There is no need for that,we need competition.If someone with that 10 or so aircrafts come in,he wins the market simple. Eliminating the minimum requirements of 2 means disenfranchising local Nigerians from starting an airline and handing over the industry to foreigners. Let those with 10 and above come and compete.

It is not pride. Even if the devil became humble, he can't be forgiven simply because Christ atoned for the sins of humans and not fallen angels like the devil. Christ was God's help extended towards us to atone for our sins. In this regard, God helps man but does not help angels. Christ's sacrifice does not cover the sins of fallen angels.

Repentance is not offered to the fallen angels exactly because of their perfection of state when they sinned.The natural knowledge of things and the divine knowledge given to them was enough to make a decision devoid of our human weaknesses.There was no darkness of heart and mind(iniquity)in them when making that decision.hence the devils are the fathers of sin and cant repent.Their condemnation,which will be the condemnation of all who die without christ is this..

The devil is a spirit,and as a spirit he does not have our human weaknesses and emotions.
He does not struggle to learn and understand as we do.All the knowledge he needed to function was given to him upon his creation.His was made in perfection and his knowledge was complete.It is in this knowledge of God and creation he sinned.There is no repentance and regret in him because it requires admission of error.But his choice was made without our human emotions and with full knowledge of what he was doing.He chose himself before God in complete knowledge required for his being and cannot back down 'ever'. Throne or seat means position not chair.God is spirit,he does not seat on material chairs.
The Throne is a position of holiness, Christ is seated next to God meaning he is the same as God or simply he is God.

The closest analogy I can think of is us humans,while being 7billion strong we are but one nature ,equal in every way,one race sharing all human nature together begotten and giving birth to by each other serving each other and being served in time.
That our species is not united in all things like the trinity is the reason why we find it hard to understand them. If we understood what we share it common as humans understanding the trinity would have been a bit more easy.

The Trinity,One Godhead,One divinity,One substance.Three person equal in Glory and position. Agree in all things, act together in all things.
