the actions ojukwu took before their going to ghana were actions against the state and as such a declarationo f war befor verbally declaring seccession or can you explain to me what they were doing at aburi? |
@ torch 1 i weep for you, clearly your mental capacity is not balanced! the aburi accord and subsequent war were spill overs of the declaration of biafra by ojokwu, but this is difficult for you to understand because the objective part of your brain is sticking 'round your a.rse |
@torch 1 m.umu did your history books tell you that nigeria went to war with itself becos of aburi accord or the declaration of biafra? war was alreadr eminent, the aburi sitting was called to calm nerves! ask your d.umb self what action led to aburi accord or was the aburi meeting held becos your m.ama opened her legs to conceive you? such unintelligent replies reaffirm my belief that the future generation is the future disaster of nigeria |
i don't just get some of you morons on n/l. the man says he regrets starting state creation becos subsequent govts bastardized it (meaning he doesn't regret he's own creation)! some are mentioning biafra and ojukwu and the fact that gowon wasn't the most senior officer when he took over, pray i thought coup plotters carry out the act to put their choice at the helm and not their seniors, ojukwu declared war against the state what was he expecting a hand shake and a hug? gej might as well reach out to boko haram for dinner. to think most of the post here are from the so called future of nigeria! i really pity that future |
just because some one wakes up and decides MM commited genocide doesn't makeit true. I SUGGEST YOU RESEARCH MORE |
whatts all this bull talk about MM? beyond writing articles that some one massacred people and trying to force others to believe we need hard proveable facts backed by credible witnesses at the time! and if that can't be brought forward i recommend we name the abuja national stadium after MM |
just curious, that man jonathan went to the south west didnt see elders to respect but rascals then goes to minna and finds an elderand role model ![]() |
the fact that team buhari came up with the write up is something, atleast when put against broda jona's own. in my opinion the present president is the most clueless ever |
@bashr4 my guy update yourself! as of typing this benue has gone massively acn,the governor has no strenght behind him |
so sad with the kind of analysis one reads here from so called educated nigerians. that goodluck won shouldnt be a surprise! what is surprising is how the hell did atiku get up to 800+ votes. if you followed the pdp delegates election you would understand that governors instead of allowing for elections actually brought out names of their loyalist and submitted to the party. now these governors hoodwinked these delegates to do their bidding therefore leading to mass defection from the party,on the eve ofthe election day governors blocked all avenue to have access to these delegates thereby making them to play to their tunes (in other words atiku found it difficult to get access) now flash back to 2003 and 2007 pdp presidential promaries,it was a clean sweep with n o other candidate apart from the choosen getting up to 50 votes. but even with governors arm twisting atiku still managed to do well especially in the north, this should tell you guys something! the north will not vote goodluck in a free and fair election,in my opinion atiku has never been the favourite of the almajiri and yet they rallied behind him even in the face of the governors threatsand to make matters worst pdp has lost popularity inthe north. i don't see goodluck winning this election especially considering moves of a possible alliance between cpc and acn |
my verdict gej knows next to nothing, not even how to humphis wife! |
methinks this young boy is the poster and i don't seem to know the post he is running for! federal house of assembly in abuja? i don't seem to also understand what he means by almost under 30,is it the kind of salisu buhari thing in 1999? |
fairsense:you can tell that to kwakanso of kano, adamu muazu of bauchi, mbadiniju of anambra, prince audu of kogi and the dynamic 4 of edo, osun, ondo and ekiti who kissed their seats goodbye |
and who is to say dull luck is also not goint to loot? if the looting of leaders is whats going to make you go on exile then i dont understand what you are still doing here |
you people seem to forget that the delegates going to vote are pdp politicians who are ever so cunning. at this point polls or popularity on facebook doesnt count, what matters is who is the better schemer, endorsement also do not matter |
that's easy sanusi lamido |
nigerians are actually a strange people! we crave for change yet don't want to take a step! the root cause of nigeria's problems is indiscipline whether taking a piss on the streets, stealing govt money, driving on the curve when theres traffic hold up or collecting bribe! with all his weaknessesi think buhari stands out amongst the lot,if he did not enmasse wealth as a young military head of state and as ptf chairman is it now in his twilight years that he will do that?in three months of buhar's administrationnigerians felt the change he brought with thunderous effect! sentiments aside my vote goes to buhari |
from all the responses here it shows typical misunderstanding of the politics at play! jonathan is the one actually dancing the wrong dance stage one: make everything seem as if the south is against the north effect: the average northerner will see how the south feels about the north, streets will start talking and the northern governors will be forced to weigh their options key: they are more northern delegates stage two: make the body language show an intent for ibo vice-president effect:t the east will eventually have to weigh their optionson ground, vice president now and president in 8years or nothing now and president in maybe 16years key: it is clear goodluck wil not hand over to another southerner after his tenure if he eventually wins |
we too sey join atiku laugh ![]() |
with the picking of atiku by the ciroma group over ibb it is now clear either atiku or jonathan (both weak candidates inthe north) will become pdp's flag bearer. unknown to alot of people the name jonathan provokes a lot of anger amongst northern youths even in the middlebelt states and atiku has lost his footings though recent events show he is rebuilding. but there lies pdp's problem! unlike 2003 and 2007 where pdp had a grip on some of the northern states, the party's popularity has totally dipped with the name buhari being on the lips of the average northerner(north centralinclusive) the feeling in the north(elites inclusive) is for buhari to go into an alliance with the south west controlled acn |
warrior01:my head? good grief,i think you need to have your ancestry examined |
look at the way the slowpoke talks,my people, their people, where did nigeria go wrong to get this crap of a president |
the president says its not mend, okah implicates him,he invites ex-militants to aso rock to prove there are not involved and now these ex militants claim ibb approached them ![]() looks like we have a BHD(block head degree) at aso rock |
nice speech, jonathan's advisers should pick a thing or two there on how leaders are to speak publicly |
funny people! aljazeera is now looking suspicious, why can't certain people deal with the fact that the federal govt was implicated instead of brewing up conspiracy theories? did henry okah, ibb, dokpesi,al jazeera and co also write dumbluck jonathan's speech exonerating mend? |
@dj klever son of a thousand harlots! i dont care if you are from the niger delta or niger skunks! how has your insults answered the question? educated illiterate! when will you morons get tired of the line -i am from the niger delta? dirty filthy scum of the earth! what has your disgrace of a name father contributed to the development of your ward outside reminding us that you have oil (which is there not of your making)? no wonder ticks like you are regarded as the lasiest bunch in nigeria |
@beaf david mark never won an election! if thats the kind of support jonathan hopes to ride on then i am afraid inec will aid rigging again |
@BEAF insults will get you no where,it will only show how unintelligent you are! if i must say can you confidnetly say that jonathan is the best candidate? is he better than ribadu, momudu, duke? has he offered better programmes than ibb, saraki, atiku? does he have more intergrity than buhari? and as for the benue comment, you should do well and ask any benue friend of yours, it will take massive rigging for suswam to win re election and gemade has always been a dead wood as far as benue is concerned |
funny nigerians! obj now becomes a saint to southners simply because he is in support of jonathan(who nobody has bothered telling us his achivements as president, acting president, vice president, governor, deputy governor other than the fact he is from the south and by supporting him the north will be caged) if truly we want the country moving forward we should be talking ribadu, dele momudu e.t.c and not a bunch of under achievers. personally if it must be pdp then i go for ibb! |
personally i do not care about zoning, but what i will ask you jonathan supporters (strangely his supporters support him mainly because he"s from the south) is this. when the north eventually takes power and decides to rotate amongst themselves i hope no one will cry wolf since zoning is now dead |
finally nigeria has a phd dullard as president who surrounds himself with confused advisers or how else can we explain his appointment of a GMD of nnpc and reversing himself barely a month later? or is it the appointment of umeadia as acting inec chair and a week later reversing himself with the appointment of soyebi? or the forwarding of nominees for inec commisioners and withdrawing them days later or the banning of nigeria from football participation and reversing himself? this guy clearly aint got the balls to be president |
who said anything about predictions? i merely told you guys what the team had been planning since goodluck made the mistake of removing yar'adua's hitman(aondoakaa) with out first knowing the true condition of the man's health. this was taken as a slight on yar'adua by goodluck as it was assumed that goodluck was ultimately gunning for his seat |
