In the case of abuse of power by Governors for political reasons,any member of the the state House of Assembly can appeal to a federal judge (with evidence) to compel the IGP to issue commands to the Regional Federal police to take over command of the state police involved until further investigatios are complete. It's a workable system.

There is nothing wrong having BOTH federal and state police,the federal police for federal crimes,e.g capital offences and the state police for smaller offences.The federal police can also take over structures of the state police to fast track investigations where it is determined that the state police is inadequate. Hence, the Federal police should be a small well trained and funded footprint within each state/region.

-when do you spray?
-did you use seed planter?
-at what point did you apply fertilizer?
-have you harvested? If so what was your yield?

-I sprayed with glyphosate the day of planting the maize, and subsequent spraying when weeds starts sprouting. In all, i sprayed thrice before harvesting and once against pest.
- Manual planting of two to three seeds per hole
-I applied fertilizer exactly a month after planting
- I harvested April with a total of 4.7tonnes

4.7 tonnes is impressive where Africa is concerned,we generally average 2tonnes/ hectare in Africa. .I believe your is /hectare? What variety of seed did you use?

60k an acre seems too much.Thats about 150k a hectare. Is it machine or manual clearance? How thick is the vegetation? I would think more 50-60k a hectare for manual labour.

If I am right and you have 9 standard plots, you are short of 1 hectare by approx 1 standard plot of 100ft by 100ft.

1 hectare is 107639.104sq ft.

Considering that bokoharam has been reduced from a military threat(at best) to a security threat I am considerably diappointed. We could easily have got joint production of the jf17 or type 056 with that money.

No problem at all. GEJ repaired both the eastern and western narrow guages and acquired funding and oversaw the construction of the standard guage. Why the new Government claimed to finish the project i still dont understand considering that the financing had been secured,but that's for another day.
