If a helicopter can be configured by its designer's for ground attack.It is an attack helicopter. The question is combat intensity of the environment. AW109's have military versions for ground attack in low intensity environments. It all depends on the threat. Even the Hind we use are not pure "attack" helicopters in the sense of the word,but rather armed transport for high threat environments.
The aw101s which until recently were our VIP/ presidential helicopters are actually used as anti-submarine (Merlin)helicopters by European navies.It just depends on what they have been adapted for.

NNS Aradu is also undergoing a refit at the Naval dockyard.

If you zoom in, you can see in the second photo the work going on on NNS Aradu.

This is what happens when you start taking on projects like sdb3. Suddenly, ship repair work like that on Aradu become less daunting. Hopefully sdb 4 will be a corvette class size ship.

Sadly a South African C-130 crashed today in Goma DRC,according to Defenceweb.

Sunday Oduntan, executive director, research and advocacy, Association of Nigerian Electricity Distributors (ANED), says the federal government lied on its claims of improvement in power generation.
ANED is the umbrella body of electricity distribution companies (DisCos).
Oduntan, according to THISDAY , said generation capacity as at January 2015 was 6,421MW and not 4,000MW as often claimed by the government.
The federal government had said power generation was at the peak of 7,000MW since President Muhammadu Buhari came into office in May 2015, but Oduntan insisted that the country was close to that figure as at January 2015.

The conversation we should be having concerning our National Debt is
- Is it sustainable?
- What is it invested on?
- How much would those investments add to the GDP?
- When should we expect these ROI?

This government is committed to infrastructural awakening and is well on the course to achieving this with a time frame in mind after which we begin to get our ROI fast

These are some of the key indices that bring about an economical rating and yes as it stands now, Nigeria is the best economy in africa all thanks to this present Government which remained unwavering in the face of recession and maneuvered the nation out of those murky waters to the place where Forbes could now rate us as they have done.
