I don't think it will make a good user experience for anyone to have 2 of those rotating effects on the same page and rotating in opposite directions. In addition to the head chopping effect, it can cause nausea and some light form of hypnosis.

Your blog may be running some outdated or resource intensive extentions or plugins. Talk to them kindly and apologise for your site's taking up server resources (it may look insane to you but words are powerful), then ask them to kindly unsuspend your blog for you so you could remove/disable all extensions so they can watch its resource usage. If you've got a phone number I could do the calling and pleading on your behalf.

Note, the plea isn't because they are right and you are wrong. Its just a damage control measure you have to take in other for your site to come back alive. Once it's back alive, you should be thinking of transferring to another host.

The scrolling images, the transition is too fast and sharp and I dont see the use of all that green text on them.

This is the conclusion of the matter for everyone. Myself, brandnew and all of us should work hard to be better.
I don't talk much about greenmouse' matters cuz as the case with many others they met me here and I have seen their worst works. Greenmouse' jobs were extremely poor at the start and to add a 5th goal Mali's woes he started up a web design training institute and we can't forget that paid newspaper stunt that just made some of us regret wasting some seconds of our short lives scanning through the paid writeup.

Speaking for myself, coding is what I do for passion, for fun and as a solution provider(call it hand coding if you want but it takes more than just my hands, a brain is needed too). I am not a graphics designer so in my world a designer's templates will be called frameworks. I have no real use for those as I have written enough classes and functions in this life to call them my own framework... don't blame me, I like full control. I don't want to go and sleep knowing I can't edit a footer cuz its interwoven into the source code (what does that even mean, is the source code assembly language that it can't be read and edited?).

As I'll always say, use what works for you. Any image you cannot comprehend becomes "photoshop".

The possibility of this being an altered image cannot be ruled out however state your claims with some pointers in the image that make's you think the image is doctored.

I'll go with the advice from GraphicsPlus, get a good graphics designer to do you a layout in PSD. Slice it into html/css and code your stuff from scratch.

Its getting to a year or so... back then I had my Alertpay (now Payza) account tied to my GTBank account through their Naira Mastercard. I can't remember if I could just add funds directly to my account from the card... I think that's why I had to run two Alertpay accounts... probably so I could raise an invoice from the second account for my main account then I pay up the invoice from the main account. I can't say really, its been a while.

P.S: They said it was okay to have two accounts but they had to be of different types.

Payza has a verification policy and your being in Nigeria will even make matters worse when you have to be verified. I have about 300-400 usd locked up in my Alertpay (now Payza) account and it's a futile process trying to unlock my account as it takes them a week or more to reply every mail. I have left that behind.

Liberty reserve has no verification policy so its where all the thieves and criminals lurk (and the hackers too). I never keep serious funds in my LR accounts as I have been jacked on two occasions to the sum of about 1500 usd (my accounts had the highest protection provided by LR). Forget their security pin and mastercode. Forget that email verification pin system too, it all goes down the drain when the boys come after you.

I recommend you use Liberty Reserve for your online business, however do not BANK funds in your LR account. Use it as a transfer medium between you and your business parties.
