BKayy: That is because Opobo dialect is one of the closest to the central Igbo. It is basically what we speak here and in Enuani. All the Igbo words are old and intact. For example "nga anyị na akwa ụgbọ" Meaning "where we paddle canoe" Anambra South, some parts of Enuani and Imo call "where" "nga/nge". So you'll understand it better than ika that have been corrupted with Bini and hate
Like I wrote on the other thread, I am from Oru in Imo, my dialect is very similar to what these people speak. We also say 'nga'. Honestly I was shocked to know this about Opobo and Ubani.
How can a sane person after watching this video tell me Opobo is Ijaw. How do you plan to spin this? There Igbo dialect sounds very similar to my dialect in Oru, Imo State. I thank the poster of this video. Never knew about this
Though I care less whether Igbo get presidency or not and only want my people to be able to determine their fate themselves for which I think Biafra will be a better platform, I agree with your assertions. The Igbo politicians will support secession more openly if Igbo don't get presidency in 2023.
As a doctor, like most of my colleagues, I hate being on call but you can't run away from it in most instances. In most specialties, calls are a must. Moreover that is where the bulk of your take home pay comes from.
FoolishBoy419: Check the source. It's Saharareporters, a staunch anti-Buhari media and Ipob sympathizer. This is how many idiotic northerners were defending Boko Haram until things went out of hand. Ipob is indeed now a terrorist group.
chrisxxx: It is the handiwork of the Fulani haters but Fulani-like Igbos. That was how they forcefully renamed our Communities from Rumu to Umu before the war. Now they claim we changed names of the war. The funny part of this all is that Oyigbo people are saying our name is Oyigbo. Settlers who bought land there are saying your name is Obigbo. Which kind of people are these? We will start looking at Deeds of Conveyance.
Keep deceiving yourself and your likes. The truth will always remain the same no matter how much effort you make at twisting it.
Most of the one Nigerianers commenting don't even understand what he meant. They are here twisting his comment to sooth their pain. These people can't accept the simple fact that Nigeria is already gone. The quest to achieve Biafra has crossed the rubicon. This is exactly what he meant. Stop massaging your ego, you unity beggars!
Edwin Clark should concentrate on his Kiagbodo community. He should desist from lumping Rivers, Cross River and Akwa Ibom into his mirage of South South. As long as it has to do with anti Igbo sentiments, they suddenly start falling in love with those who don't care about them and those who they love to hate. Old corrupt man, speak for your community. No body gave you the power or right to become other people's spokesman
