant) wrote this beautiful piece. Read and be blessed. Sometimes you are unsatisfied with your life, while many people in this world are dreaming of living your life. A child on a farm sees a plane fly overhead and dreams of flying. But, a pilot on the plane sees the farmhouse and dreams of returning home. That's life!! Enjoy yours. If wealth is the secret to happiness, then the rich should be dancing on the streets. But only poor kids do that. If power ensures security, then officials should walk unguarded. But those who live simply, sleep soundly. If beauty and fame bring ideal relationships, then celebrities should have the best marriages. But those who live simply, walk humbly and love genuinely! All good will come back to you!!! Man asks, “Where was God when Myles Munroe, wife and his associates were killed in a crash? He answers, "The same place I sat when John the Baptist my servant was beheaded. When Stephen my servant was stoned to death. When Paul my servant was murdered in Rome. The same place I sat when my only Son was brutally crucified, wounded, bruised and killed. I have not moved from my position." I am the same. It is not the means of exit from earth that matters but the destination. Live simply. It's all about God!! Good evening and welcome to the month of September. |
Take these priceless lessons from your fantasy football team and apply them to your business. If you're like the more than 56 million participants of fantasy football, you're probably gearing up to start your fantasy draft. But as you're getting ready for your draft party, you should also take a page out of fantasy football and apply it your business. Here are 12 priceless business lessons you can learn from your fantasy team. 1. Do Your Research: Prior to a fantasy football draft, enthusiasts check out the rankings created by experts, keep up-to-date on player injuries or progress, and even participate in a mock draft so that they can draft the best players possible. Even when the season starts, it's not uncommon to seek the advice from online forums or personally seek advice from other fantasy players when you want to improve your team. For businesses, they also need to do their research from defining their audience, knowing their competitors, and how to market their products or services. When all else fails, never hesitate to seek out the advice of a mentor or an industry expert. 2. Don't Let Your All-Stars Ride the Pine: Let's say that you have Aaron Rodgers and Nick Foles on your team. Rodgers may have one or two games that aren't his best. But you wouldn't bench him in favor of Foles – even if Foles had a couple of excellent games. When push comes to shove, you always have to start your stud players and let them carry your team. The same can be said in the business world. You have to not only recognize your top talent, you also need to give them the freedom and encouragement to keep them motivated and passionate. Passionate and motivated talent will take your company to the next level. 3. Keep An Eye Out For Rising Stars: Throughout the season there will be players who have a remarkable season. That's why it's important to keep a close eye on the waiver wire for future superstars. Even if you have an All-Star, you could find a potential running back or wide receiver that could help take your team to the playoffs. Always keep a lookout for top talent in your company, or even in your industry by checking out job boards or professional networks like LinkedIn. If you're able to acquire this rising star, you should be able to see your productivity and profits take off. 4. Know When To Hold’em,' Know When to Fold’em': A lot can happen between a draft and the football season. For example, your top wide receiver could get injured in the third week of the season. Depending on the severity of the injury, you may have to drop him because he could be out for the rest of the season. A running back that you drafted may have a couple of bad starts, but you may want to hold on to him because he bounces back and is one of the leading RBs in the game. While the stakes are obviously higher when it comes to your business (maybe!) the idea between knowing when to drop a player in fantasy football or hold onto them is relatively the same. Do you keep a team member if they're under performing? Or, do you stick with them because you realize that the potential is there? You need to have a process in place to help you make these difficult decisions. 5. Look At the Data: If you're into fantasy football, you probably notice that the same players are ranked in the top 10 or 20 year after year. Why? Because they've proven during the previous seasons to be the top players in the game. However, if that player is dealing with an injury or has joined a new team, they may not be as productive. You also have to realize which players have the potential to have break-out seasons. As business owners, you have to analyze as much data as possible so that you can stay ahead of your competitors. This means looking at past data for consistency, taking into account any changes, and using data to predict the future. 6. Be Fair, Ethically, and Firm When Making Trades: If you want to make any improvement on your team, trading is one of the best ways to accomplish this. However, there's an art to making trade offers. You have to be fair and give-up players for the players that you want. For example, you wouldn't offer a third-string running back and back-up quarterback on the Jaguars for Peyton Manning. You also you have to be ethical. For example, there used to be two players named Adrian Peterson in the league. If you knowingly traded the AP who was on the Bears because someone in your league didn't know that there were two AP’s, that's completely unethically. However, you also have to be firm when it comes to trades. If you received that offer for Manning you would decline that offer immediately. When negotiating deals for your business, you have to be fair, ethical, and also realize that you may have to budge a little more than you anticipated so that both parties are pleased 7. Separate Personal Bias: It can be tough to separate personal bias when it comes to fantasy. For example, a 49ers fan may have to put their bias aside during the draft because Jimmy Graham is available. It would be almost foolish to select the best player available because they're on a rival team. At the same time, you wouldn't give up Calvin Johnson and Matt Forte for Roddy White because you're a huge Falcons fan. In business, you also have to set aside personal feelings when it comes the best interest of the business. You may not care personally for a vendor or client, but if they are great at what they do and always deliver on-time, for the business, you must take a close look. It wouldn't make sense to dissolve that relationship because your personal feelings are getting in the way of logic. At the same time, you shouldn't hire a friend because they're your friend. They may not have the talent and skills to help your business move forward. 8. Add Depth: Players are bound to either get hurt or under perform throughout the season. That's why it's important that your fantasy team has depth. For example, you could 'handcuff' players together, like a pair of running backs on the same team. This way if a player doesn't play, you already have his replacement on your team. In the workplace, you're going to have times when employees get sick or have to deal with an emergency. While that will impact your productivity, if you have a talented team that can pick up the slack when someone isn't in the office for the day, productivity won't suffer as badly. 9. Identify Issues Before They Happen: Whether it's having depth on your team or keeping up with player updates, you should always be thinking several steps ahead when it comes to fantasy football. For example, if you read that your starting wide receiver has been dealing with trough toe, then you should be eyeing up the waiver wire or taking a long peek at your bench for a starting WR. You have to address any problems in the office before they arise. Whether that's making sure that all team members are on the same page, having an emergency backup and keeping everyone in the look, you don't want to be caught off-guard when the worst case scenario happens. In short, you always want to have a contingency plan. 10. There Will Be Trade-offs: During the course of the season, you may see one of your offensive players face your defense. It's also common for your opponent to have Aaron Rodgers and you have Randall Cobb. So while you would want Cobb to score several touchdown passes, you also don't want Aaron Rodgers to keep throwing TDs. But if he is, they should be going to Cobb. When it comes to your business, you have to consider opportunity cost. If you decide to market your business on Twitter, you may be neglecting your Facebook audience. However, your Twitter followers are more likely to convert, so you're willing to live with that tradeoff. 11. Look For Partnerships: If you don't know who to draft or pickup on the waiver wire, then look for players that are not only on great teams, but players that are catching passes from Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning Tom Brady. Even if they're not Pro Bowl players, they're working with some of the top players in the game. But which of these players are trying to make strategic partnerships? Rodgers is trying out numerous receivers to find out whom he can count on for a partnership pass. Want to succeed in business? You have to form strategic partnerships to help you gain new customers or exposure, increase credibility, and build your business overall. You just have to find the right partners, think of Uber partnering with Spotify, that can help expand your business. 12. Healthy Competition Is All Right: Fantasy football is all about competing with the other people in your individual set up – and even a little smack talking is expected. In fact, this is so commonplace that FX created a show, "The League," that involves a group of friends heavily competing against each other during the football season. There's nothing wrong with competition in the workplace. It can bring out the best in employees and even drive them to reach their full potential. Just keep the smack talking to a minimal, you don't want to cross any lines. MORE: http://www.inc.com/john-rampton/12-business-lessons-you-can-learn-from-fantasy-football.html

The symbolic connotations of African proverbs are craftily made available through art. In the interpretation and representation of these proverbs, sculptors and craftsmen, generally, use their resources to give us clear works of art whose meaning derives from these proverbs. Here are some examples for you. Here are some of those representations. https://proverbsafricanliterature./interpretation/images/

Nice read. Conflicts can be messy and uncomfortable. |
Wow, that is so profound! spoke volumes... hardcore needed truth! |
CHELSEA’s one-sided 3-0 loss away to Manchester City on Sunday left the defending champions five points below their opponents in 16th place in the nascent Premier League standings. The season may be only two games old, but Chelsea already appear to be in difficulty, having failed to record a win in their opening two league games for the first time since 1998. Here, AFP Sports lists five issues that will be troubling Chelsea's fans ahead of this weekend's trip to West Bromwich Albion, where they lost 3-0 on their last visit: 1. Mourinho's mood Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho wrote the book on diversionary tactics, but the spikiness with which he has attacked the new season suggests that all is not well behind the scenes at Stamford Bridge. It is only mid-August and he has already launched barbs at Everton manager Roberto Martinez, his old Arsenal adversary Arsene Wenger and City manager Manuel Pellegrini, made a cruel jibe about Rafael Benitez and demoted two of his medics, Eva Carneiro and Jon Fearn, after they angered him by running on to treat Eden Hazard during the 2-2 draw with Swansea City. He may have signed a new contract on the eve of the season, but Chelsea fans who remembered how Mourinho's first spell at the club unravelled acrimoniously in 2007 will hope that his mood improves quickly. 2. Defensive frailties No player has symbolised Chelsea's problems more in their opening two league games than right-back Ivanovic … Chelsea boasted the league's stingiest defence in the first two seasons following Mourinho's return from Real Madrid, but the sight of Sergio Aguero repeatedly strolling through their back line at the Etihad Stadium showed the extent to which it has become an area of concern. "I've never seen them so disorganised," said Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville. Mourinho said that John Terry's unceremonious half-time withdrawal had merely been a means by which to add more pace -- in the form of Kurt Zouma -- to his floundering back four, but it may also have been intended as a message to Chelsea's directors to step up their pursuit of Everton's John Stones. 3. Ivanovic struggles No player has symbolised Chelsea's problems more in their opening two league games than right-back Branislav Ivanovic. A Stamford Bridge stalwart for the last six seasons, the Serbian was left chasing shadows by Swansea's Jefferson Montero and was at fault for City's second and third goals, being out-jumped by Vincent Kompany at a corner and then presenting the ball straight to Fernandinho. The arrival of Ghana left-back Abdul Rahman Baba from Augsburg may offer a chance to take the 31-year-old out of the spotlight, as it would give Mourinho the possibility of switching Cesar Azpilicueta to his preferred position of right-back. 4. Hazard warning It says much that Hazard's most notable contribution to Chelsea's campaign so far has been the injury he sustained in the latter stages of the game against Swansea that launched the Carneiro/Fearn polemic. Last season's multiple Player of the Year, the Belgian winger has looked off the pace in the campaign to date, sleep-walking through pre-season and failing to make an impression against either Swansea or City. He squandered Chelsea's best chance of an equaliser at the Etihad, shooting too close to Joe Hart. 5. Recruitment hiccups Chelsea's close-season transfer dealings in 2014 were masterful, with Cesc Fabregas, Diego Costa, Filipe Luis and Didier Drogba all arriving before the end of July, giving Mourinho time to shape his new-look team. This year, Chelsea have not materially strengthened, having merely replaced the outgoing Petr Cech, Luis and Drogba with Asmir Begovic, Rahman and Radamel Falcao. A new centre-back is a priority, but Chelsea also look light in attack, where the champions are unhealthily reliant on Costa and his troublesome hamstrings. Falcao and Loic Remy do not pose anything like the same goal threat and Juan Cuadrado, a £23.3 million ($36.4 million, 32.9 million euros) signing from Fiorentina in January, has been a major disappointment. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/five-early-season-worries-chelsea-city-slump-101835141--sow.html |

The popular Vlogger has declined making a public comment on her troubled marriage nor her husband's public apology for putting another girl in the family way. Popular Vlogger, Toke Makinwa, has revealed why she hasn't directly addressed rumours that her marriage is strained at the moment. Toke and her husband, Maje Ayida are reportedly living apart over allegations that he impregnated a former lover and flew her out of the country to be delivered of the baby. However, Maje, who is a renowned fitness trainer, was the first party to break the silence last week when he admitted cheating on his wife with his longtime girlfriend, Anita Solomon. In a public admittance of wrong doing, Maje apologised profusely to Toke, who he categorically said he was still in love with. "I am writing to express my sincerest apologies to my wife. I was wrong, it is indefensible and I am sorry. I deeply regret what my wife and my family has had to endure. My behaviour has caused a lot of anguish to everyone. Though this matter has been very public in nature, it is a private issue and I would appreciate the opportunity to face it privately", he wrote on Instagram copying Toke in the post. When the delectable OAP was contacted to get her reaction to Maje's public apology, she politely declined to comment on the issue. "You have to understand that a lot is happening right now and I would rather not grant any interview or make any comment for now", she said. Meanwhile, there are unconfirmed reports that Anita put to bed Maje's son last week in London. http://www.tori.ng/news/5189/why-i-dont-want-to-talk-about-my-marriage-issues-n.html

SON: "Daddy, may I ask you a question?" DAD: "Yeah sure, what is it?" SON: "Daddy, how much do you make an hour?" DAD: "That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?" SON: "I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?" DAD: "If you must know, I make $100 an hour." SON: "Oh! (With his head down). SON: "Daddy, may I please borrow $50?" The father was furious. DAD: "If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I work hard everyday for such this childish behaviour." The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door. The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money? After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down, and started to think: Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $ 50 and he really didn't ask for money very often. The man went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door. DAD: "Are you asleep, son?" SON: "No daddy, I'm awake". DAD: "I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier. It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the $50 you asked for." The little boy sat straight up, smiling. SON: "Oh, thank you daddy!" Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills. The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again. The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father. DAD: "Why do you want more money if you already have some?" SON: "Because I didn't have enough, but now I do. "Daddy, I have $100 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you." The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness. It's just a short reminder to all of us/you working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that $100 worth of your time with someone you love? If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of days. But the family and friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives. And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than to our family. Some things are more important. |
1, 3 and 4 = Scam!!! |
Sorry bro, I think you should be happy the truth came out whilst you are still dating her. Actually, I've a friend who recently discovered his Wife has a son of 9 years for another man. She hid it(Truth) from him while they were dating. Meanwhile, My friend has been the one paying his school fees due to the fact that the "Wife" told him the young boy is her cousin - and he belived and trusted her right from day one. Now, she's pregnant with their second child and my friend is so disappointed. He's not eaten her food for days. Not everyone is to be trusted. That's just my opinion!!! |
