Fadosure or whatever your name is. I'm sure dem just bring you come from village. You don't have an atom of wisdom, no manners and your written grammar is nothing to write home about. No wonder the lady in question does not want to have any connections to you. I now see the reason why she keeps posting you. From all your comments including your post, you seem to be a ''bush boy''. Go get some education boy maybe you might get enlightened but in your case, I don't think there's any remedy. You would forever be a ''bush boy''

RomanceRe: He Paid My School Fees But I Want To Dump Him by druid06(m): 5:27pm On Jul 18, 2012
This story sounds like a movie script or someone seeking attention but I just want people to know that this is a typical mindset of Nigerian ladies. Very materialistic set of girls, they chop you then clean mouth. The new slang is ''unto to next one'' I don't know what happened to the good old days when Nigerian ladies had values and were to die for.

Nigeria, the only country in the world were corruption is done openly with the masses doing nothing about it. Where the leaders commit great crimes against it's people without being prosecuted. The only country where a former general was never tried for the massacre of an entire village. Nigeria where they call their system of government democracy while it's actually a narcistic system of government. Only GOD would save this nation.
Car TalkRe: Cotonou Car Market Vs Berger Lagos Car Market by druid06(m): 3:23pm On Jul 17, 2012
JaaizTech: I think the main challenge in buying from cotonou is actually getting the right custom papers without having your head shaved. And if you try to get the right custom papers at the border the customs will inflate it so high that the whole deal won't be worth it again. Bottom line, if Nigerian Customs were less corrupt, buying a car from cotonou may actually have been a fantastic deal. Car dealers mostly buy cheap cars they can fix in order to maximise profit, if you know a dealer that Imports directly, you have a better chance of getting a better car. All in all, your best bet is to search for the car you want and check out the VIN no.; after that go to carfax online to check out the history of the car.
There is no challenge bro and customs do not inflate duty, most upcoming agents does that. You can duty your vehicle yourself when it gets to seme boarder to minimize your spending but the question that I need to ask, do you have the time for all that mumbo jumbo?.

Christianity EtcLife, Where Did It All Began? What's Our Purpose On This Earth? Are We Alone? by druid06(op): 6:44am On Jul 17, 2012
Have you ever wondered how this life began? What is our purpose on this earth? Are we alone in this galaxy and are there other intelligent being just sitting and monitoring our planet far above. Science says one thing and religion says another but sometimes relics are found that supports both theories. According to the Big B-a-ng theory, the Universe was once in an extremely hot and dense state which expanded rapidly. This rapid expansion caused the Universe to cool and resulted in its present continuously expanding state. According to the most recent measurements and observations, the Big Bang occurred approximately 13.75 billion years ago, which is thus considered the age of the Universe. After its initial expansion from a singularity, the Universe cooled sufficiently to allow energy to be converted into various subatomic particles, including protons, neutrons, and electrons. While protons and neutrons combined to form the first atomic nuclei only a few minutes after the Big Bang, it would take thousands of years for electrons to combine with them and create electrically neutral atoms. The first element produced was hydrogen, along with traces of helium and lithium. Giant clouds of these primordial elements would coalesce through gravity to form stars and galaxies, and the heavier elements would be synthesized either within stars or during supernovae.

These elements then reacted with themselves for hundreds of millions of years to form the first unicellular organism then evolution came. These same organisms evolved into the first multicellular organism ( Anthropods ) where it is believed most insects and crustaceans come from. Another couple of hundred millions of years later, the first plant was seen, the first fish was seen, then came the amphibians, reptiles then the mammals. All these transistion occured because of evolution. There came the dinosaurs and almost all organism were wiped out later by an asteriod but some animals still survived like the great crocodile and evolution began it work again. The first human are believed by scientist to have entered into this picture into 2.5million years ago. They were ape like then they evolved into the modern man we see today..

Christianity says there is a SUPERNATURAL BEING. He created the earth from void with just his words, he created the the sun, the moon, the land, the seas, the birds in the sky, the animals then man all in 7 days. I begin to wonder, if we were being created by this SUPERNATURAL BEING , it must be for a purpose. What is that purpose? We must be here for a reason. I don't want to live a life without purpose and I want to know what it is. Other cultures and religion gives their own different idea about how it all began.I would like people to share their views and comments about this topic. Are we alone in this world or are there intelligent being like us wondering the same thing or are they just currently observing us.
Car TalkRe: Cotonou Car Market Vs Berger Lagos Car Market by druid06(m): 5:50am On Jul 17, 2012
Ndata: @Emperoh Is it possible after buying a vehicle in Cotonou to drive it yourself down to Naija and pay the custom duty by yourself at the border?
It's impossible. After buying a car from a dealer in Cotonou, you pay for it to be cleared in Cotonou. The people in Cotonou who cleared the vehicle for you would then drive it to a secured park in Seme boarder. When it gets there, your agent would retrieve and take it to the custom quaters where it would be dutied. Usually take less than 3hrs if you're working with a good agent or up to 24hrs if you're dealing with a lazy agent. When that is done, you could retrieve your vehicle and drive home. You can also do the duty yourself, it's not streinous at all.
Car TalkRe: Cotonou Car Market Vs Berger Lagos Car Market by druid06(m): 5:45am On Jul 17, 2012
Let me give you my own point of view op since I'm into the business and I base in Cotonou. Generally speaking most people who sell at berger buy from Cotonou. I have one berger dealer who comes here and order close to 15-20 accident/flooded cars. He buys them very cheap. He flies them to Lagos ( Meaning he doesn't pay duty ) and when the cars gets to lagos he changes some essential parts of the cars like the doors and the damaged parts then he paints them, does a very neat job too. He then services the engine and make them a okay so unsuspecting customers wouldn't know they are buying damaged cars. Flooded cars are hard to notice to novice. He then does a fake duty and tells the customer the car is dutied and working in perfect condition. Most people get deceived by this because let's say the original cost of the car in Cotonou is 800K, he would make his own either a little higer like 810K or lower like 700K or 750K so people would think about the stress of going to Cotonou and buying that same car.

If you want to get good tokunbo cars, I advice you to come to Cotonou yourself, view the exact specs you want and if it is to your taste and price range, get it. Berger's flooded with damamged vehicles.

It's an absurd question. I don't ask women their expections. A relationship is not a Q&A or an exam.

sosoluv: I know that there are some women from the beginning that make it clear that all they need is money and yes they don't deserve ur attention if they are not looking for something serious. So to make sure that she is not after money before u start spending any, what do u do for ur first date?
First of all, there are some ladies who would pretend that they want you and they are interested in you as a guy but into the relationship, you start to see the other side of them. I don't know what else to do on a first day other than make sure we both enjoy each other's company.

U seem to misunderstand me. I ddnt meant u shud pretend u dnt have when u do. From ur replies, u seem very honest and candid. And I love ur mentality abt relationships. What I mean is dat u shud learn some restraint when giving, especially when u deem it unnecessary. True, some girls can be silly and inconsiderate about dese tins, but much of it is rily human nature. She sees how u r willing to lavish on her, so she takes advantage of it. Gifts occasionally are fine, but when she makes it look like its ur responsibility to take care of her, and u aint even married to her, den u my friend shud think with ur head

sosoluv: No at all. Quick solution for u. Like man like to praise their women wit their buddies, women like to do the same. Imagine ur gf's friends chilling wit her friends and all their talking abt is how they treat their men like kings cos they treat them like queens and all ur gf will be able to say is 'oh we jus love and respect each other, I cook and clean for him, I spent my weekends wit him...but he can't even buy me damn dinner to show me some sort of appreciation." if u are this unromantic and stingy at an early age I really wonder wat u wld be like at the age of 60huh
Well, women do that. Do you disagree?. My own case is different. The lady in particular is out of my life forever and it's not like I go around telling everybody she knows about what happened during our short encounter. There's so many other things she did I just don't want to mention, very silly things that if I mention, you would totally agree with me about this gal not being serious at all. From my post, you would notice I mentioned no name and this website is anonymous. I am not stingy and please do not get the wrong idea about me. I just don't like being played like a fool and taken advantage of. I didn't post on this site to complain, I was just asking why do most women behave that way in a relationship. I just wanted to read other people unbaised comments about this topic.

You are too eager to please a woman whether its the primary stage or later in the relationship. And lemme use this medium to correct certain impressions, poverty is not the only reasons why these so called naija girls are materialistic because even the working class and those from well to do or average homes also begs guys for money every now and then.
But I can narrow it down to upbringing and the personality involved,I have once dated a girl from a very poor home but never asks for money if its not dire or out of her control and its very rare.
Ok.
Crediting a ladies phone might not be wrong but when you have known her for a week or two and she is asking you for airtime, it is wrong and we all know it. What is wrong in telling her why must she ask you for it? If she really cares about you or have the slightest liking for you she will call you even if you don't send her airtime.
It starts with the airtime and then she tells you to help her buy something from the store on your way over then she tells you she can't shatters to you anymore cos her BIS has expired. Then she sets you up with a friend of hers that sells jewelry and tells you it will go well with black gucci shoes which of course you will buy.
Why not just restraint yourself the first time she asks you and tell her apart from you wanting to be with her, you also want to teach her to be independent?
You're absolutely right about the crediting of phone but this gal in particular never asked for airtime. It started with a party which I was supposed to be attending and she asked for an assistance for a make over. She said she wasn't financially bouyant at the moment and I thought about the issue for a sec or two. I was like what the heck, I knew it wasn't right to begin a relationship that way but she was my ''girlfriend'' and I wanted her to look good for the party and I didn't think it was a big deal. My red flag was raised somewhere in my mind when she asked but I just over looked it. Then she started asking for this and that which started getting me irritated. I did not give her anything after then before I called her to caution, let her know my mind. I told her I wasn't a bank and the way the relationship was going wasn't the way I intended it to go. She apologized then continue to ask and then I knew it was time to end it then I gave her the red card and that's why I'm here just raising my questions why some Nigerian ladies can be so materialistic. They tend to take advantage of a guys goodwill. I am not here complaining, I'm just asking why?

davioli: The fact is that if a lady has enough money to take of herself she would not bother her man. The get money n don't work for it mentality has eaten deep into naija dat some ladies show it in terms of being materialistic. Someone said sometin abt not creating d impression of having too mch money, that's not d problem, d problem is dat some ladies see guys as a way out financially. I've had experiences where I was meeting up a lady frnd of mine in a restaurant, her frnd with her there was not particularly interested in our conversation n she hardly paid any attention to me even wif my little looks.. But immediately we walked outside n she saw my benz Suv she immediately had a change of mood and she became suddenly interested in knowing me. As a very sharp guy, I didn't bother 2 knw her cuz I already knew where it was all headed.. It is a wrong hypothesis to say all ladies r like dat cuz I've a lady dat is too supportive n caring and I force her 2 take gifts and money.. C'mon guys we can be able to read d signs @ d first meet.
Brotherly, I really appreciate your comment on this topic. You made your points which such poise that left me in awe. I wasn't saying that all Nigerian ladies are materialistic, I am saying that ''most'' Nigerian ladies are. I don't mind showering her with gifts, I still don't mind spending on her but when I feel I'm being taken advantage of, I feel very irritated and I don't like it. Sometimes we the men try to read the signs in the beginning but you know women, they can pretend. A friend of mine was in a relationship with this girl, she was a worker so was he too. She made more money than him but she still insist he fills her car with fuel, buy her this gift and that and she never does anything for this guy in return. I have heard a lady friend of mine once said she did not come to this life to suffer, she came to enjoy life to the fulliest and that is why she has a boyfriend. Can you see what is wrong with that statement?. I thank you once more for the comment and I am happy that you're in a relationship with the right lady who understands you and is supportive. I guess some guys are lucky.
