Today, a notable APC governor commissioned Shoprite in his state and people start commending him for bringing the giant retail into the state.

I was wondering if American celebrities do pay tax whenever they are invited to perform in Nigeria or not. I have worked with a couple Americans, and most of they time when they have to issue contact worth more than $500, they start asking for tax certificate even though you don't live in America.

I know quite well that we pay tax to ameriAmerican government, even if you travel just for vacation. Now I ask, is the same thing happening when Americans visit Nigeria, expecially when the celebrities are invited to perform?
