This new trend of using court against themselves is funny |
Seunpaul01:You are 200% correct. I naturally do not support blacks most times because they over do it most times. Every little thing they term it racism. And I have not been campaigning for this black lives matter. But it's just very stupid to attempt to disrupt the process. |
Jakemedg:But the motive behind it was that a black man topped them. They wouldn't have done the same if it were a white man that topped. What you just said means that racism does not exist. Because most things done by racists are also done by random people. Since police kill Nigerians it's also ideal for their police to kill blacks. Since yorubas call igbos Igbos and the igbos call yorubas brown roofers then it's also normal for a white to call a black a monkey. "It's just normal stuff" in Falz's language I get you sir. |
Seunpaul01:Listen to yourself, blacks that have found their routes should return? Does that make any sense to you? What's your definition of home? If they are not in competition what then explains why they just want to die if a black man outshines them in anything. When I perfectly know I am better than someone I don't even see them as rivals. I don't see them as people I should worry about. When my brother joined the USA navy and had the best in their exams some whites suddenly became jealous and they ganged against him. Reported him for sexual molestation. It took the grace of God he would have been dismissed and sent to jail until he got a wise counsel who taught him how to make one of them play into his hands and he tendered the evidence which showed that he was innocent. Please what will you call that? |
I think this whites have inferiority complex They act so insecure. Why would someone sponsor such? It's pure waste. They are naturally in competition with blacks and would rather die than see blacks outshine them in anything. |
He who must come to equity must come in clean hands. I won't advise those who do not keep to rules. Go to the right section, I will meet u there |
iykemoney90:If u understood what I just wrote, u will know. My explanation was glycated hemoglobin (the hbA1c). U mumbled it. |
This your number 3 ehn Hemoglobin bind to glucose or glucose bind to hemoglobin? Hemoglobin released in the blood? High level of hemoglobin resulting in diabetes? Must be a whole new theory! When high glucose level in the body is sustained mostly due to poor insulin production. Glucose bind to Hemoglobin. The only clinical significance is that it could make us measure the level of glucose in the blood in the last 90 to 120 days which is the life span of hemoglobin. Recent studies are also in support of honey in diabetes patient. It's theorized that honey increases insulin production which will help mop up oxygen. |

Nigeria is the worse country to be a teacher |
One tenant, after his rent expired and I asked him for rent, he would promise the month end, once it's month end he would say he has not been paid. After asking him till on the 7th, he would promise 15th. Once it's 15th he would promise weekend. Once it's weekend, he would promise month end again. And the cycle continues. He did that for about 7 months. The wife was a very nice woman who would always come and beg on his behalf. I got so tired and angry that I threatened him, that if he refused to pay at a specified date, I would seal up his apartment. I was still in 2nd year in the university, and that was basically what I needed to run a few things in school. After threatening him, minutes later, the police came to arrest me. He said I was trying to seal up his apartment and I threatened to call area boys to beat him. We got to the station, I narrated the whole story, the policemen blamed him heavily but one idiot was supporting him saying I was lazy and I could have gotten my school fees from hustling while in school rather than hoping on a rent. I insulted him and he hit me from behind and it almost resulted in chaos inside the station. The others were in my support and begging me. At last, he signed an undertaking that he would make payment in 2 months. I didn't argue but waited till his slated date. After 2 months he was yet to pay, he came with some men to beg me since he had defaulted. He came with a wine which I collected and I acted as though I was ok with him. I took the wine as a gift to the IPO who had become my friend and told he I want him punished for defaulting. He finally paid after a week of being threatened. I handed him a quit notice the day he made payment. I continually reminded him that I would not have mercy on him if he stayed an extra day and it would be my delight to have his loads thrown out. The guy no finish him money before e go. |
I like aketi but this recent trend of nomination forms lies that started with buhari should stop |
my2chains:You see, I was making an hypothesis about how the neuromalanin was poorly studied and how it could actually affect the cerebral function of the blacks as no single black dominated nation is developed. And I'm proposing that we might be genetically disadvantaged. But not withstanding we have very smart blacks and it only boils down to self development. And I'm proud to tell you that I am one. I take exams with whites in my field and I dust them real good. You can do the same, you admitting that they are above you is self defeating on its own. CC: coputa |
Waiting for a day to say this to a white chap who tries to racially abuse me. "The difference between both of us is that your fore fathers were smarter than mine, but not you being smarter than me" |
People are living with the virus already. E don tire everybody. That's what happens when you over do things, you will lose relevance. That's why it's said that, he who fights and run away, lives to fight another day. Someone should show the virus this post. I'm only advising her |
ecolime:Bad news actually. We don't gain anything from the petroleum price increase as citizens. It only interprets to more available money to steal. And high oil price is not making us have sense as a nation. I'm enjoying the price as it's low. At least I am buying fuel at a cheaper rate. This government have been telling us indirectly that no more fuel subsidy. With the price hike, we might end up paying up to 200naira per litre. |
I had a bitter experience last year, 30th November. I went for a friend's wedding on the mainland.Taking buses will ease the whole, as I could drop and take bikes at intervals or trek a bit just to beat traffic. That was the plan! The venue was almost an outskirt of Lagos. I left home feeling a bit funny, used the toilet that morning, as usual then set out for the wedding.I had decided not to drive to the mainland because most of the roads were under construction which caused much traffic.. And I strongly believe that was the worst decision I took last year. I took the lightest of meal at the party because I wasn't really comfy with myself. As I was about leaving for home, I started feeling pressed. There was a toilet at the hall but I refused to use it. I said I would return home in 2hrs and believed I could hold myself. I detest public toilets no matter how clean. After just about 10 minutes into the journey, reality was dawning on me. I dropped from a Napep, walked a few distance and was to take the next bus to oshodi. That was supposed to be a 20 minutes drive. I felt so pressed that I couldn't continue the journey.I had to start looking for where to deposit. I approached a public toilet the mobile plastic—made toilets, that was my first time going close to the facility. I asked the woman if the place was neat and she said "yes". As i sighted the interior of the toilet, unconsciously, I screamed " Never".The lady looked at me like " e never catch u well" I left there, approached a filling station, begged to use their toilet, but I was told they had no water. I suggested buying bags of pure water but it made no sense to the guy. I approached a pharmacy, the shop was too busy, flooded with many customers, the pharmacist were sealed up within a space guarded by a tough burglary proof. Just like the woman with an issue of blood, I knew if only I could approach any of them, speak some medical language, I would be delivered. But they were too busy with their clients and I won't like to join the queue nor get embarrassed for jumping the queue. I decided to take a risk; boarded a bus going to oshodi. It was supposed to be a 15 to 20 minutes drive. But trust me, that was the longest journey of my life. The first bus wasn't getting filled up on time, a normal me would have been patient but I had to act smart and get on the almost-ready bus. I sat on the back seat sandwished between 2 guys. Each second, I found myself looking through the windows, left and right, trying to locate the next possible and suitable place to drop.I was restless and sweating profusely as I paced in my small confinement. I wonder why the guys didn't call me to order because i was as restless as a woman in labour. I saw different places I thought were suitable as we drove in speed. A bar/brothel, numerous filling stations, a hospital etc. But before deciding to drop, we must have driven far from the point. On about 2 or 3 occasions, I screamed that the driver should drop me. Maybe it was my imagination or the faeces got stuck in my throat. But the driver never heard me and the people around didn't act like they heard as well. The guy beside me alighted the bus at PWD busstop. The conversation he had on phone was indicating that he was going home. I almost begged to follow him home. But I decided not to as I was just about 4 minutes from oshodi where I believed I would see eateries. It was already dark before getting to Oshodi. Oshodi is the worst environment anyone with my predicament would want to be. No single eatery in sight. Just very busy petty traders engrossed with their trading. I decided to ask where i would find a public toilet. The same plastic one was where I was directed to. The first one i saw was way neater but this time I had no choice. The attendant requested for money before using the facility. I gave her 1k note then she asked me to go back that she had no change. I didnt even answer! I met the place messed, I had to pause, they cleaned it shabbily then I used it. Damn it, all I passed was a watery stool less than 15mls. I had the best feeling in the world like someone who just got a debt relief. I boarded the final bus to my house. Should be about an hour 10 minutes journey. I was so calm on the bus and didn't mutter a word. My legs were still shaking and I was still soaked in my sweat. I was like one with a PTSD. Finally, after about 20 minutes into the journey, I uttered my first sentence to my neighbor. I said "bros, shit don hold you for journey before?". ![]() If I had driven down, I would have packed at a cool spot, get a polythene bag, do my thing jejely, lock it in my car booth then dispose at home. samicine:I believe your mistake is probably not supporting them at home with the little you have. You have 19k in your account and it seems there's no much money in the house. There's nothing bad giving your mum 5k out of it. If you do this consistently, she can't ever believe you will steal her money. She will trust you and never want you to leave. |
adadike:I'm moved to tears God is so Great. I feel contented. I don't feel like reading any other comments This is satisfying. |
I'm very pained at your error. A case of hero to zero. If you made that switch in March you aren't intelligent enough. It will be very difficult to have a favorable legal battle owing to the covid 19 economic crisis that will appeal to the judges. All over the world, this is projected to happen. We are yet to see the full effect of covid 19, so much doom and disaster await the world if a vaccine is not discovered in time. |
The match fixer!. We can't forgive you |
A lot is said to be happening at that Dangote refinery site as different companies are deployed there working in different sections. A doctor lamented about how they have covid patients but are covering it up so government will not close it down till further notice. I'm sure the outrage must have gotten to the government that have also decided not to act because it is Dangote |

Agboriotejoye:Well, our thoughts concerning the mode of operation of this app differs. Everybody is soliciting for massive testing include me. But do we have the kits? NO! So make do with what you have. In fact, the little kits we have were donated to us. I know Bello is a failure but on this subject, I'm not discussing the political aspect of it. I am only telling u what the app can do. And if well coded, it will help. We know what patients come to complain in the hospitals believing it's corona. You will be surprised. Btw, bros, we don try. Leave Bello matter abeg. How are you? |
Hmmm Kano! If they are not careful, New York and Italy will be a child's play. Because they are densely populated, have many illiterates and are stubborn. The earlier they realise their problems, the better for them |
Agboriotejoye:I know people like you From Is the app good or not? down to is the governor wasteful or not? I don't like him as a person and the article didn't state the price for the app. I'm only telling you and maintaining that judging by the fear in people leading to unnecessary influx of people to the hospital, the app is good. So, the person of the governor, if he's doing other things right or not should be another debate. You are definitely one of those who argue blindly. Meaning u must be against all policies by someone because u don't like them. From the above if u know what diagnosis entails, u will know an app even AI can't make a sustainable diagnosis. The app can only tell u, this is not likely covid-19 or this is likely covid-19, go for testing. Again, dont just think everybody on nairaland is just average, saying i dont know what an app entails. I am working on an app totally outside medicine almost ready. I won't mentuon what it does so no one will steal my idea before launching |
Agboriotejoye:You saying I dont understand the issue is insulting. And funny from someone who doesn't know the what the medical profession is all about. I will disappoint you because we are not resonating at the same level. I can't be explaining something over and over again. You talked about those having iyher diseases and i said the app is just a one way device that tells you when to report to a testing centre. At this point of the pandemic, every lower and some upper respiratory tract infection is a suspected case. I wont break thing further cause u still will not understand What you could comprehend from what i said about people who got turned back at testing centres is admiting the app can tell who is positive. From the above, its either you want to just argue or you have issues with understanding this subject. And i won't blame you because it's not your field. I'm not arguing with you, i am educating your ignorance on this subject. Sometimes you lean back and learn from professionals, i do the same when it's not my field. You must not conment on every thread... You must be wiser than the governor, his advicers and the lots of medical doctors that brought that app up. No more replies for you. I have never engaged anyone this long on nairaland and i am stopping now because of the indirect insult u threw at me. |
Agboriotejoye:See i am tired trying to educate u. I have explained what sanwoolu meant to u, but u are not just getting it. Go and read the difference between contract tracing and door to door testing. You don't even know what making diagnosis entails. Sensitization about the symptoms and when to visit the hospital, done all over the televison needs a doctor's presence? The app was not made for other illnesses, that's only when it will have problems with making decisions because of what is called differential diagnosis. Don't always copy what the whites do. They have a functional system. Their emergency service is swift, they have money for plenty test kits. Now get a secret, as at the first 3 weeks of this pandemic in Nigeria, Lagos state had only 25k test kits. They can't test every dick, tom and Harry. A lot of people flooded the testing centres and only got turned back. If such app existed, there won't be such issues. In the western world, Once u go to the hospital, u first fill a questionnaire concerning your medical history. This gives the doctor an idea of what your history is like. These are prepared questions. If an app can have a one-way prepared question and just state whether or not testing should be done, such app should be applauded. And it's in no way replacing doctors.. Meet a doctor, show them my posts and see what they will tell u. Your understanding about medicine is not enough, u might not understand many things. |
Agboriotejoye:You are only talking because u dont have a full knowledge of this subject. A lot of people designed different algorithms which primarily arrive at same purpose. The virus in question is novel and no one has full knowledge of the virus. So knowledge shouldn't be limited. And such app would not have been developed without the inputs of doctors. If you know how many people get bounced back at testing centres you will understand better. And you will know there is a need to know when they should visit the hospital and when not to. Even in the USA, u have to call first and be told whether or not you should come to the hospital or self isolate. So if u have a app that can tell u when to go for testing instead of unnecessarily roaming the hospital, why not embrace it. Or do u think an app can't do that? Judging from your statement, door to door search of people who may be infected means contact tracing in medicine. And its different from door to door testing |
