I was a victim of armed robbery on multiple occasions and the robbers left rape, blood and death in their trail. Others died but i walked out alive by the sheer grace of God.
If you've ever been so helpless to watch your mother, sisters or wife beaten and raped, you would understand how profoundly evil these guys could be. So it irks me whenever people make a case for robbers by asking "What about politicians"?. I see your point now and apologize if i came off as offensive. My apologies.

PS: I do not support jungle justice meted out to non-armed robbers.

Funny how yahoo boys and armed robbers always peddle this narrative about politicians being theives in order to justify their heinous crimes.

Even abroad, the white collar crime of corruption cannot be equated to violent armed robbery. EFCC can seize all of the politician's property and make him return stolen funds but can an armed robber refund your life after he takes it? Can he unrape you and your family? Will he take back the beatings or machete cuts.?
Stay there and be defending armed robbery, no go find work you hear?

Never in Nigeria has the state machinery been used in this manner to hound the opposition only in the guise of fighting corruption. Adeleke is also being arraigned for fighting the almighty APC during the Osun guber elections. Even Davido and crew have kept quiet because of the vindictive nature of the government of the day.

From this map, the deciding votes would likely come from the southwest which was classified as too close to call and given Tinubu's influence in the region (Baba so wi pe), it's going to be a landslide for Buhari.

If Thisday is never wrong with stats then it means that the APC would still win if the election was conducted today.

However, it would be quite unfortunate if the SW becomes the reason for the entire country to be plummeted into another 4 years of untold hardship under Buhari all for the love of Tinubu and PYO.

I personally feel that 4 more years under Buhari would damage Nigeria beyond repair as all the economic and social indices have dropped woefully under his administration. One cannot with good conscience vote such a clueless government to continue.

Well, according to Google Maps, Ambode has drastically reduced traffic along the lekki-epe expressway by converting those useless roundabouts to traffic lights.

Now from Phase 1 to VGC/AJah is considerably shorter than when it was just roundabouts and the traffic at Jakande used to be present sometimes up till even 11pm.

While I commend him for the roundabout initiative, it was 2 years ago but he hasn't much in the way of traffic management in the lekki ajah corridor. Last week, I spent 6 hours to and fro from Ajah to VI daily. The traffic originating from Ajah bus stop is unbearable and spans all the way to Chevron tollgate in the evenings as LASTMA officials just standby and let Ajah traffic fester both ways ( I wonder if Ambode also offended LASTMA). The difference was clear back in June when same officials enforced no road side parking for bus drivers.

People living in that axis and beyond are truly suffering and smiling with a single road in and out of the axis, pot holes on the roads, terrible traffic and yet nothing is being done. He built beautiful Jubilee bridge yet no impact is being felt due to poor traffic management.

During Fashola's era, he would instruct all estates to open their gates till 10PM for access to cars in order to ease the burden of traffic on the major roads. Fashola was quite an environmentalist. Smoking vehicles were not allowed on the roads neither was burning of refuse allowed in Lagos. Where is LASPARK today?

May the best candidate win but let's have a working Lagos at the end of the day.
