nwanneni: Are you talking of this same g25 or another? Clean is really relative. Na wa for the oyibo weh use this car sha...very careless preowner. The picture you see is the G25x that I got recently.. Previous owner took excellent care of it .. It is perfect shape, over perfect self.... I didn't need to do oil change ,but I did .. I want to see how Mobil 1 extended performance will perform. The car runs smooth, engine is quiet, the car is a joy to drive .. With Mobil 1 Extended performance fuel consumption seems to be very ok, compare before oil change.... When I was at the auction, I thought the car was a G35x .. It was G35x I thought I was bidding on, until I drove the car and I notice that the car is not fast , compare to my old Nissan Altima Ser. The Ser is fast ,very fast .. But the G35 is much faster, very fast.. But unknowingly I bought the G25x , instead of G35x. But either way g25x is ok ...but I will try and get a G35x before the year is over.. Am just use to fast cars ..... |

thebigkendo: So using mobil 1 & coolant did not stop your car from dying? Wow & I was here thinking once I use dru magic mobil 1 & coolant, I will never have any car issues & my car will run forever
Another question.. How does one unknowingly buy a different car.. Like how?.. Car model is written on the car body.. Title documents..even that sales document Nissan Ser was bought brand new 2005 , used the car for 15 years.. Basically I drove the car to the ground .... Now for the unknowingly part.. I went to a dealer auction. Saw the car and I knew that is what I wanted.. Excellent shape clear title and it was a trade in from another major car dealer.. Told my auction dealer this is my car ... .. Dealer even discourage me because from buying it ,because it might be too expensive and not in my budget .. Luckily enough I won the car, drove it and notice that the car is not fast like my old Nissan Ser Altima.. And than realize it was a G25x with 218hp... am use to fast cars ...but at the end of it all the car rides nice and smooth ...great in the snow ....only issue is that it is not fast at all for me ... |

So I just recently got another car after Nissan Altima Ser died on me .. So my choice of car was the Infiniti G35 ,but unknowingly I got the baby brother the G25x 2011..
..........So I decided to do the very first oil change, and knowing the mileage of the car 126k miles .. I decided to use the oil that I not only sell ,but use .. It was a no brainer it was Mobil 1 Extended Performance 5w30... and high quality oil filter sTp .......
Conclusion.... Mobil 1 Extended performance high mileage not only protects my car , but my car runs smooth .. My car engine runs very quiet and it is a luxury to drive ....
To all the car freaks out there, when buying a car whether brand new or fresh toks .. Mobil 1 is one of the best oil out there .. When you compare price and peace of mind you get with Mobil 1.... Look no further to Mobil 1 extended Performance.....
PS.. Mobil 1 Extended Performance will be available next week .. I will keep you guys posted....

2loadedguy: Recently I had an encounter that made me to start thinking if demanding is a orientation mentality thing or its just inborn for Nigerian women. I was introduced to a lady by a friend at a wedding who happens to be her boss in one of the new generation banks in Nigeria. He was so proud of her and said many good things about her to push me to date her or even marry her, I got excited too and we started chatting and talking. We scheduled a date over the weekend and the first thing that struck me was she insisting on a particular restaurant I said No and asked she come to another, she came over grudgingly and checked the menu only to demand for the most expensive prawn rice of about 10k I held my cool and stylishly called the waiter that she wont have that but it should be changed to another. When she asked i told her they dont have, eventually she finished eating and even got her a take away pack to take some food home like the hungry girl that she is. The most ridiculous part of the whole meeting was when she told me she had issues with her phone and i should book uber for her back home. I booked the uber only for her to enter the car and start asking me for the uber fare, to say i was dissapointed is an understatement. Here is a girl i was supposed to take serious, who works in a bank and earns close to 200k monthly demanding for ridiculous food she can't use her money to buy and above all cannot spare 2k for uber and yet they wonder why guys won't take them serious. My brother no need to fight with the woman. Whatever she wanted to eat ,you should have allow her .. This is the time you learn the type of woman she is.. Your approach was very wrong.. If I was in your shoe, I will allow her to go to any restaurant and eat whatever she wants. The uber thing I will pay for it ,without making a fuss about it After the date is done and over .. I will than delete her number and move on .. She has just proven to me that she is either greedy or self center or both.. Have been in similar situations like this before.. I just dealt with it with a smile and when it was all done and well .. I deleted the girl's number and that was the end of .. I was Ghost after that encounter ..... Another example that happen to me recently.. My co worker is well know for going around and asking people to borrow her money .. She tells you she needs $20.00 or so. It has become a habit of hers..And she does not pay back the money she borrows. So she called me few days ago and the conversation went like this..... Phone rings at 8:30am Co worker.. Hi dru this is Bleep, am in the hospital now and I need some money. And I over drawn my account.. I normally don't ask for things like this outside work .. Can you borrow me so money and pay you back ... Dru23.... How much do you need ..... Co worker.... $20 or $30 dollars and can u send the money via an app .... Dru23.... I don't use that app you talking about ,but I use zelle app .. Co worker... how do I use zelle... Dru23.. Just download the app and you can receive money via phone number or email ... Co worker... I will download it now .... .............5 minutes later Co worker ....very easy app, I think I prefer this app Dru23... So how do you want me to send the money ? Email or phone number Co worker... email Dru23... send me your email Co worker... email sent Dru23.. I than proceeded to send her money ...but wait I just got a txt from her Co worker... txt ... I prefer u send $30.00, but if you can't $20.00 will be ok .... Dru23.... Thinking and smh ...this bi@ch is funny .. I than wire her $20.00 knowing that chances are I will never get that money back ...... Few seconds later ....... Coworker... thanks dru I got the money... Dru... no problem..... My conclusion..... I said well this is the first time she is asking me for money.. And I would use this opportunity to make it the last... I said to myself the next time she calls me asking for money... I will just hang up the phone on her and block her ... this will give me more of a reason to put her in her place.... |

martyns200: Hello, Is It possible to change brands of synthetic oil? When my car came as toks have serviced twice using a full synthetic engine oil brand but I intend to stop using that and use another synthetic brand on next service, is it advisable and any side effects aftermath? 1 Aunty said brand does not matter .....we can agree to disagree... the quality of oil matters ,which is associated with brand.. Gucci is brand, Rolex is brand , Toyota is brand etc .. Those brands are associated with quality ... .some brands go way above and beyond than others... for example if am driving a million dollar car , I would look for the best engine oil possible.. Some brand of engine oil are better than Mobil 1 oil ..... Now in your case as long as you use quality oil switch from type to another type of brand is ok ... A customer called few days and requested for Valvoline oil . I said Mobil 1 or Castrol is good .. But he said the previous owner used Valvoline oil and he wants to continue using Valvoline.. I told him Mobil 1 is equally as good .. That is how I settle the matter.... Some brand of oil will do better than others.... |

Crappy belts. Slight possibility misaligned but probably crappy belts. What kind of belts are you buying? I would prefer to discuss with you privately, but I was told you were not around.. I told one of my drivers to take one of my car to your shop . The car is consuming oil and I ask the driver that when he gets to your shop. They should check the pcv valves of the car before anything else .... So my driver said he spoke to one lady at your shop. What I ask them to do first ,it was ignore ....which is very bad . Also my driver was told that you guys don't full synthetic oil anymore only conventional oil.. But the explanation I got was not ok by me .. It shows laziness and without even checking the pcv valves the came to a conclusion.. Below is what my driver told me ..... Ps.. The oil seem to short every 3k miles... my point is that they should have check pcv valves that I ask for .....

Just like Akon ,Asa, Jideobi etc, most kids that spent any of their formative years in Nigeria have a very strong affinity to their roots. Crispels: I have read a lot of comments on Nairaland and other social media platforms about the visit and activities of World Boxing Heavyweight Champion -Anthony Olaseni Oluwafemi Joshua in Nigeria.
Most Nigerians who migrated abroad will understand how powerful one’s root and source are. For instance, I never knew how much I love Nigeria until after I moved to the United States for graduate school. It was then I began to miss the food, the music, the culture and uniqueness of Nigeria. In the U.S, I follow Nigerian news and listen to Nigerian music way more religiously than I ever did when I was living right inside Nigeria. There is no day I don’t remember and think about Nigeria because that is my root and source.
Anthony Joshua understands the important roles ancestors and roots play in the destiny of Africans. That explains why he even came to Nigeria with his son! He is also trying to make sure that his son(named Temiloluwa) also stay connected to his root and ancestors. Many Nigerians think things are terrible in the country(Anthony Joshua knows about all the problems facing Nigeria - he had his secondary school in Ogun State) but home will always be home; no matter what. No matter where you migrate to, they will always trace your roots back to Nigeria - so the country is forever your home. There are lots of strengths and inspiration that can be drawn from embracing one’s roots and ancestors. When the chips are down and things become tough, remembering the impossible struggles of your ancestors, the difficult stories of people in Lagos(or your local community) can inspire you to brave the odds and fight relentlessly until you win.
Even Deontay Wilder has claimed he is of Nigerian descent. This means he has gone through some self reflections and he has realized that his unusual strength comes from his ancestors who he has traced to Nigeria.
When Anthony Joshua wanted to reclaim his belts some weeks ago, he made his way into the ring with his favorite Fela Anikulapo’s music. He will always visit the Fela Shrine because it reminds him of his childhood in Nigeria. He will always visit Makoko(one of the worst slums in Nigeria) because that is where people fight with all their heart and soul - even though they are not paid to and they do so with enormous passion and risks. He will always claim Sagamu because that is where his ancestors hail from. With these stories, experiences and prayers - Anthony Joshua will continue to enjoy the blessings and goodwill of his ancestors, his source and his root. That is the spirit he wants!
When Joshua met with the Nigerian government, people complained. Now he has returned to his source to connect with his childhood memories and people are still complaining. To be honest, how many Nigerians can afford to fly to different locations to support Anthony Joshua during his boxing matches? In his last match with Ruiz, over 10,000 British flew to Saudi Arabia to support Joshua. How many Naija people go Saudi to support am? Many of you even stayed online to post nonsensical comments about his performance.
Yet, he is home to celebrate his success with Makoko children because their sprit, stories and memories keep him going.
Guys, don’t ever forget your root and source - it is arguably your greatest strength.

Thanks There is no negative effect in switching, but at the sametime there is no need to switch .. The only reason I would is to enjoy a longer oil change and if my car is high mileage.. High miles is 75k miles and up... Also price difference matters, some sellers do sell Extended performance same price as the Mobil 1 Advanced oil ... So why not go for the extended performance than and get better protection |
