You are bigger than the challenge so just keep going, even if you do nothing, it's better than doing the wrong thing. You have no right to end anyone's life, yours included. Just try and do your best and where you can't do anything then just bear the pain and allow time to do it's thing.

You can't do bad to do good, just do good. Everything will work itself out and this will become a painful memory. Don't make things worse than they are. Be patient and strong because you will overcome this. Your father has his journey and you have yours.

Stop looking at others because we have different struggles, just because they're not going through your struggle doesn't mean they are free, their struggles might have been in the past or still to come. There are so many married folks out there who are struggling with loneliness even at that.

Marriage offers us an intimate relationship and companionship. It's different to the interactions we have normally with friends and co-workers. There's nothing nicer than coming home to your own little community. Coming home to an empty cold house gets old after a while.
