You guys may feel you are catching fun but trust me,it is an unhealthy way of interacting and even if this is a faceless forum,it is indeed the best place to show your true nature and i am very embarrassed and disappointed that rather than focus and discuss on the matter on ground,you started attacking the personal life of the writer...This is a crass nature and very very appalling and demeaning.

Please learn to be poised and seasoned in the way you relate with people and you will be better off.

For the purpose of clarity,please stop writing unfounded storied about whether i am or was married,whether i am divorced or whether i was dumped..that is my personal life and the last time i checked,it has nada to do with what i wrote so apparently there is somthing fundamentally wrong with the mental state of you ladies.

He wasn't talking abt the paramedics tht man ambulances and perform basic first aid on pts. Sometimes other health workers apart from Drs, nurses, pharmacists are called paramedics e. g radiographers, physiotherapists, etc. Nt sure where d lab scientists fall. There is always a form of relativity everywhere and we all knw how crazily expensive medical sch is and their crazy hrs

Doctor should be collecting 60k plus and other paramedic should should be workin like donkey and collect 20k as allowance just because one study for six yrs and other studied for 5 yrs. God will fight for paramedic one day.

When I go thru foreign medical forums, I see some of the reasons why we lag behind. This isn't abt who gets paid more, who is more valuable and other pettiness, it's abt team work, how to knw ur boundaries and respect other professionals. U chose to be who u are, Dr, nurse, pharm and evry other pprofessional and u're all there for the most important person in health care 'the patient'. When u treat other professionals wt disdain becos u spent more yrs in sch and can supposedly do all their work dnt expect them to smile back at u, pple are fighting for their rights yet egoistical, selfish minds had to twist things to serve their purpose. Why is there so much hatred and desire to surpress others? God help us

Oga stop misleading people. You are a liar. No body is complaining about basic salary.those medical doctors cheated other paramedic in allowances. Imaging giviñg paramedic 20 to 23k as call allowance compare to 60 to 65 k for doctors call allowance. That is a great injustice.
The major problem of you people is that you always look down on paramedics.
Remember am talking with experience. I see it by myself.
Imaging hearing doctors telling radiographer that what they know is to snap picture, pharmacy as drug counter.

They did actually. They threatened to strike if the govt ans the Johesu on skipping the lvl. They felt it will affect relativity, unless Govt must increase their own pay too. And they also asked for reshulfling of all board members of every tertiary institution so they occupy at least 8 of the posts. Wc d govt has been obliging them.They spent 6yrs plus in sch afterall.
