I would rather spend billion to buy houses in Beverly hill than spend that amount on banana island. At least premium facilities will be available and most importantly security is guaranteed and more valued. Almost 80% of houses in "over hyped" banana are dormant. A ghost neighborhood.

One question for is. What justification do you a price for a house in mataima and asokoro to cost N800m when there is no much commercial activity going on there compared to Lagos. Even houses in Washington DC or London doesn't cost that much

I am not beefing her but I will not have a second thought putting that kind of money in banana island, what l value and cherish most in life is security / safety, basic infrastructures like power , water and good road network, my ability to take a walk of 2 or 3 hours whether midnight or anytime of the day without the fear of been mobbed or robbed and if I find that kind of environment in Bahamas, Barbados, Antigua or Monaco, I am fine with it than buy a property in Asokoro close to the villa and be trailed by hungry and envious hoodlums kidnapped or robbed.

Security of lives is my first priority anywhere in the world, in Nigeria you need Opc, tall gates and walls like the Berlin Wall, armed police men, Angel Michael,
Holy Ghost fire, Koranic verses, voodoo or juju, German Shepherd etc to secure your life and it cost money to provide all this and even at that, you can still get killed despite all your security apparatus surrounding you and the police might not be able to fish out the killers

Moreover a neighborhood like banana island costing billion doesn't even look residential. There are just over hyped properties

it is even way easier than Nigeria. However, you know that persistent chase we do in Nigeria, always wanting the girls number by force, always wanting to "chat her up". Don't do it over here, you will be labeled a stalker.

one thing you need to understand is that young adults (ages 18-30 in this case) don't do calls, we text all day (my wife and I always texting each other. she only calls if i'm not replying or text me to tell me she'll call me). The general rule is just don't be "boring", dress nice and SMELL GOOD (very important) and use mouth wash/mint candy/ fresh breadth, you might get a kiss that night you don't wanna risk it for a mouth odor.

Additionally, don't bring up sex except you both are already talking about it. Be a gentleman. Let it be her choice. Some ladies just wanna have sex. If you're not that type, you decline the offer. I just received my letter from USCIS requesting me to appear for the green card interview(I have uploaded the letter). It took a year between the time I applied and the time I received my interview letter. However the actual time varies depending on the state you live in. My brother applied for a Green card and it took him about 10 months.

I always tell folks that you do NOT need a lawyer to apply for a green card. Just read the instructions carefully and ensure you send ALL the documents requested for. In fact add jara to the documents to strengthen your case. The great thing about America is the fact that the system works and you don't need to know or grease some official to get things done

My interview is next month and once it is done I will upload the transcript of the interview.

A 3 hour drive feels like nothing and there are multiple 'Rest Areas' having parking spots, restrooms, vending machines and fellow drivers that stop to take a break.

There were 5 or 6 Rest Areas over the stretch of the road I did - I rested twice and bought gas twice. So I had enough opportunity to rest n stretch my body.

My friend in Cali does regular 12hour trips.

+ I trust myself and my keke so I am good to go.

Truthfully, it doesn't snow crazily here but we hade it tough for the first 3 days in January - temperature hovered around 30*F.

The 4th was better, rose up to the 50's during the day and fell to 40+ at night.

The 5th was around 60+*F during the day, I'll be sleeping at around 50*F tonight.

Better than everywhere else I know of here.
