Honestly, there's nothing you can do. It's painful but you have to respect your father and step out of his affairs (pun unintended). You guys should give him his upkeep and his respect but treat mama even better. If you could afford it, send her on holidays and just spoil her with money. If you have sisters maybe they could invite their mother over and they could cater to her. 4 Likes |

Why are these simpleton generalizing one person's experience to all women? Abuse is a mental control before it's physical. Women and men who suffer domestic violence do not enjoy it, they are trapped by it. For that man to beat her in front of his mother shows that domestic violence is normal in his home. His mother probably got slapped around by his father. This is a very sad story and if you can't help then it's okay to walk away but you don't need to belittle her and others who suffer. 4 Likes |
