hello doc , I have been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, but there are some symptoms I started experiencing before I was diagnosed, like tingling sensation my hands and legs, heart palpiation , weight loss, blurr vision, shortness of breath and gerd, please can I use antacids and ppi along side carbimazole and propanolol?

I'm not one of those to pander to emotional blackmail, being on the forum for over a decade, I've grown rhino thick skin to such bullshit. We are here to call a spade what it is.

How come similar concern was never shown over the butchery that took place in Anambra under pdp and Peter Obi admin? How come same anger and publicity never accompanied the OYIGBO incident for weeks? Or are the lives of those in OYIGBO less important than that of Lagosians? What about Odi? What about Zaki Biam?

We have become a country where the denouncement of a criminal or condemnation of a crime depends largely on our political nuances. It is terrible and shameful, but that is what it is. It is my sincere hope this attitude of ours changes for the better.

That said, I want to tell those who could care to read, the first step towards fixing a problem is identifying
and admitting there is indeed a problem, similar way one gets a prognoses before commencement of a medical intervention. Therefore, let us stop denying the fact this is all political jousting, then we can move to fix our attitude, God help us.

All I can say about d Lekki shooting is that both parties aren't sincere so they are covering lies with lies.

*u once had an affiliation with Atiku during campaign n now u are leading a protest against a government that defeated your preferred candidate,can u prove beyond reasonable doubt that u aren't sponsored to cause chaos?

*u received a certain amount during the protest, please can u clearly tell us what it was meant for n d services u rendered?

Why would army carry something they're trying to get rid off in order to delete trace of evidence to their morgue?

This whole mess started with Falz and his likes posting fake pictures of fake dead people up and down. They were debunked.

Then Dj Witch came with her imaginary numbers of dead bodies.
A film producer who was also at the scene debunked it.Saying there were no dead bodies.

Then a lady claimed her son died as the cause of the event of Lekki toll gate we were later told she is not the real mother of the boy.

Why can't y'all see that all these are plans by opposition party to ruin the reputation of this country?

This is 10days since the incident happened. No one has come out no family has come out even when the Lagos state govt begged them to come out none has.

You know we black people we like awoof. We like money. If truly people died, don't you think their family would come out as to get compensated with cash and appointments?


No sensible individual or organization will take an exhibit to their morgue.

I have been following this whole Lekki toll gate shooting issue. The whole matter is now hazy to me. At first I had no shadow of doubt killings happened that day. Now with all the counter claims floating around especially here on nairaland and good evidences, especially against alleged deaths springing up, I am beginning to have second thoughts. If truly people have been paid to debunk the whole shooting claims, I must say they are doing a great job. But then before I completely accept that the incident was blown out of proportion, someone needs to let me understand why:

1. Folks at the shooting venue will lie that they were being targeted and killed. What do they stand to gain?

2. The Nigerian army denied the fact that they were soldiers at Lekki toll gate, when all videos floating around plus the forensic analysis emphatically proves that there were soldiers there and those soldiers used their firearms, whether directly on the protesters or into the sky, I cannot now say, but one thing for sure is that there were soldiers there. Why did the Nigerian Army deny the glaring fact that soldiers were at the toll gate that fateful evening?

3. The lights were turn off that night.

A very logical explanation to these puzzling petitions of mine, will certainly sway me into taking the stand that incident was highly exerggerated.

To your post,
I don’t see a lot of things on the newspapers! They never happened! Like how a certain well known ex government official has billions of local currency lodged in his bank accounts and he criticizes government everyday without them doing anything to him though they’ve been well aware of the ill-gotten wealth. It wasn’t until recently we found out why he was being ignored/protected by the same government he criticizes!
