Hi guys, JAMB has released the results for its just concluded UTME exams. The result have come with mixed feelings from different candidates.
This thread is focused on sharing your JAMB result, expectations and next steps. You can use the following format for my spouse like this below:

Jamb score: 254
Degree of choice: Medicine & Surgery
University choice: Uniabj

Don't know what next plans are now. seems the score may not be able to gain entry for MBBS. However, my spouse has a first degree in Biology and has a very high 2:1, so we are considering converting to DE option. Hopefully JAMB will enable her covert to DE in coming days

yes a lot shit goes down in Lagos , let me share my own story around October last year I put up at an hotel along ado road ajah I stepped out to buy noodles at night very close to the Catholic Church on that road . There is this place you see a lot of them bike men (mainly aboki) the boy was so distracted I kept on telling him to concentrate , I got to the hotel to discover he did not put the indomie spice , I went back and told him about and asked for replacement he replaced and was asking me to pay for his own mistake .I left without paying only for this idiot to start charging towards me with a dagger . I turned back and I dodged it and we got into a scuffle the others where already bringing out their daggers and amulets , if not for the intervention of some security men at the street gate where the hotel was located maybe I would have got killed that night and they would put up a useless story .Please people on the island Lekki ajah sangotedo need to be very careful with this aboki guys they are something else

My rule is this, if I should give any money, it's something that wouldn't affect me at all. I have known from time immemorial that ladies are liars and they can twist and manipulate situation around. They'll blame it on you that's your fault for their wrongdoings. If you give a lady your heart, alaye she will give you back in pieces. It's easy for a lady to move on because she has countless guys pursuing her like simps. For me, I made it the other way round. Many people who are currently barren now and looking for children did some dangerous abortion in the past. I hope your present decision of terminating the pregnancy wouldn't affect you in the future. We all make mistakes, so I wouldn't judge you. As a medical doctor, I'll advise you to keep the baby. The Nigeria law doesn't permit abortion and that's why we have a lot of cases of unsafe abortion. From your perspective and thinking you may be right, but I can counter your claims with the bible itself.
1. God says, his ways are not the ways of man neither are the thoughts of man like is own. In the realm of God, he created the best first. And maybe that's why in the story of creation, he said, everything he created was good.

2. When God wanted to make man, he said, let us. Meaning that he did it with other entities but when he created woman he didn't say let us, he did it alone. This tells you that creation of a more sophisticated product requires more hands, hence man is more sophisticated.

3. God created woman as a helpmeet for man. It doesn't mean that the woman is more intelligent or smarter. For example now, some bricklayers are currently building up my fence, doesn't mean that they're smarter than me or me smarter than them because they're helping me build my fence. Good morning Nairalanders. I have an issue that has been disturbing for long.
So I met a lady two years back and we got talking. However, our communication was mostly restricted to online greetings.

December, 2021, we decided to take things to the next level by meeting physically. We study in the same school, so we met at a designated place. After our first meeting, things started moving fast and we became more connected.

Early this year, I decided to ask the girl out one faithful Saturday morning and her response was that she was in a relationship.

So I left her alone. The issue is this girl bonds with me so well and will often send me messages that she misses me anytime I decide to forget her for some days.

Last month, we all left school and were back home and our bonding became very strong again - we stay in the same city.

She invited me to her church twice and I honored her invitations. On her birthday, I asked her what her plans are and whether her bf is taking her out (jokingly) and her response was, 'which bf?'.

We went ahead to plan a meet up in a restaurant on her birthday but unfortunately something came up and I could not make it, so I sent her some cash to compensate.

*My issues with the lady.*

1. When I send her text on WhatsApp, sometimes it would take her 24 hrs to reply even when she's online. And she will find some flimsy excuses to make. She will even post on her status while my message is delivered but not read or replied.

2. She earlier told me she had a boyfriend, so I don't want to bring any relationship stuff again between us. But it seems she want me to ask her out again.

3. This girl bills me like no tomorrow. Whenever she has any minor issue she will pick phone and call me.

So honestly I'm fed up with her character and I have made up my mind not to talk to her again.

*My problem:

As usual when I decide ghost her again, she will chat me up and sometimes video call and that's what I don't want. I honestly need solutions. It seems this girl is playing mind games with me or she wants me to talk to her about relationship again?

An average lady has many toasters, many guys will be trying to catch her attention on WhatsApp, so she wouldn't even have time to read and respond to your message if you're not her priority. 99% of my chats on Whatsapp are with ladies and they respond immediately I send a message even though I reply 30 or 1hour late. And when they complain, I tell them (I am in a meeting, and I am even sacrificing my attention for you and you're not grateful?? Goodnight. If you want to chat, go and chat with your other friends. I am not like other people that come online on Whatsapp to chat or waste time) and they compose. I have turned the table around and made it feel that chatting with me is a great privilege. This feat can only be achieved when you've many ladies at your beck and call. It's the signature of an Alpha King!!!

The thing is there are various legitimate ways to earn online, albeit with many restrictions for Nigerians, but for some reasons these guys prefer fraud. But that is not the aspect that marvels me.

What I find difficult to comprehend is why most of them make their activities so ostentatious to the point of drawing unwanted attention to themselves, when fully aware that their source of income is a crime.

It's just beyond me.

People tend to flex money when they've it or when they've made it illegally. Only few people will perceive that I have money if they meet me for the first time and that's because I always tell myself the money is not for me even though I worked hard and made it legitimately. Been to the morgue several times, haven't seen the truly dead move a finger. There are cases of rigor mortis (a medical term for contractions of muscles after death). Have worked on cadavers plenty number of times, never had a nightmare. So, I conclude that it's myth or superstition. Thank you
